研究了氯化三苯基锡不同初始浓度、光照时间、初始pH值和添加H2O2等因素对光降解效果的影响.结果表明,弱酸条件更有利于氯化i苯基锡的降解;当pH=2.0时,120mg·1-1氯化三苯基锡溶液光照75min后,其降解率约为89.4%;氯化三苯基锡浓度愈低,其光降解效果愈好.在氯化三苯基锡水溶液中加入双氧水后,光照75min后光降解率基本能达到100%.根据产物GC-MS分析结果,初步探讨了氯化三苯基锡光降解的机理.  相似文献

Ce掺杂TiO2固相光催化降解塑料薄膜   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
采用溶胶凝胶法合成了纯TiO2和掺杂Ce原子比例(Ce/Ti)为1.2%的TiO2粉末(Ce1.2%-TiO2)光催化剂,分别制备了纯聚乙烯薄膜、添加纯TiO2和Ce1.2%-TiO2粉末的复合聚乙烯薄膜,并于紫外、可见光照下进行了薄膜光催化降解实验;采用X射线衍射、紫外-可见漫反射分析表征了光催化剂的晶体结构及紫外可见光吸收性能;通过激光扫描共焦显微镜和傅立叶红外光谱对薄膜光催化降解过程进行测试.实验结果表明,添加光催化剂可有效降解聚乙烯薄膜,其中Ce掺杂TiO2的活性明显优于纯TiO2;在紫外光照下的降解效果优于在可见光照下的降解效果,且随着光催化剂投加量的增大,光催化效果越来越好,当添加量为5.0 %(质量分数)的Ce1.2%-TiO2时复合薄膜经紫外光照300 h后,光催化降解失重率达到33%(质量分数).  相似文献

对聚乙烯(PE)和聚乙烯与聚苯乙烯(PS)混合塑料进行了超临界水降解实验.考察了原料配比和反应时间对降解反应的影响,确定了适宜的超临界水降解PE及PE/PS混合塑料的反应条件.实验结果显示,超临界水可将PE及PE/PS混合塑料降解为液态油状物.PE和PE/PS混合物可在440℃下0.5h内完全降解.  相似文献

壬基酚(NP)为在水环境中广泛存在的一种典型环境内分泌干扰物质。为了探讨NP在自然水体中的归趋,研究了水体中藻类对微生物降解NP的影响。结果表明,本研究筛选的耗氧混合菌可以有效降解NP,在暗环境下半衰期为1.16d,光照不利于NP的微生物降解,半衰期增加到5.19d;藻类和藻胞外分泌物可以提高光照条件下NP的微生物降解,这是藻类和菌加和作用的结果;而破碎的藻对降解作用改善不大。藻类和微生物相互作用对于有机污染物降解的影响还鲜见报道,本研究为全面理解NP在水环境中的归驱提供了重要的数据。  相似文献

连续3年(a)的试验结果表明:红树林土壤微生物对农药甲胺磷有较强的降解能力,其降解率是同潮带无红树林土壤微生物的2-3倍;红树林土壤中存在着降解甲胺 磷的优势细菌类群,从中筛选得一株高效降解菌,其降解率可达70%以上(12d后);混合菌的降解能力优于单株菌;优势降解菌在一定浓度的甲胺磷、适宜的通气、温度和光照等条件下,可发挥更佳的降解作用;在降解过程中,降解优势细菌类群有着明显菌群变化,那种一直占  相似文献

抗生素的大量使用已经成为了全球环境问题.由于其在环境水体中难以被微生物降解,且能导致细菌抗药性越来越受到关注.光降解是污染物在水环境中非常重要的非生物降解途径.本文介绍了水环境中抗生素的直接、间接和自敏化光降解动力学,着重阐述了抗生素的光降解过程的影响因素、降解产物和可能降解途径等最新研究成果,指出抗生素光降解产物的分离提取与结构鉴定,以及预测抗生素降解过程的动力学模型构建将成为今后主要的研究方向和趋势.  相似文献

磺酰脲类除草剂属于高效、低毒、高选择性的新型除草剂,被广泛应用于水稻、玉米、小麦、大豆等田间杂草的防控,其用量也呈逐年增加的趋势,但其微量的除草剂残留易对后茬敏感作物产生药害.利用微生物降解土壤中的除草剂残留有望成为一种修复污染的有效方法.本文综述了近几年国内外筛选出的能够降解磺酰脲类除草剂菌株的来源和所属微生物类群,以及除草剂降解酶的研究进展,此外,对相关微生物对不同除草剂的降解途径也进行了简要介绍,最后提出了目前有待解决的问题并对未来该领域的研究趋势进行了展望,可为后续寻找高效的微生物降解菌种及利用基因工程法修复受污染的土壤、水源提供参考.  相似文献

比较了四环素(TC)、土霉素(OTC)和金霉素(CTC)这3种四环素类物质在不同pH条件下的光降解和光催化降解速率.结果表明,在紫外光(UV)作用下3种四环素类物质的降解速率由高到低依次为OTC、CTC和TC,而在UV-TiO2光催化体系下,pH值为3.0~7.0时3者的降解速率无明显差异;碱性条件有利于TC、OTC和CTC的光降解和光催化降解,且降解过程中有NH;生成.  相似文献

研究了经分子识别后的双酚E在TiO2光催化体系中的光降解行为,结果表明:双酚E能与β-环糊精形成稳定的包结物,其包结常数为7.83×103 L·mol-1,经β-环糊精分子识别后双酚E的光催化降解效率可以提高26%,同时研究了双酚E光降解的动力学规律及pH值和β-环糊精浓度对双酚E光降解的影响.β-环糊精对双酚E光催化降解的促进作用源于β-环糊精促进双酚E在TiO2表面的吸附.  相似文献

烟碱类杀虫剂吡虫啉(imidacloprid,IMI)在环境中可代谢为生物活性提高10倍的烯式吡虫啉(olefin IMI).研究了olefin IMI的光稳定性、光解动力学和光解代谢途径.结果表明:olefin IMI在避光条件下较为稳定,室温下放置400 d后,olefin IMI含量仅减少3%;而在室内模拟日光条件下,olefin IMI易于分解,光解反应符合一级动力学方程(r>0.99),半衰期为4 d.olefin IMI的光解反应存在2条主要途径:一是羟基化生成4,5-二羟基化吡虫啉,该产物进一步氧化断裂药效基团硝基亚胺基生成羰基化产物;二是直接脱去硝基基团生成胍基产物.  相似文献

Polyethylene terephthalate bottles containing natural spring water were used to study the leaching effect of carbonyl compounds after one year storage under real conditions of exposure. Ultraviolet-B and ultraviolet-A spectra of direct sunlight were acquired during the experiment. Leaching of acetone, acetaldehyde, and formaldehyde reached steady state after 210 days of outdoor storage, with the following concentrations: 434 ± 22, 345 ± 18, and 94 ± 5 µg/L, respectively. The increase due to sunlight exposure in comparison with laboratory storage in the dark was around 10%, 16%, and 36%. The leaching process of all three carbonyl compounds was found to follow the first-order kinetics. Photo-degradation of Polyethylene terephthalate bottles and the appearance of carboxyl end-groups were followed by attenuated total reflectance infrared spectra. After 313 days of storage under direct sunlight, new peaks appeared in the regions of 1770–1920 cm?1 and 1685–1490 cm?1. Cations, anions, total dissolved solids, pH, and conductivity were also measured during the storage period. Additionally, microbiological measurements as well as statistical analyses were also carefully discussed.  相似文献

Diuron samples at 40mg/L concentration were photolyzed with ultraviolet lamps and with natural sunlight to determine if data from ultraviolet lamp photolysis could be used to predict results from sunlight photolysis. Seven photoproducts were identified from the photolysis experiments. The identified photoproducts and the photoproduct yields were essentially the same for the two light sources.  相似文献

农用地膜覆盖技术具有良好的增温、保墒、除草等作用,已成为中国农业生产上不可或缺的农艺措施,为作物增产增收和保障中国粮食安全做出了巨大贡献。由于长期重使用、轻回收,随着农用地膜的用量和覆膜年限增加,废旧地膜在土壤中的残留量逐年增多,残膜污染已严重影响农业生产和自然环境,成为影响中国农业可持续发展的突出问题。中国的农用地膜污染防治工作总体起步较晚,虽然取得了一定成效,但还面临着政策不健全,监管有难度,执行不到位,回收、替代技术不成熟等困难和问题,防治任务依然艰巨。文章通过深入分析欧美与日本发达国家农用地膜推广使用方面的相关政策及标准,总结归纳了国内外农用地膜管理和回收经验,为今后制定出台适应中国国情的农用地膜管理政策提供参考。建议:(1)推进全程监管,出台相关法律规章,明确生产、流通、使用等各环节的监管责任,建立全程监管体系,从源头上杜绝脱标地膜进入市场、铺进农田;(2)推进源头减量,开展地膜覆盖技术适宜性评价,强化地膜使用控制,对水热资源条件较好的地区,减少地膜覆盖或不再使用地膜,对资源禀赋较差的地区,提高地膜使用效率,降低使用强度;(3)推进回收利用,推动完善政府扶持、市场主导的农膜回收利用体系,探索农膜回收利用长效机制,推动建立区域性绿色补贴政策;(4)推进技术创新,依托科技平台,加大新产品、新设备的研发力度,加强可降解地膜产品和技术跟踪,制定完善评价标准体系。  相似文献

• Electrode fouling is characterized by non-destructive characterization. • Electrode fouling is highly dependent on electrochemical process. • Active chlorine can prevent the formation of polymeric fouling film. Electrode fouling is a problem that commonly occurs during electro-oxidation water purification. This study focused on identifying the fouling behavior of Pt electrode associated with the formation of polymeric layer during electro-oxidation of phenol. The in situ electrochemical measurements and non-destructive observation of the electrode morphology were reported. The results demonstrated that the electrode fouling was highly dependent on thermodynamic process of electrode that was controlled by anode potential. At anode potential lower than 1.0 V vs SHE, the direct electro-oxidation caused the electrode fouling by the formation of polymeric film. The fouling layer decreased the electrochemically active surface area from 8.38 cm2 to 1.57 cm2, indicated by the formation of polymeric film with thickness of 2.3 mm, increase in mass growing at a rate of 3.26 μg/cm2/min. The degree to which the anode was fouled was independent of anion in the electrolyte. In comparison, at anode potential higher than 2.7 V vs SHE, the anions (e.g., chloride) could exert a major influence to the behavior of electrode fouling. The presence of chloride was shown to mitigate the fouling of electrode significantly through preventing the formation of polymeric film by active chlorine (e.g., Cl• and Cl2) produced from anodic oxidation of chloride. Since chloride is the most abundant anionic species existing in both natural and engineered water system, this study not only offers a deep insight into the mechanism of electrode fouling, but also suggests strategies for anti-fouling in the presence of chloride in electro-oxidation process.  相似文献

本文研究了几种自制催化剂对聚乙烯热解产物的催化改质作用,催化反应温度与催化剂性质对催化改质所得气体收率及组成、汽油收率及辛烷值、柴油收率以及催化剂积碳的影响,探讨了适合聚乙烯及其废料热解产物催化改质的催化剂应具备的特性及热解产物在催化剂上反应的类型,同时探讨了本研究对废塑料油化技术的指导作用。应用此催化剂液体收率可达80%以上,汽油辛烷值为82(RON)。  相似文献

作物生长发育期间的环境光强是影响作物品质的主要因素之一。为了解不同环境光强对鲜食型糯玉米籽粒品质的影响,以香白糯(Xiangbainuo)为材料,采用人工遮光的方法模拟不同的环境光强,在糯玉米籽粒灌浆期间测定其籽粒粗蛋白、淀粉、脂肪、水分含量的变化规律和收获时籽粒的氨基酸总量及氨基酸各组分含量。结果表明,遮光没有明显改变糯玉米灌浆期间籽粒中主要品质成分的变化趋势,但对主要品质成分所占质量分数的影响很大。弱光(40%全光照)与自然光照(100%全光照)相比,糯玉米授粉后30d时,其籽粒中粗蛋白和淀粉的质量分数分别增加1.56和3.5个百分点,脂肪减少了1.5个百分点;自然光照条件下糯玉米籽粒的含水量每天以1.31%的速率减少,其脱水速率高于弱光下糯玉米籽粒脱水速率0.17个百分点。收获时,40%全光照条件下糯玉米籽粒中粗蛋白质量分数、氨基酸总量和赖氨酸质量分数高于自然光照和80%全光照时的质量分数,而糯玉米籽粒的百粒干质量显著降低。  相似文献

Un-biodegradable pharmaceuticals are one of the major growing threats in the wastewaters. In the current study, TiO2 thin film photocatalysts were designed by nanocrystal engineering and fabricated for degradation of the acetaminophen (ACE) in a photocatalytic reaction under UV light irradiation in batch and continuous systems. The photocatalyst was prepared by sputtering and then engineered by thermal treatment (annealing at 300℃ (T300) and 650℃ (T650)). The annealing effects on the crystallinity and photocatalytic activity of the TiO2 film were completely studied; it was found that annealing at higher temperatures increases the surface roughness and grain size which are favorable for photocatalytic activity due to the reduction in the recombination rate of photo-generated electron-hole pairs. For the continuous system, a flat plate reactor (FPR) was designed and manufactured. The photocatalytic performance was decreased with the increase of flow rate because the higher flow rate caused to form the thicker film of the liquid in the reactor and reduced the UV light received by photocatalyst. The reusability and durability of the samples after 6 h of photocatalytic reaction showed promising performance for the T650 sample (annealed samples in higher temperatures).  相似文献

Alpha-cypermethrin is a broad-spectrum insecticide widely used in the treatment of rice crops, mainly commercialized as a CONTEST® formulation. The photodegradation of alpha-cypermethrin and of the commercial formulation has not yet been systematically investigated in paddy water under natural conditions. Here, paddy water solutions of alpha-cypermethrin and CONTEST® formulation at 5.0 mg L?1 were irradiated under simulated sunlight for 10 days. Hydrolysis experiments were carried out on the same solutions preserved in the dark. Analysis by ultra-high-performance liquid chromatography–tandem mass spectrometry was developed for the identification of photodegradation products. Results show that degradation of pure alpha-cypermethrin and the formulation counterpart produces both common and different photodegradation products. Five out eleven photodegradation products were identified for the first time, in particular three in the alpha-cypermethrin paddy water solution and four in the formulation. Our findings underline the importance of carrying out photodegradation experiments directly on the commercial formulation, since degradation products could be different from the pure insecticide.  相似文献
