2-硝基芴大鼠肝微粒体体外代谢研究

摘    要:初步研究了在通风条件下,经Aroclor1254诱导的大鼠肝微粒体酶对2-硝基芴的体外代谢。通过液相色谱、气相色谱、质谱、紫外光谱及红外光谱,首次分离和检测出单羟芴和二羟基芴等代谢产物,但未测得明显的硝基还原代谢产物。

Abstract:In vitro metabolism of 2-nitro-fluorene by Aroclor 1254 induced rat liver micro somehas been investigated under ambient atmospheric condition.The metabolites have been iso-lated by reversed phase HPLC and identified by MS,UV,IR,HPLC and GC. Monohy-droxy 1-2-fluorenes and dihydroxy 1-2-nitro-fluorene are found at first time in metabolismproducts of 2-nitro-fluorene.Some minor products remained unidentified because of insuffi-cient quantities. The results of this study also confirm the complexity of the metabolic acti-vation pathways of nitro-polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons.
