石化废水剩余污泥厌氧消化预处理技术

摘    要:石化废水剩余污泥在厌氧消化时,污泥停留时间长,且产气量较低,并且反应器容积较大,所需资金投入较高。污泥厌氧消化预处理能够改变污泥特性,缩短了后续消化时间,提高甲烷产量,减少剩余污泥量。综述了各种污泥预处理技术的最新进展,分析了石化污泥厌氧消化预处理的可行性。

Abstract:While anaerobic digestion is commonly practiced in petrochemical residual activated sludge treatment, it requires long sludge residence time and has lower methane production. The construction of large digesters to provide such extended residence time is captical-intensive. The sludge characteristic can be changed and the sludge residence time will be reduced by sludge preconditioning technologies. Also, ,the preconditioning sludges hold potential for higher methane recovery with reduced excess sludge production requiring disposal. Recent developments in sludge preconditioning technologies are reviewed, the feasibility of preconditioning technologies for anaerobic digestion of petrochemical biotreatment residues is analysed.
