      阐述了从河川沙塘鳢 (Odontobutis potam ophila) 卵巢中提取卵黄磷脂蛋白, 以及制备兔抗卵黄磷脂蛋白抗血清的过程, 介绍了用此血清建立的河川沙塘鳢血清卵黄蛋白原间接竞争ELISA检测方法。以卵黄磷脂蛋白为参照, 此法的最低检测质量浓度为40 μ g/L, 最佳工作范围为160 μ g/L ~ 1 280 μ g/L 。使用此法检测雌二醇 (E 2 ) 、壬基酚 (NP) 对雄性河川沙塘鳢的卵黄蛋白原诱导效果时, 前者的最低有效质量浓度是 0.001 mg/kg(E 2 / 鱼质量
英文摘要:
      Lipovitellin extracted from the ovariesofgobbid fish (Odontobutis potam ophila) isused to pre parerabbitantiserum. The method ofindirectcompetitiveenzyme- linkedimmunosorbentassay (ELISA) wases tablishedto detecttheserum vitellogenin. Lipovitellin wasused asacomparativestandard. Thelowestdetectable concentration was40 μ g/L andtheoptimaldetermination rangeisbetween160 μ g/L ~ 1280 μ g/L. Thelowest effectualconcentration forE 2 is0.001 mg/kg(E 2 /fish mass) and50 mg/kg(NP/fish mass) forNP, valuesob tained throughthetestingoftheinduced effectofvitellogenin ofE 2 and NPin male gobbid fish. Experimentalre sultsshow, when fish are exposed to NP contaminants,theconcentration ofNP in theirbodiesreaches200 mg/kg (NP/fish mass) and asharp vitellogeninincreasein serum isdetected. During a yearlongecologicalinvesti gation in Dong Shan estuary of Taihu Lake,it wasdiscovered that50% ofthe samplescollected in March and 35% ofthe samplescollectedin Aprilweretested positive forNP contaminants.
