It is a fact that in U.S. the immigration between rural areas and city areas is free, but in China this type of immigration is restricted by HUKOU system (Hukou, namely the household registration system, was designed to control rural-urban in China). All of those national policies in city areas are much better than those in rural areas, so those corresponding differences bring about great discrepancy of the economic status (mainly including GDP per person and income per resident) between rural and city areas in the same urban region, especially in different urban re- gions because the percentage of urban residents in those urban regions is in-equable. The present paper mainly researches the topic of relationship between the percentage of urban residents and the economic status in an urban region in China, including the relationship between the economic and the political functions of a settlement in China during the process of urbanization.  相似文献

Ecological city (eco-city) and its planning approach are emerging concepts in urban study, urban planning, ecological economics, environmental policy and corporate environmental management. However, opinions remain divided over the connotation and denotation of the term "ecological city", what key issues eco-city planning can solve, and its specific contents. In this study, we present 10 basic propositions that define the eco-city and clarify its key parameters, thereby providing the basis for discussing the assumptions and principles underlying different approaches to sus- tainable urban development. We then summarize the concept and principles of an eco-city, and define the main requirements for eco- city planning. We conclude that an eco-city is a city in which the urban population, scale of land use and intensity of human activities are limited to the regional resource and environmental carrying capacity, which does not cause increasing or irreversible damage to the regional ecosystem's structure, functions and processes.  相似文献

Based on the data of urban land use obtained by remote sensing interpretation from aero images in 1986 and 2004, the spatial structure of Jinan is studied in this paper with the method of Geographic Information System (GIS). According to the proportion of land for residence, industry and commerce, the urban district can be distinguished into three rings. Compared with the traditional theory of the ring structure in Western coun- tries, they have many distinctive characteristics. The main func- tions of the inner ring include residence, business and banking, but the proportion of residential land (more than 50%) is considerably higher than that of the cities in Western countries. The land proportion for residence and industry in the intermediate ring is equal on the whole. The main land of the outside ring is for industrial use. From 1986 to 2004, great changes have taken place on the land proportion of different types of use. In the inner ring, the land for residential and industrial use has shrunk much while the land for commercial use has increased. In the intermediate ring, the changes of the three types of land use were not very much and the temporal variation was relatively stable. On the contrary, the structure in the outside ring varies acutely. Though most of it is also for industrial use, the proportion of residential land has in- creased much. The three rings can also be divided into several sectors respectively, according to the function of land use clusters. New trends and mechanisms of the changes of land use impacting the urban structure were proposed in the end of the paper.  相似文献

Urbanization is one of the driving forces for the land use change in type and structure, and its prominent effect is to convert rural land to urban land. This paper takes Shan-dong Province as an example to analyze the current situation of the mutual conversion between the urban and rural areas from the aspects of the structure of land use, the decreasing tendency of the cultivated land, the changes of land use in urban and rural residential areas. It points out that cultivated land is converted to residential area land, industrial and/or mining area land. The relationship between the urban area land and the cultivated land is more direct; meanwhile, the changes of rural residential area lag behind obviously. The decrease of the cultivated land and the decline of soil quality will be the two difficult problems in the process of urbanization.  相似文献

Studying the process and characteristics of urban land change in different phases of urbanization and different economic development is much important for understanding urban land change and management at a macro level. Taking the example of Jiangsu Province, the present paper studied the correlation between urban land change process and socioeconomic development from 1981 to 2003 on the basis of statistical data. The results showed the following three aspects. First, urban land area has changed periodically and the research duration can be divided into two periods: from 1981 to 1994 and from 1995 to 2003. In each period, the changing trend is the same, i.e. slow at first and then quick. Studying from the comprehensive change status, the characteristic of fluctuant change is significant with three acute change pinnacles in 1988, 1991 and 2002 which were corresponded to turning point years of economic development phases of Jiangsu Province respectively. Second, the synchronization between urban land change and urbanization level change is not strict. With the evolution of urbanization phases, the change pace of urbanization level increased remarkably, but urban land change rate did not increase significantly accordingly. Third, the area of urban land has exponentially increased with the increase of per capita GDP. In different economic development levels classified by per capital GDP, land resource cost for economic development is different, respectively 29.01 hm2, 26.34 hm2, 26.22 hm2, and 11.14 hm2 for the increase of 100 million RMB GDP when the per capita GDP is under 1000, 1000–2000, 2000–5000 and over 5000 RMB.  相似文献

The article establishes the appraisal index system for entire urban agglomeration and its interior cities individually, concretely including five aspects: driving forces for tourism development, the level of tourism development, tourism impacts, tourism economic connection and tourism contributions of different cities to the whole urban agglomeration. As tourism competitiveness has the characteristics of comprehensiveness, systematicness and dynamicness, the article attempts to apply the structural prediction means of system dynamics to evaluating tourism competitiveness, aiming to provide some research methods and analysis ideas for tourism competitiveness measurement and trends analysis in urban agglomeration. Taking Shandong Peninsula urban agglomeration as the study area, the article simulates and analyzes the tourism competitiveness trend of the whole region and its interior cities from 2005 to 2020, and the result reflects that integrated development and regional combination of tourism are important means to upgrade tourism competitiveness in this region.  相似文献

In this paper, an approach to simulate the spatial distribution of urban population is proposed using urban land use and population statistical data through the geographical information systems (GIS). Then, the spatial population distribution of Urumqi as a case is simulated by the approach mentioned above and its varying patterns are analyzed by the raster population surface. As a result, producing raster population surface is more accurate and natural than the traditional choropleth map of population density. Concerning the spatial population distribution of Urumqi, the population density declines from south to north and the population distribution mainly presents' "T-type", the population distribution presents multicentre agglomeration and the population distribution of the districts shows different features. The population density varies significantly with the increase in the distance from central business district (CBD). Finally, it is found in this paper that the development history of districts, terrain and traffic road are main factors that have an influence Urumqi's population distribution. This paper tries to provide more accurate population data for the plan and management of urban land, traffic and public facilities in order to enrich the researches on urban population distribution.  相似文献

Geographic concentration of industries is the regionalized distribution of some industries in certain areas, which focuses on the ratio of a certain industry to the whole industries (He and Liu, 2006). In this paper we explore the improved M function of geographic concentration that adds the parameter of the number of firms according to the definition of geographic concentration of industries. The spatial distribution of the main manufacturing industries of Lanzhou urban area is evaluated based on it. The results of the evaluation imply that the spatial distribution of the main manufacturing industries is more concentrated than that of others in Lanzhou and it can absorb lots of labor forces. But the incidence, competition ability and density of the distribution of enterprises are different for each single sector, and enterprises with different production features are located closely. And three main problems are discovered. Finally, three countermeasures are put forward: locating the industrial enterprises in urban areas in a proper way through planning and policies; adjusting the industrial structure of the inner city; strengthening the local rearrangement of the existing industrial concentration areas.  相似文献

Relying on remote sensor technology, GIS and Land-sat TM digital images, the authors use spatial and statistical analysis to examine the temporal-spatial characteristics of the change caused by urban Construction in Xinjiang's rural areas from the end of the 1980s to the end of the 1990s. The primary findings show the following: 1) The urban construction in rural areas has increased drastically. The expansion speed of urban land use has accelerated over the past decade. The sub-land use changes caused by the urbanization of rural are characterized by salient regional differentiation among the three main regions and among the 85 counties of Xinjiang. 2) The shift of land use is mostly characterized by cultivated land and grassland being used for urban and industrial projects. Moreover, this change of land use is characteristic of regional differences. 3) Factors of rural-urban construction land use changes in Xinjiang, are undoubtedly affected by natural environment, social, economic conditions, and to a larger degree by population growth, GDP development and industrial development.  相似文献

Abstract

It is the major purpose of the paper to present the urban land-banking planning and its functions of promoting the urban land-banking system and land use administration. The urban land-banking system has the potential attribute of acting as an irreplaceable role in urban land administration, but its unexpected function-deviation has impacted its implementation effect in China. A few city governments are attempting to deal with the problem by the urban land-banking planning which is expected to contribute to the extension of urban function, optimization of urban patterns, promotion of urban core competitiveness and overall construction of the urban value chain. In this paper, we primarily discuss the necessity, functions, purposes and main contents of the urban land-banking planning. Subsequently, the implementing situation of the urban land-banking system in Nanjing is analyzed, including its integrated mode, spatio-temporal quantitative distribution and main characteristics. 认知快速城镇化背景下城市空间生产、生活和生态功能的变化规律既是人文-经济地理学研究的重要内容,也是城市国土空间开发及其格局优化的内在依据。以长沙都市区为实证区,以遥感影像、城市土地利用调查数据等为主要数据源,选取2000、2009、2016年为研究时间节点,基于土地主体功能的差异构建“三生”功能评价体系,采用空间自相关、冷热点分析和样带分析等方法,探究长沙市“三生”功能的变化特征并提出调控路径。结果表明:(1)长沙都市区整体的生产、生活功能持续强化,但生态功能有所减弱;(2)长沙都市区内部“三生”功能强弱亦发生变化,不同功能空间重组,“三生” 功能的均衡性提高;(3)长沙都市区“三生”综合功能水平持续提升,高水平区域逐渐向城市中心集聚,呈现单核集聚→单核集聚-多核分散→网络均衡化的城市功能空间结构发展模式,但“三生”功能空间单元变化模式各异;(4)应从“三生”功能用地结构的“质”与“量”两方面对长沙都市区空间格局进行综合调控。  相似文献

对城市群发展过程中的农业用地损失进行动态模拟研究,有助于准确归纳其损失的趋势和机制,为农业用地保护规划的制定提供依据。以长株潭城市群为例,通过遥感影像图的收集与处理以及空间数据库、方格网系统、十二向玫瑰图和三维山丘图的构建,对城市群扩张和农业用地损失的过程进行动态模拟,通过离心模型归纳导致农业用地损失的动力机制,并对2020、2025年的农业用地损失情况进行预测。结果显示:城镇建成区扩张是长株潭城市群农业用地损失最主要的原因。伴随着城市群空间结构的演变,农业用地损失经历了"中心区主导—中心区与产业园区共同主导—连绵式损失"的过程。如不加以控制,至2025年,一个总面积达1 500 km~2,呈连绵状分布的超大型都市区将在长株潭城市群形成,现有中心城区、产业园区之间的农业用地将逐渐消失殆尽,从而造成难以弥补的环境损失。从空间规划上优化城市群的空间结构和发展方式,从政策法规上对侵占行为进行严格控制,是保护农业用地的关键所在。研究有望为我国城市群环境保护规划的制定提供方法论参考。  相似文献

探讨城市用地扩张时空特征及驱动机制,对制定有效的城市群高质量发展规划和国土空间规划至关重要。以城市群为研究对象,运用扩张强度指数、景观扩张指数以及SAR Probit模型对长株潭城市群城市用地时空特征及驱动机制进行研究。结果表明:(1)城市群处于不同的发展阶段,其城市用地扩张表现出不同的特征,研究期内城市群的城市用地扩张强度呈先加强后减弱的趋势,并表现出"中心-边缘"扩张空间格局。(2)城市群城市用地空间扩张类型整体上呈现扩散向集聚转变态势,符合"扩散-集聚"的城市增长理论。1995~2010年以飞地式扩张类型为主,2010~2018年边缘式扩张类型替代飞地式成为主导类型。(3)社会经济、地理、可达性以及溢出效应等因素综合作用,对城市用地扩张产生了正向和负向影响,判定出社会经济和溢出效应因素为影响城市用地扩张的主控因素,并提出了城市群城市用地扩张的"四力"驱动机制框架。以上研究发现有助于更好地理解城市群的城市用地扩张过程,能够为长株潭城市群一体化和高质量建设提供科学依据。  相似文献

区域热环境问题是影响城市生态环境的重要因素之一,如何通过合理的城市规划从而最大限度降低热环境问题带来的负面影响,是城市规划需要解决的关键问题之一。以南京江北新区为研究对象,基于城市规划下垫面类型数据,利用WRF模式(Weather Research and Forecasting model,WRF)来模拟近地表气温变化,进而分析研究区域热环境对城市规划的响应。研究表明:(1)高时空分辨率土地利用数据的输入能够显著提高WRF模式模拟的近地表气温精度,在此基础上耦合城市冠层模式,可以更准确地反映城市内部气温变化情况;(2)区域热环境受城市规划中土地利用类型变化的影响显著,城镇用地增加区域的气温变化幅度在不同时段有差异,其中气温升高幅度最大为1. 8℃,出现在20∶00~22∶00时段;相比于自然地表,城镇用地呈现出升温快和降温慢的特点;(3)与2013年相比,2030年研究区热岛范围扩大,热岛强度增强。因此,初步建议在城市规划时,除有效控制城镇用地增长外,需考虑该用地的分散布局,将其对热环境造成的影响降到最低,更有利于江北新区生态规划建设。  相似文献

生态单元制图是通过对区域遥感信息的解译及与现场调查信息的叠合,得到可视性较强的生态信息图谱,是将景观生态学成果应用到城乡规划中的一条有效途径。生态单元制图如何与中国城乡规划编制相衔接,提供专业、可靠的基础性研究成果,是本文期待解决的主要问题。提出了将城市所有用地类型都作为研究对象的"本土化"和"城市化"的生态单元分类方法,完成了符合我国《城市用地分类与建设用地标准》的生态单元制图分类系统(9大类37小类)及其景观生态学指数分析;通过绿地率、建筑密度、乔木树冠覆盖度、植物物种丰富度等各单项指标进行分层及叠加综合评价制图,科学全面地识别不同用地的生态价值。认为可以通过提出诸如各类城市用地的附属绿地的面积、容积率高低、建筑退让范围、大乔木的保护措施等具体细致的规划要求,来保护及调整城市用地内部的绿地面积及植被丰富度、乔木的覆盖度等生态指标,确保重要的城镇自然系统在城市开发过程中不受冲击,以及如何实现我国城市绿地的"精明增长"等后续研究方向。  相似文献

在城市空间溢出理论的指导下,以我国在2007年设立的国家级统筹城乡综合配套改革试验区重庆市为例,选取重庆市的远郊型城镇江北区五宝镇为研究区域,探讨旨在促进大城市周边的远郊型城镇与城区功能协调、互惠多赢的开发模式。首先,以鲜菜类和休闲度假类消费需求为例,对重庆市主城区城市居民消费需求的空间溢出展开调研;然后,从区位交通、资源基础、生态环境和开发现状等方面分析和判断五宝镇是否具备承接主城区溢出消费需求的条件,并设计了基于城市空间溢出的开发模式;最后,从经济效益、社会效益和生态效益等方面,对远郊型乡镇的传统开发模式和基于城市空间溢出的开发模式进行了综合效益比较。主要结论为:①重庆市主城区对其外部空间的土地、生物、景观和环境等要素存在着显著的溢出消费需求;②以城市溢出消费需求为导向,以协调城乡功能为目标,发挥自身的资源优势,将绿色农业与休闲经济有机结合是此类远郊型乡镇开发的最佳模式。  相似文献

城市土地生态利用水平测度及障碍因子诊断   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
从土地代谢理念出发,构建了城市土地生态利用水平的测评指标体系。根据该指标体系,以"加权和与加权积的混合算法"和"因子障碍度测算"为模型基础,对浙江省11个地级市的土地生态利用水平进行了综合测评。研究结果表明:①浙江省11个市的土地生态利用水平存在明显的空间差异,整体上浙东北部较高,西南部偏低;②城市土地生态利用水平与城市经济社会发展相关,但并不意味经济社会越发达,城市土地生态利用水平就会越高;③土地污染物的高排放是影响浙江省城市土地生态利用的最大障碍因子,其中单位面积废水排放影响最大;④对城市土地生态利用水平的测度根本目的不在于区分排名的先后,而在于找到差距和改善的方向。通过因子障碍度检验,发现构建科学合理的障碍因子管理体系,大力发展循环经济和推行清洁生产,开展土地生态文明教育是提高城市土地生态利用水平的重要路径选择。  相似文献
