摘    要:为了筛选蚕豆叶尖微核监测技术敏感材料,以二甲苯为污染物,对甘肃产的10个蚕豆品种进行了测试。结果表明,蚕引8号微核出现率与二甲苯诱变剂浓度成正比,平均微核率差异极显著,是监测评价二甲苯污染的敏感品种。

Abstract:The sensitivities of 10 broad bean varieties in Gansu, to pollutant of dimethyl benzene, are tested by using leaftip micro-nucleus technique. The results show that the rates of micro-nuclei in varieties NO.8 are positively related to the concentration of mutagen agent, dimethyl benzene. The difference of the average micro nucleus rates is extremely significant. Therefore, the varieties NO.8 could be considered a sensitive variety for monitoring and evaluation air pollution.
