      以硝酸作为消解液,采用微波消解仪对海洋沉积物进行消解,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定消解液中的Cd和Cr。该方法在0 μg/L~10.0 μg/L范围内线性良好,Cd和Cr的方法检出限分别为0.04 mg/kg和2.0 mg/kg,实际样品的加标回收率在96.0%~100%之间,RSD为0.3%~5.2%。用该方法与国标法同时测定北部湾海域海洋沉积物实际样品,结果无明显差异,而该方法处理样品更为省时省力。
英文摘要:
      Using HNO3 system digestion, a method to determine the concentrations of Cd and Cr in marine sediments in part of Beibu gulf were studied by Microwave digestion instrument. The method had good linearity in the range of 0 μg/L~10.0 μg/L, and the detection limit of the method for Cd and Cr is 0.04 mg/kg and 2.0 mg/kg respectively. The recovery rates and precision of the method were in the range of 96%~100% and 0.3%~5.2% respectively.The results demonstrate that no significant differences were observed between microwave digestion and traditional digestion. Comparing the two methods microwave digestion has the advantages of using less reagent,achieving complete digestion and causing less damage to the digestion process.
