采用石油醚浸提技术对含油率为50.1%的污泥进行处理,以回收原油.当温度为45 ℃,搅拌时间为5 min,水加入量为20 mL(pH值为9),石油醚加入量为9 mL时,油去除率为93.70%.采用气相-质谱(GC-MS)联用仪对石油醚浸提回收的废油进行定性分析并与原油进行了对比,证明该工艺可以有效保证回收废油的油品质量.  相似文献

使用0#柴油和沙层作为燃料和地面模型,通过实验研究了泄漏液体燃料渗透在地面之后的火焰传播现象.详细研究了燃料床中沙粒直径、燃烧盘宽度及一端施加辐射热对火焰传播速度的影响,并使用热电偶测量了沙层表面火焰前沿到达时的温度以及沙层表面能够达到的最高温度.结果表明,燃料渗漏在地面的火焰传播速度明显低于液池火灾的火焰传播速度,且改变沙油质量比、燃烧盘的宽度及外界热辐射直接影响火焰传播速度.  相似文献

为了监测自然水体中鱼体内硝基苯的残留量,对硝基苯的环境污染程度做出准确的评估,试验优化了鱼体中硝基苯残留量的测定方法.在比较索氏提取法和水蒸气蒸馏提取法的基础上,采用改进的水蒸气蒸馏提取法,结合苯反萃取,最后用气相色谱法检测,最终形成了改进后的鱼体中硝基苯残留量的检测方法.与索氏提取法和水蒸气蒸馏提取法相比,该方法所需时间短、有机溶剂消耗量少、操作简便、回收率高.在质量比3.0~500.0μg·kg~(-1)内线性关系良好,线性方程为Y=0.161 3X-0.527 8,r=0.999 9.方法检出限为3 μg·kg~(-1),加标同收率为75%~110%,相对标准偏差为3.64%~6.13%.结果证明该方法适用于鱼体中硝基苯残留量的检测.  相似文献

The search for cheaper feedstock for use in the production of biofuels such as biodiesel has turned attention to various forms of waste products including animal fats, waste oils and now lipids in sludge. With the potential of obtaining sludge at a reduced cost, free, or possibly with incentives, sewage sludge is being investigated as a potential feedstock for biofuel production. For the extraction of oils from the sewage sludge and the subsequent processing, there are various alternatives that should be designed, analyzed, and screened. In developing and screening these alternatives, it is necessary to have a consistent basis for comparing alternatives based on key criteria. While most of the design studies focus on techno-economic criteria, it is also important to include safety metrics in the multi-criteria analysis. In this work, a detailed economic analysis and a safety evaluation are performed on a process involving extraction of triglycerides and fatty acids, pre-treatment of fatty acids (direct conversion to biodiesel), and transesterification of triglycerides to biodiesel. Four solvents, toluene, hexane, methanol and ethanol, are individually used in the extraction process. The resulting triglycerides and fatty acids from each extraction are modeled in the pre-treatment process. ASPEN Plus software is used to simulate the detailed process. Economic analysis is performed using ASPEN ICARUS, and scale-up of a previously analyzed process is used to estimate the cost of the biodiesel portion of the process. A new safety metric (referred to as the Safety Index “SI”) is introduced to enable comparison of the various solvent extraction processes. The SI is based on solvent criteria as well as process conditions. A case study is presented to demonstrate the insights and usefulness of the developed approach. The results of the techno-economic analysis reveal that of the four solvents used for the initial extraction, hexane and toluene were least costly (2.89 and 2.79 $/gal, respectively). Conversely, the safety analysis utilizing the SI reveals that methanol and ethanol are the safer solvent options. The issue of cost/safety tradeoffs is also discussed.  相似文献

研究了浸油沙层的导热性能对浸油沙层闪点和燃点的影响。选用柴油作为燃料液体,铜粉和沙子的混合物代表沙层,浸油沙层的导热系数由混合物中的沙子和铜粉比例控制。实验结果表明,浸油沙层的导热性能对其着火特性有重要影响。不加铜粉时,存在一个使混合物的闪点与燃点最小的沙油质量比。随着铜粉添加量的增加,闪点与燃点的最小值点逐渐消失。这可能是加入细铜粉使混合物的表面平整造成的。在最小点后,随铜粉添加量的增加,也就是随混合物的导热性能的改善,混合物的闪点与燃点增大。但当沙子与铜粉的质量比达到1:1时,闪点与燃点随沙油质量比的变化出现了一个最大值,之后闪点和燃点随沙油质量比的增加而降低。这些现象的出现可能是导热能力、毛细现象和混合物内部的空隙三者共同作用的结果。  相似文献

通过实验研究了施加辐射热后浸油沙层的着火特性.实验中使用柴油为燃料,沙层为多孔介质,自制的施加辐射热测量闪点和燃点的设备,研究了施加辐射热后,沙油质量比、沙粒直径以及外界辐射热通量对浸油沙层着火特性的影响.结果表明,沙粒直径及沙油质量比不变,随着辐射热通量的增大,浸油沙层的闪点、燃点降低到某一值后不再变化;施加辐射热通量,浸油沙层的闪点、燃点随沙油质量比的增加而升高,不再出现闪点和燃点的最小值点;沙粒直径对浸油沙层的闪点和燃点有影响.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of an experimental study on the direct application of cottonseed oil–diesel blends as fuel for diesel engine vehicles without using additional retrofit mechanical systems. The use of biofuels is one of the main actions promoted by the European Union and member states in an effort to tackle global warming, enhance energy security and contribute to regional development. Here, the possibility to blend cottonseed oil directly with fossil diesel as a fuel for diesel engines is examined. This option has lower cost and larger well-to-wheel greenhouse gas benefits than fatty acid methylesters. The paper presents measurements of important fuel properties, density, viscosity, cetane number and cold flow characteristics. In addition, a common rail Euro 3 compliant diesel car is tested using 10% v/v cottonseed oil–diesel blends in order to examine the effects on performance and emissions of regulated pollutants and CO2. Furthermore, particle emission characteristics are studied, including total and solid particle number concentrations and particle size distributions over driving cycles and steady state modes. The results indicate that the test fuel presents good operating characteristics and limited effects on regulated emissions and vehicle performance. These results would justify further research on the direct use of vegetable oils as automotive fuels.  相似文献

脂肪酸甲酯是由生物脂肪经过酯化反应得到的脂肪酸单酯,具有良好的燃料品质和环境友好性,是生物柴油众多种类中的一种.以纯矿物柴油、脂肪酸甲酯、含30%脂肪酸甲酯与70%柴油的混合燃料和含50%脂肪酸甲酯与50%柴油的混合燃料为燃料,在四缸涡轮增压直喷式柴油机上进行的性能对比实验,表明柴油机燃用脂肪酸甲酯能够保持其动力性和燃料经济性,可以显著降低HC和碳烟排放,但会增加CO和NOx排放.脂肪酸甲酯可以作为柴油机的代用燃料进行推广.  相似文献

This article is devoted to the study of cold flow properties of neat esters of branched chain alcohols with fatty acids and blends of these esters with fossil diesel fuel. According to determined CFPP values the influence of alcohol branching on the fuel filterability is negligible. Fossil fuel blending with fatty esters of branched alcohols up to 10 vol % does not substantially change the cold flow properties of fossil fuel. The low-temperature properties of fossil diesel and fatty acid methyl/ethyl ester (FAME/FAEE) blends with low ester content (up to 10 vol %), prepared mainly from oils/fats with higher share of saturated fatty acids namely palm oil, tallow and lard, were also measured. The obtained results show that studied esters do not change low-temperature properties of fossil fuel in the blends with the low esters content of 3–5 vol %, although their own CFPP is over the value permissible by the standard EN 14 214. However, current standard EN 590 specifies to meet all parameters of the standard EN 14 214 also for FAME assigned for blended fuels entirely. The proposal to repeal the CFPP limit for esters assigned for blending is fully justified, without any negative effects on fuel quality.  相似文献

以某加油站埋地罐区为例,针对探地雷达法验证实验的需要,建立了以手动钻孔取样,以有机溶剂二氯甲烷进行萃取,采用气相色谱法进行定量的土壤中油气含量分析方法,并对方法的线性、检出限、加标回收率等进行了研究。气相色谱分析结果表明用二氯甲烷替代四氯化碳作为土壤中油气含量测定的萃取剂,萃取结果良好;探地雷达法测得的1号罐和3号罐泄漏区域土壤中油气含量高达856.4mg/kg和772.3mg/kg,证明探底雷达法可以迅速检测到埋地罐区泄漏区域。  相似文献

Pyrolysis of municipal solid waste (MSW) in the form of refuse-derived fuel (RDF) was performed in a fixed bed reactor to recover char, oil/wax and combustible gases. It was established that the yield and composition of the products recovered depended on temperature; the percentage yield of char fell as the pyrolysis temperature was raised from 400°C to 700°C, whereas that of oil/wax and gaseous products rose. The chars recovered were also found to have properties which depended on the size fraction analysed. The gaseous product evolved during the pyrolysis had a high calorific value, making the gases suitable for use as a fuel. Fourier transform infrared spectrometry (FT-ir) of the derived oils, indicated that they were chemically very complex and highly oxygenated, and have the potential of being used either as a petrochemical feedstock or as a substitute liquid fuel.  相似文献

在佛山某生活垃圾焚烧发电厂开展生活垃圾掺烧市政污泥工业试验,分析5%、10%、15%的市政污泥掺烧对电厂焚烧后固体废物中重金属和二噁英排放的影响。结果表明,掺烧污泥使Cd在飞灰中的分布提高了40%以上,但其他重金属的分布特征仍主要受各自沸点的影响。焚烧固废中重金属含量受污泥的引入影响普遍不显著,飞灰中Cu浸出质量浓度上升20%,Ni、Pb、Hg、Cr的浸出质量浓度波动下降;炉渣中重金属浸出质量浓度波动较大。焚烧飞灰中总二噁英含量与污泥掺烧比例成负相关,且与投料中的Cl质量分数成正相关,与S质量分数成负相关。因此,低于15%的污泥掺烧比例不会显著提升焚烧固废中污染物排放浓度。  相似文献

The objective of this research was the implementation of tools for the evaluation of solvents trough property screening in the early stages of process development. An important feature of the tools is that the implementation of indexes, scores, or weights is avoided. Information already available from the literature was stored in a database in order to turn raw data into decision making information. As a result, a solvent radar chart, a solvent representation table, and a solvent telescopying tool were developed in an ASP.NET application. The synthesis of Propranolol was used as study case in order to explore the selection of solvents in the early stages of process development. The replacement of diethyl ether was possible in the extraction step, while solvent choices were detected for potential telescoping for extraction and crystallisation steps. Solubility was found as a critical parameter in telescoping analysis. The methodology proposed enhanced the view towards a more holistic perspective and a more robust solvent screening process. As a consequence, the next steps into solvent evaluation and process development can be reduced.  相似文献

以-10号军用柴油为基础油配置阻燃抑爆柴油,在WP10.290发动机上进行了台架实验,考察了使用阻燃抑爆柴油时的动力性、经济性和排放性。结果表明:燃用阻燃抑爆柴油相比于燃用-10号军柴会一定程度上降低输出功率和扭矩,动力性能下降2.31%~4.26%;燃用阻燃抑爆柴油时平均质量燃油消耗率较燃用军用柴油时增加了5.74%。体积燃油消耗率与军用柴油相比,平均增加了4.32%;能够降低NO的排放,NO的排放量相较于-10号军柴降低了7%~19%;能够降低排气温度,相比较于-10#军柴,阻燃抑爆柴油的排气温度最大可以降低19.5℃。  相似文献

In this study carbonated amorphous calcium phosphate (CACP) microparticles were prepared for use as an alternative adsorbent to replace bauxite in the removal of polar compounds present in mineral oil previously used in transformers. Chitosan was used to bind the adsorbent CACP microparticles together. This material showed a better performance than bauxite in relation to the colour and interfacial tension (IT) of regenerated oil. Also, this adsorbent may offer an interesting alternative environmentally since, after extraction of the residual oil with an organic solvent it could be disposed of in soil providing macronutrients such as calcium, carbon, nitrogen and phosphorous.  相似文献

This paper presents the results of a study of a sludge subjected to the (ATAD) process – Autothermal Thermophilic Aerobic Digestion occurring in a two-stage installation operated in a municipal wastewater treatment plant in Olecko, Poland. The study of the sludge and the analysis of obtained results were conducted over 2011 and 2014. The subject of the study was a thickened sludge in an intermediate tank from which it was next transferred to facility reactors. The stabilization of processed sludge was evaluated analyzing the change in the dry mass (DS) content in the sludge. Measurements were carried out in thickened sludge samples and after the ATAD process. Collected results were then subjected to a statistical analysis and it was determined to which extent as resulted from the subject process the dry mass and the dry organic mass (VS) content was changing in the sludge. Also, it was analyzed how the oxygen chemical demand (COD) was changing. The dry mass content in the thickened sludge was from 60 g/l to 160 g/l. After the process, this amount was from 35 to 76 g/l. Similarly, the organic mass content in a dry sludge mass changed from initial values within a range of 44–135 g/l to 23–60 g/l after the ATAD process. Also, the organic substance content expressed as COD decreased from 80 to 467 g O2/l in a thickened sludge to 51–261 g O2/l in the sludge after the process. The article presents conclusions from the result of the conducted study as well as personal experience.  相似文献

以柴油为研究对象,搭建了小尺度油罐火实验台,采用理论分析与实验研究相结合的方法,开展了有风条件下不同液位深度和罐顶开口宽度的小尺度油罐火火焰倾角的实验研究。结果表明,火焰倾角随风速的增加先迅速增加,然后趋于平稳。在相同的罐顶开口宽度和风速条件下,火焰倾角随着液位深度的增加呈现出减小的趋势。这是因为火焰微元在油罐开口处的速度随着液位深度的增加而增加,风速对火焰倾角的影响显著减小。当风速和液位深度一定时,质量损失速率随罐顶开口宽度的增大而增大,火焰倾角随着罐顶开口宽度的增大逐渐减小。  相似文献

为了分析不同通风条件对柴油池火燃烧特性及引燃特性的影响,进行205 mm带水垫层柴油池火的引燃实验,通过对池火燃料的质量损失速率、火焰高度、温度及热辐射等的监测,分析通风环境中柴油池火的热传递规律。结果表明:当风速为0.5 m/s时,火灾进入旺盛阶段的时间提前,火焰平均温度最高;当风速为1 m/s时,风速的增加导致油池火的质量损失速率增加,位于主火源下风向的待引燃火源获得的热辐射通量增大,火灾旺盛阶段火焰的平均温度降低,火焰高度降低,下风向相邻油盘引燃的时间提前;1 m/s情况下,205 mm带水垫层柴油池火的安全间距需增加到1D以上;通风环境对池火发展及蔓延的影响是显著的,应适当加大下风向可燃物的安全间距,合理选择通风排烟风速,优化火灾应急救援策略。  相似文献

Boilover is defined as a violent ejection of fuel due to the vaporization of a water sub-layer, resulting in an enormous fire enlargement and formation of fireball and ground fire. This paper focuses on the physical principles behind the thin-layer boilover phenomenon, and on the improvement of the thin-layer boilover modeling. Small scale field and laboratory experiments, with a mixture of diesel and oil, and reservoirs ranging from 0.08 to 0.3 m, have been performed. High-speed visualizations and image processing, in parallel to temperature and mass loss measurements allows to better understand the water boiling, and the consequent flame enlargement. The modeling of the boilover period is done through the calculation of the pre-boilover burnt mass ratio and the boilover intensity based on the mass loss and on the flame enlargement.  相似文献

The liquid fuel safety issues on fuel storage, transportation and processing have gained most attention because of the high fire risk. In this paper, some 0# diesel pool fire experiments with different diameters (0.2–1 m) were conducted with initial fuel thicknesses of 2 cm and 4 cm, respectively, to obtain liquid fuel combustion characteristics. Some key parameters including mass burning rate, flame height and the flame radiative heat flux, associated with fire risk, were investigated and determined. Subsequently, a detail quantitative risk assessment framework for 0# diesel pool fire is proposed based on the 0# diesel burning characteristics. In the framework, the probability of personal dead and the facility failure are calculated by the vulnerability models, respectively. In the end, 10 special tank fire scenarios were selected to show the whole risk calculation process. The tank diameter and the distance to pool fires were paid more attention in the cases. The safety distances in the cases are provided for the persons and nearby facilities, respectively. The paper enriches the basic experimental data and the provided framework is useful to the management of 0# diesel tank areas.  相似文献
