利用高温变形实验 ,研究了 14 2 0铝锂合金在不同变形条件下的变形行为 ,获得合金的塑性图、变形抗力图、晶粒尺寸 变形程度关系图 ,确定出合金的锻造工艺参数 :锻造温度为 35 0~4 2 0℃ ,临界变形程度为 8%~ 10 % ,变形速率以低速为宜。结合实际情况 ,制定出合理的、经济的14 2 0铝锂合金模锻件成形工艺 ,即 6 0 0 0t水压机上多方锻开坯→车成锥体→ 80 0 0t卧式挤压机上终压模成形。生产出的 14 2 0合金模锻件尺寸精度高 ,综合性能优良。 相似文献

介绍了喷射沉积耐热铝合金管坯经挤压变形 ,变薄旋压筒体的研制过程 ;重点论述了热旋成形筒体的工艺路线。试验探讨了耐热铝合金的旋压温度为 35 0~ 45 0℃ ,道次变薄率约为2 0 % ,累计变薄率约 5 0 % ,需中间退火 ,退火温度宜取 35 0℃。热旋结果认为 ,喷射沉积耐热粉末铝合金铸坯直接热旋成形困难 ,需经挤压比大于 4的变形致密 ,有助于热旋成形。耐热粉末铝合金挤压坯加热变薄旋压 ,应采用小压下量多道次的变形过程 ,逐渐细化晶粒组织 ,才能旋出综合性能良好的筒形件。 相似文献

The deformation inhomogeneity of flat wires produced with roll drawing process is analyzed. The effect of main process parameters, i.e., initial wire diameter, forming roll dimension and thickness reduction on deformation inhomogeneity is established by means of experimental tests and a developed FE model. Vickers microhardness–strain relationship is developed for the analyzed material (low carbon steel AISI-1010) by correlating the microhardness measurements and effective strain fields as predicted by an axisymmetric numerical model of a compression test. A non-linear finite element model of roll drawing process is developed for a thorough understanding of process parameters effect on deformation inhomogeneity. Thus, in order to encompass the wide range of process conditions, an inhomogeneity index, calculated as the coefficient of variation of effective strain, is used. The numerical results showed that the inhomogeneity factor of flat wires produced with roll drawing is highly dependent on area reduction. 相似文献

Laser microscale peen forming has recently received more and more attention as a viable laser processing technology as it not only imparts desirable residual stress for improvement of fatigue life of the material, but can also precisely control part deformation. In the present study, the effect of energy level on the deformation mechanism in laser microscale peen forming was investigated by both numerical and experimental methods. Deformation curvatures and residual stress distributions of both sides of the specimen, characterized by X-ray microdiffraction, were compared with the results obtained from FEM simulation. The forming mechanism for convex and concave bending was explained in terms of the resulting pressure, compressive stress distribution, and plastic strain. Differences in residual stress distribution patterns were also investigated as a function of the forming mechanism. 相似文献

This paper is focused on novel utilizations of the fundamental modes of deformation of tube end forming for assembling sheet panels to thin-walled tubular profiles.The objective is to present an innovative and environmental friendly joining technology built upon the combination of compression beading with tube inversion that can successfully eliminate currently available technologies based on mechanical fixing with fasteners, welding and structural adhesive bonding. The technology works at room temperature, is capable of ensuring significant economic and time savings and offers potential for opening new markets for the assembly of lightweight frame structures.The presentation is supported by experimentation and numerical modelling based on independently determined mechanical properties of the materials with the purpose of characterizing and evaluating the process feasibility limits as a function of the major operative parameters.The feasibility of joining sheet panels to tubular profiles by means of the proposed technology is demonstrated by presenting industrial applications and by evaluating the performance of a safety auto part in an operation failure test. 相似文献
