密闭空间内天然气混合及爆炸传播规律研究

摘    要:为研究密闭容器内甲烷-空气不均匀分布对混合气体燃烧的影响,将数值模拟和实验相结合,发现在重力作用下混合气体浓度分布不均匀,长径比越大的容器,混合气体浓度分布梯度越大。混合气体浓度分布影响气体火焰传播规律。宏观浓度为5%的甲烷与空气混合后,容器上部甲烷浓度高于5%,在该处点火时非均匀混合甲烷-空气火焰传播较快,非均匀混合气体的爆炸压力比均匀混合气体压力上升快,且分层混合气体的超压峰值高于均匀混合气体的值。由于浓度分布不均匀,点火位置影响甲烷/空气火焰传播的规律。

Abstract:The influence by uneven distribution of methane-air in confined vessel on the combustion of gas mixture was analyzed through the combined methods of numerical simulation and experiment. It showed that the concentration distribution of gas mixture is uneven under the effect of gravity, the larger the length-diameter ratio of vessel, the larger the concentration distribution gradient of gas mixture. The concentration distribution of gas mixture has influence on the propagation law of gas flame, when the methane with macroscopic concentration of 5% is mixed with air, the methane concentration in the upper part of vessel is higher than 5%, and the flame propagation of un-even gas mixture is faster when igniting at this position. The explosion pressure of uneven gas mixture increases faster than that of uniform gas mixture, and the peak value of overpressure for stratified gas mixture is higher than that of uniform gas mixture. The ignition position has influence on the flame propagation laws of methane-air due to the uneven concentration distribution.
