气相色谱法测定苯酚生产废水中芳香族化合物 总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0
建立了用气相色谱法同时测定苯酚生产废水中异丙苯、α-甲基苯乙烯、α-甲基苯甲醇、2-苯基-2-丙醇、苯酚、苯乙酮、2-苯基丙醛等7种芳香族有毒有机污染物的定量分析方法。采用二氯甲烷对水样进行萃取后进行分析测定,气相色谱条件:DB-WAX型色谱柱,FID检测器,程序升温,进样量1μL。方法的检出限、精密度、回收率实验表明,该方法对苯酚生产废水中各污染物组分具有较好的分离效果,对7种物质的检测限均低于0.05 mg/L,5次测定的相对标准偏差小于5%,实际水样的加标回收率大于97%。 相似文献

本文探讨了SBR和PAC-SBR反应器处理盐酸林可霉素原料液生产废水过程中活性污泥特征的变化.随着废水投加量的增加,PAC-SBR反应器的污泥性能始终优于SBR反应器,但是由于盐酸林可霉素原料液生产废水对生物较强的抑制作用,PAC-SBR反应器和SER反应器中污泥的活性均发生恶化,COD去除率已明显下降,单独采用SBR或PAC-SBR法处理已难以达到排放标准,必须进行工艺的组合.PAC-SBR反应器较SBR反应器在污泥性质及处理效率上均有一定的改善,处理盐酸林可霉素原料药生产废水有一定的优势. 相似文献

利用Fe3 催化氧化邻苯二胺(o-PDA),研究了分光光度法测定o-PDA的最佳实验条件和干扰去除方法.研究表明,在稀HCl介质中,显色体系最佳pH=3.0;λmax=450 nm;方法的线性范围0~8 mg/L,线性回归方程A = 0.011 4C 0.037 2,相关系数r= 0.999 6;体系的摩尔吸光系数ε=1.22×104 L·mol-1·cm-1;方法的检测下限为0.015 mg/L,动力学研究表明显色反应为一级,dA/dt=0.007 5A-0.011 67,r=0.999 5.用硫酸铜沉淀去除农药生产废水中的干扰后测定水中的o-PDA,结果满意. 相似文献

Commercial livestock production is known to have significant impacts on the environment. Pig production is a complex system which involves the production of animal feed, transportation, animal rearing and waste management. One tool for assessing the environmental performance of such complex systems is life cycle assessment (LCA). LCA has been applied to pig production considerably to date. This paper provides a chronological review of state-of-the-art pig production LCAs under three themes: feed production; entire-system livestock rearing; and waste management. The study considers how LCA applications have addressed technological improvements in animal husbandry, and highlights methodological limitations, particularly related to cross-study comparisons. Recent research demonstrates crude protein reduction in feed and anaerobic treatment of pig excreta resulting in bioenergy production are the key targets for environmental performance improvements related to pig production. 相似文献

This paper presents a mathematical model for solving the blending composition problem used in the zinc smelting process. The model proposes an objective function maximizing profit in terms of the total income from the sale of zinc on the market and the cost of producing zinc. In addition to the constraints contained in the basic mathematical model, the constraints, which are in accordance with the specific production process of zinc and environmental requirements, are developed. This paper proposes a model that can align three contradictory demands (technological, economic, and environmental) present in zinc production. The results, obtained by numerical experiments, confirm the assumption that it is possible to assemble such an optimal batch that will “reconcile” all contradictory demands. This model can be applied to other similar processes of production with minor changes. 相似文献

An environmental impact assessment (EIA) system was established in 1979 in China. Although EIA was designed as a tool for pollution prevention, in practice it has been based on end-of-pipe (EOP) treatment control since it was first introduced. This approach has ensured an overwhelming focus by enterprises on the use of EOP treatment, rather than pollution prevention, to meet environmental standards, and it has produced a low rate of operation for EOP facilities. The low operation rate for EOP facilities can be traced to the traditional EIA system: it leads project proponents to develop large EOP treatment facilities, but once the main production lines are put into operation, proponents rarely have sufficient funds to operate the treatment facilities. This paper analyzes problems that exist in the EIA system in China, and it describes the Cleaner Production Index and Evaluation System, which is being proposed by environmental authorities in China to evaluate EIA projects based on cleaner production criteria. The paper also suggests how cleaner production analysis can be integrated into the EIA system to improve it. 相似文献
