为优化无锡某电厂选择性催化还原脱硝反应器烟道内部流场,研究导流板和整流器对流场的影响,基于FLUENT软件和SIMPLE算法,采用RNG k-ε湍流模型和离散相模型数值模拟导流装置安装前、安装后和优化后3种情况下的烟道内部气流流动和固体颗粒流动.研究表明,导流板可以改善烟道内气流分布,同时保证气流进入催化剂层前的速度小于6 m/s,速度不均匀系数小于15%;整流器对改善气流流动、避免涡流存在具有重要作用,且对压降影响较小;合理的导流板结构和布置可以有效减小压降,导流板优化后压降降低至109.9 Pa.  相似文献

某新建活性焦联合脱硫脱硝脱汞反应塔在试运行过程中运行阻力大,且脱硫脱硝效率较低。为提升反应塔的性能,以原设备为几何模型,采用CFD方法进行模拟优化。针对影响设备压降和脱硫性能的入口气流均匀性问题,模拟对比了4种导流板方案,考察板间距和圆弧板半径对气流均布的影响。同时为提高喷氨均匀性,结合烟气在过渡气室的流动情况提出了2种喷氨格栅加密方案。模拟结果表明:板间距和圆弧板半径都相同的导流板方案均布气流的效果最好,烟气在活性焦脱硫层的气流均匀性提升了11.48%,同时设备的压降降低了451 Pa。合理的喷氨格栅加密方案使氨气分布均匀性提升了34.88%。反应塔的压降模拟结果与现场实测数据吻合较好,模拟结果对设备的优化设计和实际运行有指导作用。  相似文献

袋式除尘器内部气流分布不均会加剧滤袋磨损,降低除尘效率。采用计算流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟方法对除尘器内部流场进行研究,分析了气流的轨迹及其在各气室中的速度分布。发现原设计中气流分布不均匀的现象比较明显,提出了在进气通道内添加气流均布板的改进措施。结果表明:改进后,除尘器箱体内部气流分布较均匀,各滤袋气流分配系数的波动幅度减小,各气室综合流量不均幅值降低。研究结果为袋式除尘器的结构优化设计提供了理论依据。  相似文献

电除尘器进气烟箱结构参数不仅对除尘器内部气流分布的均匀性产生重要影响,而且还会影响除尘效率和排放指标。针对电除尘器进气烟箱结构参数选取与气流分布均匀性问题,采用欧拉-拉格朗日多相流模型,对进气烟箱扩散角,气流分布板孔形、开孔率和导流板角度等参数,进行了三维流场模拟仿真计算,获得各参数对气流均匀性的影响关系规律。仿真结果表明:方形孔的气流分布板能获得较佳的气流分布均匀性;合理调节进气烟箱扩散角、开孔率和导流板角度可有效地改善电场内气流分布状况。研究结果可为电除尘器进气烟箱的设计与改进提供依据。  相似文献

利用计算流体动力学(CFD)软件对电袋复合除尘器进行数值模拟,通过改变气流入口流速、调整电凝并区前水平管道长度和增设入口管道内导流板等方法进行优化。结果表明,气流入口流速对改善电袋复合除尘器的除尘效果影响不大,而入口管道增设导流板影响很大。当气流入口流速为18.00m/s、电凝并区前水平管道长度为0.50m、入口管道后一弯管处增设置3块导流板时,电凝并区入口断面、电除尘区入口断面气流分布均匀,相对均方根分别为0.17、0.14,涡流区域基本消失。  相似文献

均匀的流量分配和均匀的入口截面速度分布是提高电除尘器除尘效率的重要因素。以300 MW燃煤电厂2室4场电除尘器为对象,利用数值模拟手段对电除尘器上下游烟道及电除尘本体内的流场分布情况进行仿真计算,获取了局部流场特性,识别了原有入口段结构的问题所在,并提出局部弧形烟道、烟道导流板和气流分布板的系统优化方案。经仿真结果对比,优化方案降低了局部阻力,明显改善了2室流量分配不均程度,流量偏差由±18.83%减小至±2.01%,且左右侧电除尘主体入口速度均方根值均小于0.25,满足了行业标准要求。  相似文献

采用计算流体动力学(CFD)方法对大型电除尘器双室流量分配和除尘器进口管道内气流流动进行了数值计算。根据数值计算结果确定管道导流板和隔流板的布置方案:隔流板长度150 mm,与水平方向夹角27°;导流板长150mm,与管壁等间隔平行布置3块导流板。利用数值计算指导模型实验设计,并验证数值计算结果。结果显示,数值计算、模型实验、现场实验所得电除尘器两室流量偏差分别为±1.8%、±1.7%和±2.1%,三者吻合较好,均满足《电除尘器气流分布模拟试验》性能考核要求。  相似文献

为了研究输煤皮带转载点密闭罩内流场对吸尘效果的影响,采用Fluent软件对某转载点密闭罩内气固两相流动情况进行了数值模拟。通过气流分布和煤尘浓度分布的分析,发现溜槽转折处较大的气流偏转会增加煤尘起尘量和导致局部煤尘积聚,吸尘罩的开口角度对吸尘效果也有较大影响。为了疏导气流并加强吸尘效果,提出了溜槽转折处和吸尘罩的结构优化设计方案。研究表明,改进后气流分布更加均匀,吸尘效果有所提高,从而为转载点密闭罩的优化设计提供了参考。  相似文献

Tracer tests were conducted to evaluate the effect of a complexing sugar flush (CSF) on in-situ biodegradation potential at a site contaminated by jet fuel, solvents, and other organic compounds. Technical-grade hydroxypropyl-beta-cyclodextrin was used during the CSF study, which was conducted in a hydraulically isolated cell emplaced in a surficial aquifer. In-situ biodegradation potential was assessed with the use of tracer tests, which were conducted prior to and immediately following the CSF study. Ethanol, hexanol, and benzoate were used as the biodegradable tracers, while bromide was used as a nonreactive tracer. The results indicate that the biodegradation of benzoate was similar for both tracer tests. Conversely, the biodegradation of ethanol (23% increase) and hexanol (41% increase) was greater for the post-CSF tracer test. In addition, analysis of core samples collected from within the test cell indicates that the population density of aerobic jet-fuel degraders increased in the vicinity of the injection wells during the CSF. These results indicate that the cyclodextrin flush did not deleteriously affect the indigenous microbial community. This study illustrates that tracer tests can be used to evaluate the impact of remediation activities on in-situ biodegradation potential.  相似文献

通过一系列实验分析了鼠李糖脂对柴油污染物生物降解的影响。单菌株柴油降解实验结果表明,在添加生物表面活性剂鼠李糖脂后,各菌株细胞表面疏水性均发生不同程度的增加,并且对柴油的降解率均有所提高。在混合菌的柴油污染物降解实验中,发现当向土壤中添加了200 mg/L鼠李糖脂时,对柴油的降解才有较大的提高;而当添加100 mg/L的鼠李糖脂到水体中时,对柴油的降解就有较大的提高,而当鼠李糖脂浓度提高为200 mg/L时,柴油的降解率却没有进一步明显的提高。这说明鼠李糖脂对柴油降解的影响程度不仅与环境介质有关,还与添加的鼠李糖脂浓度有关。进一步分析表明,添加适当浓度的鼠李糖脂不仅可以提高对柴油的降解率,而且可加速其降解速度,缩短生物修复所需时间。  相似文献

The effects of biofilm growth on flow and solute transport through a sandblasted glass parallel plate fracture was investigated. The fracture was inoculated using soil microorganisms. Glucose, oxygen and other nutrients were supplied to support growth. The biomass initially formed discrete clusters attached to the glass surfaces, but over time formed a continuous biofilm. From dye tracer tests conducted during biofilm growth, it was observed that channels and low-permeability zones dominated transport. The hydraulic conductivity of the fracture showed a sigmoidal decrease with time. The hydraulic conductivity was reduced by a factor of 0.033, from 18 to 0.6 cm/s, corresponding to a 72% decrease in the hydraulic aperture, from 500 to 140 microm. In contrast, the mass balance aperture, determined from fluoride tracer tests, remained relatively constant, indicating that the impact of biomass growth on effective fracture porosity was much less than the effect on hydraulic conductivity. Analyses of pre-biofilm tracer tests revealed that both Taylor dispersion and macrodispersion were influencing transport. During biofilm growth, only macrodispersion was dominant. The macrodispersion coefficient alpha(macro) was found to increase logarithmically with hydraulic conductivity reduction.  相似文献

Little research has been performed on the impact of pesticides on earthworms under tropical conditions. Taking into consideration the often-limited resources in tropical countries, simple screening tests are needed. Therefore, it was investigated whether three pesticides relevant for the Brazilian Amazon (benomyl, carbendazim, lambda-cyhalothrin) affect the avoidance behavior of the earthworm Eisenia fetida. The tests were performed for two days according to ISO guideline 17512 but were adapted to tropical conditions (i.e. test substrate, test organism and temperature). The results indicate that this test gives reproducible and reliable results. Toxicity values (NOEC, EC50) are lower than those determined in 14 day-acute mortality tests and are approximately in the same range such as those found in 56 day-chronic reproduction tests with the same earthworm species, which were performed in parallel. Therefore, the use of the earthworm avoidance tests is recommended as a screening tool for the risk assessment of pesticides.  相似文献

This paper is a report of the operating variables and emission characteristics of a 1964 283 cubic inch V-8 Chevrolet automobile. This vehicle was used as a laboratory tool in a project to develop an improved driving cycle to represent Los Angeles peak hour driving. As a result it became necessary to run many exploratory tests to determine the relationships between the primary variables of intake manifold vacuum, engine rpm, and vehicle speeds and acceleration rates. Emissions of hydrocarbons, carbon monoxide, and nitrogen oxides were also determined for the entire range of operating conditions. The effect of prior operating modes on closed-throttle unburned hydrocarbon concentrations was also determined. The results of these tests are presented in tables and graphs which make a comprehensive picture of one typical automobile as a generator of air pollutants.  相似文献

The potential to use the results of biochemical acid potential (BAP) tests to predict the ultimate digestibility of raw and pretreated waste activated sludge (WAS) was investigated. The ultimate methane production from biochemical methane potential (BMP) tests on raw and pretreated samples which spanned a range of biodegradability proved linearly related to the volatile fatty acid (VFA) and soluble chemical oxygen demand (COD) production in corresponding BAP tests. In addition, a linear relationship between NH4-N production in the BMP and BAP tests was observed. Despite the linear nature of the relationships, the ratio of the production of methane in the BMP tests to the production of VFAs in the BAP tests varied with the biodegradability of the sludge samples. Waste Activated Sludge samples with low digestibility had ultimate yields of CH4 that were greater than the VFA yields in BAP tests, whereas sludge samples with high digestibility had lower yields of CH4 than the corresponding VFA yields. This trend contrasted with the NH4 results, in which the yields in the BAP tests were consistently less than those observed in the BMP tests. It was hypothesized that the varying relationship between CH4 and VFA yields was because of the inhibition of anaerobic oxidation of long-chain fatty acids (LCFAs) in the BAP tests. Long-chain fatty acids would be converted to CH4 in BMP tests but produced as digestion intermediates in the BAP tests and were not measured as part of the VFA yield. Hydrogen and acetate were identified as the two most likely intermediates that would accumulate in the BAP tests (which would cause inhibition). A stoichiometric model to facilitate the development of an improved understanding of the biodegradation processes in the BAP and BMP tests was assembled. When the model was applied to the BAP tests the anaerobic oxidation of LCFAs and propionate and methanogenesis were excluded from the model. The model was employed to estimate the extent of degradation of lipids, carbohydrates, and proteins in the batch tests as a function of the ultimate biodegradability of the sludge samples. On the basis of model fitting, it was determined that the degradation of lipids in BMP tests decreased, whereas the degradation of carbohydrates and proteins increased as the digestibility of the sludge samples increased. The varying ratio of lipid to protein and carbohydrate degradability with increasing digestibility of the sludge samples describes the relationship between VFA production and CH4 production in the BAP, and BMP tests, respectively.  相似文献

Laboratory toxicity tests are a key component of the aquatic risk assessments of chemicals. Toxicity tests with Myriophyllum spicatum are conducted based on working procedures that provide detailed instructions on how to set up the experiment, e.g., which experimental design is necessary to get reproducible and thus comparable results. Approved working procedures are established by analyzing numerous toxicity tests to find a compromise between practical reasons (e.g., acceptable ranges of ambient conditions as they cannot be kept completely constant) and the ability for detecting growth alterations. However, the benefit of each step of a working procedure, e.g., the random repositioning of test beakers, cannot be exactly quantified, although this information might be useful to evaluate working procedures. In this paper, a growth model of M. spicatum was developed and used to assess the impact of temperature and light fluctuations within the standardized setup. It was analyzed how important it is to randomly reassign the location of each plant during laboratory tests to keep differences between the relative growth rates of individual plants low. Moreover, two examples are presented on how modeling can give insight into toxicity testing. Results showed that randomly repositioning of individual plants during an experiment can compensate for fluctuations of light and temperature. A method is presented on how models can be used to improve experimental designs and to quantify their benefits by predicting growth responses.  相似文献

In situ methods are needed to evaluate the effectiveness of chemical amendments at enhancing reductive dechlorination rates in groundwater that is contaminated with the priority pollutant, trichloroethene (TCE). In this communication, a method that utilizes single-well, “push–pull” tests to quantify the effects of chemical amendments on in situ reductive dechlorination rates is presented and demonstrated. Five push–pull tests were conducted in each of five monitoring wells located in a TCE-contaminated aquifer at the site of a former chemical manufacturing facility. Rates for the reductive dechlorination of the fluorinated TCE-surrogate, trichlorofluoroethene (TCFE), were measured before (test 1) and after (test 5) three successive additions (tests 2–4) of fumarate. Fumarate was selected to stimulate the growth and activity of indigenous microorganisms with the metabolic capability to reduce TCFE and TCE. In three wells, first-order rate constants for the reductive dechlorination of TCFE increased by 8.2–92 times following fumarate additions. In two wells, reductive dechlorination of TCFE was observed after fumarate additions but not before. The transformation behavior of fumarate was also monitored following each fumarate addition. Correlations between the reductive dechlorination of TCFE and the reduction of fumarate to succinate were observed, indicating that these reactions were supported by similar biogeochemical conditions at this site.  相似文献

Subsequent to the 1997 promulgation of the Federal Reference Method (FRM) for monitoring fine particulate matter (PM2.5) in ambient air, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) received reports that the DOW 704 diffusion oil used in the method's Well Impactor Ninety-Six (WINS) fractionator would occasionally crystallize during field use, particularly under wintertime conditions. Although the frequency of occurrence on a nationwide basis was low, uncertainties existed as to whether crystallization of the DOW 704 oil may adversely affect a sampling event's data quality. In response to these concerns, EPA and the State of Connecticut Department of Environmental Protection jointly conducted a series of specialized tests to determine whether crystallized oil adversely affected the performance of the WINS fractionator. In the laboratory, an experimental setup used dry ice to artificially induce crystallization of the diffusion oil under controlled conditions. Using primary polystyrene latex calibration aerosols, standard size-selective performance tests of the WINS fractionator showed that neither the position nor the shape of the WINS particle size fractionation curve was substantially influenced by the crystallization of the DOW 704 oil. No large particle bounce from the crystallized impaction surface was observed. During wintertime field tests, crystallization of the DOW 704 oil did not adversely affect measured PM2.5 concentrations. Regression of measurements with crystallized DOW 704 versus liquid dioctyl sebacate (DOS) oil produced slope, intercept, and R2 values of 0.98, 0.1, and 0.997 microg/m3, respectively. Additional field tests validated the use of DOS as an effective impaction substrate. As a result of these laboratory and field tests, DOS oil has been approved by EPA as a substitute for DOW 704 oil. Since the field deployment of DOS oil in 2001, users of this alternative oil have not reported any operational problems associated with its use in the PM2.5 FRM. Limited field evaluation of the BGI very sharp cut cyclone indicates that it provides a viable alternative to the WINS fractionator.  相似文献

Static exposure experiments were conducted to assess the toxicity of dispersed Prudhoe Bay Crude Oil (PBCO) to embryos of the topsmelt (Atherinops affinis). Treatment with the dispersant COREXIT 9500 resulted in greater hydrocarbon concentrations in chemically enhanced water-accommodated fractions (CEWAFs) of oil, relative to the untreated water-accommodated fractions (WAFs). Topsmelt embryo development and survival to hatching was significantly inhibited in CEWAF tests while minimal effects on embryo-larval survival were observed in WAF tests. Increased hydrocarbon concentrations in the CEWAF tests caused cardiovascular and other abnormalities in developing topsmelt embryos.  相似文献
