基于圈层建设用地密度分析,提出了城市扩张核心度指数;通过计算城市扩张核心度指数和城市扩张强度指数,分析了1990~2010年中国27个主要城市距城市中心不同距离区域的城市扩张的时空模式。研究发现:(1)1990~2010年,大部分城市核心度指数不断降低,城市空间结构变化与国家区域政策密不可分,呈现明显的区域特征。1990~2000年东部沿海地区城市核心度值减少幅度较大,2000~2010年则是东北部和中西部城市降低明显。总体上看,西部和东北部城市的核心度指数要高于东部和中部的城市,结构更加紧凑。(2)城市扩张最活跃的地方总是出现在核心区边界附近,并不断向外推移。(3)城市的形态与城市的发展阶段密切相关。1990~2000年,一线城市扩张的强度和范围远大于其他城市;2000~2010年,二三线城市的扩张强度和范围明显增加。经济比较发达的城市,建设用地的扩张逐渐由单中心扩展向多中心协同发展转变,而经济相对落后西部城市和东北部城市,城市结构比较紧凑,保持着单中心的城市形态。  相似文献

Ever growing populations in cities are associated with a major increase in road vehicles and air pollution. The overall high levels of urban air pollution have been shown to be of a significant risk to city dwellers. However, the impacts of very high but temporally and spatially restricted pollution, and thus exposure, are still poorly understood. Conventional approaches to air quality monitoring are based on networks of static and sparse measurement stations. However, these are prohibitively expensive to capture tempo-spatial heterogeneity and identify pollution hotspots, which is required for the development of robust real-time strategies for exposure control. Current progress in developing low-cost micro-scale sensing technology is radically changing the conventional approach to allow real-time information in a capillary form. But the question remains whether there is value in the less accurate data they generate. This article illustrates the drivers behind current rises in the use of low-cost sensors for air pollution management in cities, while addressing the major challenges for their effective implementation.  相似文献

Environmental noise is a major source of public complaints. Noise in the community causes physical and socio-economic effects and has been shown to be related to adverse health impacts. Noise, however, has not been actively researched in the United States compared with the European Union countries in recent years. In this research, we aimed at modeling road traffic noise and analyzing human exposure in Fulton County, Georgia, United States. We modeled road traffic noise levels using the United States Department of Transportation Federal Highway Administration Traffic Noise Model implemented in SoundPLAN?. After analyzing noise levels with raster, vector and fa?ade maps, we estimated human exposure to high noise levels. Accurate digital elevation models and building heights were derived from Light Detection And Ranging survey datasets and building footprint boundaries. Traffic datasets were collected from the Georgia Department of Transportation and the Atlanta Regional Commission. Noise level simulation was performed with 62 computers in a distributed computing environment. Finally, the noise-exposed population was calculated using geographic information system techniques. Results show that 48% of the total county population [N=870,166 residents] is potentially exposed to 55 dB(A) or higher noise levels during daytime. About 9% of the population is potentially exposed to 67 dB(A) or higher noises. At nighttime, 32% of the population is expected to be exposed to noise levels higher than 50 dB(A). This research shows that large-scale traffic noise estimation is possible with the help of various organizations. We believe that this research is a significant stepping stone for analyzing community health associated with noise exposures in the United States.  相似文献

紧凑城市是一种高效的城市空间组织模式,对实现城市可持续发展战略具有重要意义。通过密度、规模、结构和强度维度建立紧凑城市四维理论模型,并以此为基础构建由4个二级指标和12个三级指标组成的城市紧凑度综合评价演化树模型。通过对长江三角洲16个核心城市实证分析,评价结果显示:整体城市紧凑度下降,且影响紧凑度因素存在区际差异;在空间上,紧凑城市大致呈现沪杭甬沿线高于南北两翼的空间格局;从演化过程上分析,城市紧凑度与城市发展阶段发展水平具有一定的关联性,城市化率和产业结构与城市紧凑度呈现显著正相关。近年来开发区分散建设、城市建设用地面积扩张等因素是造成长三角城市紧凑度下降的重要原因,交通、医疗等公共服务设施投入不足、分布不均及政府有限的约束力也在一定程度上制约城市的紧凑发展模式。因此,需要在未来加强协调市场和政府两种力量以推动城市发展的高效高质  相似文献

The Amazon Delta and Estuary (ADE) is a region of continental and global ecological importance. Controversy, many of the basic infrastructure and services essential for quality of life and sustainable development of this delta are absent. Using a conceptual model to define socio-economic vulnerability in the urban ADE, a thorough assessment of indicators including sanitation services, housing conditions, household income, population, flood risk and unplanned settlements was conducted in 41 cities at the census sector scale (n = 2938). A multi criterion index was applied to classify urban vulnerability from three dimensions: flood exposure, socio-economic sensitivity and infrastructure. This is the first study to examine urban vulnerability within and between urban areas of the ADE. Results indicated that most of the urban sectors of the ADE are exposed to potential risks due to a combination of flood hazards, poverty and basic structural deficiencies such as insufficient drinking water or inadequate waste water collection, with several sectors being afflicted by similar problems. The assessment of vulnerability indicates that 60–90 % of the urban population live in conditions of moderate to high degree of vulnerability. The ADE cities presented a pattern where vulnerability increases from city center to their newly developed urban areas. Inadequate planning coupled with rapid urbanization has contributed to the development of unplanned settlements in almost half of the urban sectors of the ADE. Combined, these factors contribute to widespread socio-economic vulnerability along the urban spaces of the ADE, increasing exposure to health risks and more frequent seasonal and stochastic events such as storm surges and high flooding levels.  相似文献

为探究城市群内部城市的质量及城市间的协调关系,通过构建经济发展质量、社会生活发展质量、生态环境质量指标体系,运用动态因子分析方法对长江中游城市群38个城市2004~2011年城市质量进行了评价,运用空间自相关方法分析了城市群内城市之间城市质量的空间溢出效应。研究结果表明:从城市群内城市质量的评价来看,城市群内城市质量差距进一步扩大,产生严重的两级分化;从城市群内城市间的协调来看,长江中游城市群内城市质量的空间影响作用不大,各省份城市发展并没有突破行政壁垒,跨区域的经济社会环境合作未有实质性进展,长江中游城市群目前的发展质量并不高,并提出了加快中小城市建设,推动经济、基础设施、社会事业与公共服务设施一体化建设等提高城市群质量的建议  相似文献

等级规模结构是城市体系的三大结构之一,其特征可以反映出城市在不同规模级中的分布状况及城市人口集中或分散的程度,有助于认识城市体系发展所处的阶段。运用统计数据,在深入分析的基础上,发现安徽省现状城市体系的等级规模结构呈位序—规模分布;城市首位度偏低,规模效应不明显;城市规模总体偏小,特大城市和大城市发育不足,中等城市突出;城市规模空间分布不均衡,区域分异明显。在安徽省城市体系动态变化过程中,等级规模结构相对稳定但不断趋于集中,首位城市发展潜力较大,同时各规模级城市具有不同的变化趋势和特征。在此基础上提出了加快皖江城市带的建设、促进皖北城市群的发展、提高皖南中等城市和中心镇水平等优化建议。  相似文献

BackgroundTraffic-related air pollution (TRAP) has been linked with several adverse health outcomes, including preterm birth and low birth weight, which are both related to onset of puberty. No studies to date have investigated the association between TRAP and altered pubertal timing.ObjectiveDetermine the association between residential proximity to traffic, as a marker of long-term TRAP exposure, and age at pubertal onset in a longitudinal study of girls.MethodsWe analyzed data for 437 girls at the CYGNET study site of the Breast Cancer and Environment Research Program. TRAP exposure was assessed using several measures of residential proximity to traffic based on address at study entry. Using accelerated failure time models, we calculated time ratios (TRs) and their corresponding 95% confidence intervals (CIs) for specified traffic metrics and pubertal onset, defined as stage 2 or higher for breast or pubic hair development (respectively, B2 + and PH2 +). Models were adjusted for race/ethnicity, household income, and cotinine levels.ResultsAt baseline, 71% of girls lived within 150 m of a major road. The median age of onset was 10.3 years for B2 + and 10.9 years for PH2 +. Living within 150 m downwind of a major road was associated with earlier onset of PH2 + (TR 0.96, 95% CI 0.93, 0.99). Girls in the highest quintile of either distance-weighted traffic density, annual average daily traffic, and/or traffic density also reached PH2 + earlier than girls in the lowest quintiles.ConclusionsIn this first study to assess the association between residential proximity to traffic and pubertal onset we found girls with higher exposure reached one pubertal milestone several months earlier than low exposed girls, even after consideration of likely confounders. Results should be expanded in larger epidemiological studies, and with measured levels of air pollutants.  相似文献

Portable monitors were used to measure time-averaged personal exposure (10–30 min) to carbon monoxide. Data were collected from January through March 1981 in four cities where ambient carbon monoxide levels have been reported in excess of National Ambient Air Quality Standards: Stamford, CT; Los Angeles, CA; Phoenix, AZ; and Denver, CO. In each city, personal exposure were measured in three common microenvironment types (indoor, commuting, and residential driving) near fixed stations monitoring ambient levels of carbon monoxide. Measurements recorded at urban-residential fixed monitoring stations (excluding one station in Stamford) underrepresented the time-weighted mean of commuting and residential driving exposures by factors of 0.4 to 0.7. The highest mean commuting and residential driving exposures were found in Los Angeles (16.1 and 7.6 μL/L, respectively). Fixed monitoring stations in Los Angeles, Phoenix, and one station in Stamford overrepresented the time-weighted mean of indoor exposures by factors of 1.1 to 1.3. However, in Denver and another station in Stamford, urban stations underrepresented the mean of indoor exposures by factors of 0.4 to 0.8. The highest mean indoor exposure, 5.9 μL/L, was in Denver. In all four cities, regressing personal exposures on concurrent fixed-site concentrations for all recorded values and for values recorded during 8-h NAAQS exceedance time periods revealed no conclusive linear relationships.  相似文献

基于TM遥感影像、城市规划图等数据,利用logistic CA模型,模拟了2005~2010年天津市滨海新区城市形态演化,经过模拟面积和Lee Sallle指数两个指标的精度评价后,定量分析了新版总规实施后城市形态演化的驱动力。实证研究表明:滨海新区城市形态扩展迅速,驱动力大小依次是自然环境、经济发展、交通带动、城市规划引导;其中交通驱动力中,影响最强烈的依次是火车站、城市的道路、高速出入口、县乡道、航道、省道。因此提出:城市规划必须顺应城市形态发展的规律,把握好可控的关键驱动力,科学预测城市形态发展和提出城市规划方案,做到积极有效的引导城市形态发展  相似文献

Since the reform and opening-up, the difference between the development of the west region and the other regions in China is increasing. In addition, the condition of the development of cities in west China needs amelioration. Developing conditions of the west provinces and its cities using economic barometers (e.g. gross domestic product (GDP) and per capita GDP) and urban population datum (e.g. urbanization level and city primary degree) have been analyzed in this article. Five indexes have been chosen to work on the development of the provinces, for example, the contribution degree of the increment in GDP, the contribution degree of the increment of per capita GDP, urbanization level, city primary degree, city primacy ratio. Conclusions are as follows. (1) The growth of the GDP and per capita GDP of the western provinces is in a poor way; moreover, it is not steady going. (2) The comparability among the characteristics of the urbanization level growth of the provinces is at a low level. (3) The urbanization levels of Inner Mongolia province and Sinkiang province are more-sensitive responders to the growth of per capita GDP, whereas those of Guangxi province and Tibet province are less-sensitive responders. (4) The urban population in most of the provinces are highly concentrated, which can be shown by city primary degrees and city primacy ratios. While working on these cities in west China, some earlier zone-organic cities are chosen as sample cities, and these cities are also analyzed using economic barometers and population datum. By analyzing the difference among the cities and comparing the research findings of Professor Zhou and the author, the following conclusions are made: (1) the growth of the GDP and per capita GDP of the cities are mostly not steady going; (2) the middle and big cities are more-sensitive responders to the growth of economy, whereas the small and mega cities are less-sensitive responders; (3) the sizes of southwest cities have a higher speed than those of northwest ones, and furthermore, the differences between them are still increasing.  相似文献

城市建设用地差别化绩效管控是国土空间治理能力现代化的重要体现,也是土地政策精准投放的基础。从新时期城市建设用地的基本价值出发,构建基于经济生产、社会服务、生态保护、政治公平服务保障和科技文化培育五维功能的绩效评价指标体系,采用熵权法绩效评价模型和改进的协调度模型对湖北省城市建设用地五维功能绩效和协调度进行了评价,在此基础上通过“绩效-协调”差异性特征划分了不同类型区,并相应地制定了差别化管控政策。研究表明:湖北省城市建设用地综合绩效差异性表现为“中心城市最高,副中心城市次之,远离中心区域最差”的分布格局,而不同功能维度绩效差异性也较为明显,结合城市建设用地多功能协调程度来看,湖北省16个市域可划分为3类管控区,分别为多功能协调优化区、多功能潜力挖掘区和多功能适度强化区,并可分别从结构优化、功能协调、总量控制、增量供给、存量挖潜等方面对城市建设用地实行差别化管控。该研究可为建设用地双控行动与土地资源优化配置提供方法参考。 关键词: 土地利用;城市建设用地;绩效;多功能协调;差别化管控  相似文献

信息技术的应用与社会信息技术的传输,使大量的要素(人流、物流、信息流)在城市群空间内集聚与扩散,加密城市群空间内城市联系。在基于公路运输、普通列车、高速列车以及百度指数4个要素的综合分析基础上,对长三角城市群"空间流"网络结构特征进行探析。研究结果表明:(1)长三角城市群区域内城市联系虽具备了网络化规模,但城市间的联系不均衡,以上海、南京、杭州等城市为多中心的协调网络发展格局特征明显;(2)长三角城市群16个核心城市"空间流"特征呈现三角形网络结构,其三角形的顶角分别由上海(沪)、南京(宁)与杭州(杭)3个核心节点城市构成。在空间结构内部,形成若干次级城市网络连线;在空间分布上,北翼网络化程度较高于南翼线性联系程度,区域联系强度以"沪—宁"、"沪—杭"沿线向两侧递减;(3)上海、南京、杭州、苏州、无锡5个核心城市排名处于网络中心的前列,扬州、南通、泰州、舟山等周边城市相对靠后,这与区域经济发展过程的"吸虹效应"有关,随着区域经济一体化程度的加深,中心城市会向周边地区提供服务与经济辐射,完善整个长三角城市群网络体系。  相似文献

以专利申请总量为主要指标,采用地理集中指数和马尔可夫链方法,从时间、空间和地理临近性视角来分析2000~2014年长江中游城市群城市创新差异的时空格局演变。研究结果表明:(1)城市群城市创新差异呈现由高度集中向渐进式分散,由核心城市向外围城市缓慢扩散的演变趋势,出现高水平和低水平趋同俱乐部强化锁定,中低水平趋同俱乐部局部变动的趋势。(2)城市群城市创新类型发生空间转移与城市创新发展水平紧密相关,城市创新发展水平差距越小,发生转移的概率越高;反之,发生转移的概率越低;(3)邻域创新环境影响城市群城市创新差异的演变,地理临近性在低水平、中低水平城市创新类型表现不明显,而在中高水平城市创新类型显著增加。  相似文献

城市中心性既体现在城市的等级位序,亦表现为城市在网络体系中的节点连通性以及节点之间的“流”强度。将区域城市等级体系和关系网络研究相结合,是城市体系理论与实践研究可探索的方向。以泛长江三角洲52个城市为研究对象,通过中心城市指数表征城市的等级中心性,企业网络联系测度城市的网络中心性,结合城市的等级中心性和网络中心性特征进行中心城市评价。将泛长江三角洲地区中心城市划分为了5个等级和7种类型,分别是:1个全球城市:上海;3个国家中心城市:杭州、南京、苏州;温州等6个区域等级中心城市;宁波等8个区域网络枢纽城市;盐城等8个地区等级中心城市;淮北等6个地区网络枢纽城市以及19个地方一般城市。基于对中心城市的类型划分,可进一步研究提出针对不同类型城市的分类引导政策。通过提升基础设施连通度、延伸产业链等措施来提升等级中心性较高城市的系统开放性;通过强化要素资源集聚,提高城市服务水平等促进关系网络枢纽城市的等级水平。 关键词: 中心城市;等级体系;关系网络;泛长江三角洲  相似文献

改革开放加速了我国的城镇化进程。从1978年至2010年,城镇化率由17.92%迅速提高到49.95%,形成了长三角、珠三角、京津冀三大城市群,一批区域性城市群正在加速形成。城镇化的快速发展特别是城市群的形成为推动我国经济社会发展和增强国际竞争力发挥了重要作用。但与此同时,城镇化也带来了突出的可持续发展问题。主要表现在:人口过度膨胀,城市病集中爆发,经济增长与宜居性背道而驰;城市面貌千篇一律,野蛮拆迁横行,土地型资本运作难以持续;进城易,定居难,城乡"二元社会"问题正演变为城市内定居群体与流动群体"二元社会"问题;城市间恶性竞争,产业同构,建立分工协作的机制任重道远。基于此,本文提出了未来10年推进我国城镇化的对策思路:坚持积极发展小城市和小城镇方针,缓解地域中心城市人口压力;创新农村居民点用地管理制度,实现城镇化与新农村建设有机统一;加强城市规划与管理的科学化,全力提升城市品位;建立跨区域城市协调机制,破解恶性竞争与产业同构困局;促进公共服务均等化,消除新老"二元社会"问题。  相似文献

城市增温现象和城市热岛效应对人居环境的影响日益显著,而城市化是否是城市增温现象的一个主要影响因素,为此。利用协整分析等经济计量方法研究城市化对城市增温现象的影响。协整分析是近年来计量经济学发展的最新成果,能够揭示变量之间存在着的长期均衡变动关系。分析发现,城市化因子与城市气候因子之间存在着协整关系。长期看北京市的年平均最低温度与人口密度基本上处于同步增长状态;短期内城市气温的变动受人口和城市化因素的影响较大。为此可知,北京市70年代以来,城市气温的升高基本上与城市化的发展相一致。二者具有长期协同变动的均衡关系。这些发现对我们制定减缓城市热岛效应的城市规划以及合理人口规模的城市发展战略都有很大的帮助。  相似文献

China is in the process of rapid urbanization, and wise land use is critical to the long-term sustainability of Chinese cities.Promotion of a compact city is typically believed to be helpful for sustainable land use management. However, given the fact that Chinese cities are characterized by high population densities, the applicability of a more compact solution to expand cities in China remains questionable; there is little evidence to support the many claims in its favor. In seeking to provide empirical data to explore the application of compact city theory in China, one of the key problems researchers face is the task of measuring the urban com-pactness, in order to objectively investigate the current characteristics of urban compactness. To meet this need, indices were developed for measuring the urban land use compactness, by which the spatial distribution characteristics of urban land use compactness were identified and applied to the Chaoyang District of Beijing. The conclusions can be made as follows: (1) comprehensive land use compactness in Chaoyang District has increased during the period of 2001-2007, especially the population density; (2) the spatial distribution of land use compactness has the characteristics of a ring structure, which shows a decreasing trend with its distance to the city center; (3) there is a strong positive correlation between urban land use compactness and location. 土地利用变化是全球环境变化与可持续研究的重要内容,驱动力研究是土地利用变化研究中的核心问题。现有土地利用变化驱动力研究多针对单一的城市区域展开,无法解释城市群地区,城市一体化战略指导下城市交互作用对土地利用变化的影响。运用系统动力学(SD)方法,综合考虑经济、人口、城市化、政策等主要人文因素,并将城市交互作用因素引入SD,以武汉城市圈为例,构建土地利用变化系统SD模型,运用1997~2006年的历史数据进行检验,并对武汉城市圈2010~2020年不同情景下的土地利用变化进行模拟。结果表明,建立的SD模型是有效的,两种情景下土地利用变化表现出差异性,说明城市交互作用是除经济、人口城市化等社会经济因素外,土地利用变化的又一重要影响因素。  相似文献
