关于我国苯室内空气质量评价标准的建议

人们大部分时间处于室内，室内空气质量直接影响人们的身体健康。当前，室内空气污染已成为社会关注的热点问题，苯(C6H6)含量高低是室内空气质量(IAQ)好坏的重要指示指标。本文通过分析苯(C6H6)的理化特性、来源、毒理学研究和流行病学研究结果，在参考国外相关标准的基础上．结合我国的实际情况和目前污染水平，首次提出了我国苯((C6H6)室内空气质量三级标准建议值。     

Prenatal diagnosis of ring chromosome 6

An amniocentesis was performed on a gravida 1, para 0 23-year-old female because of high maternal serum alpha-fetoprotein and nuchal thickening/cystic mass apparent on the fetal ultrasound. Detailed ultrasound examination revealed multiple anomalies including brain abnormalities. The fetus was found to have a mosaic female karyotype: 45,XX, - 6/46,XX,r(6) (p25q27) (62 per cent:38 per cent). This is the first report of a prenatally diagnosed case of ring chromosome 6.     

Prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 6 mosaicism

We report on a fetus with multiple congenital anomalies detected at the prenatal ultrasound examination and a trisomy 6 mosaicism in the amniocytes. The pregnancy was interrupted in the 18th gestational week and the autopsy revealed malformations including cleft right hand, arthrogryposis and hypoplasia of the 4th digit of the left hand, syndactylies and overlapping toes, facial dysmorphism with hypertelorism and low-set ears, ventricular septum defect (VSD), intestinal malrotation and scoliosis. Trisomy 6 mosaicism was detected in cultured amniocytes (13.3%), confirmed in umbilical cord fibroblasts (40%) and by fluorescence in situ hybridization on other fetal tissues. Trisomy 6 mosaicism is a very rare finding with only eight cases previously reported to our best knowledge. Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.     

Identification of Four Distinct Subunit Types in the Unique 6×6 Hemocyanin of the Centipede Scutigera coleoptrata

 We isolated 6×6 hemocyanin, dissociated it into subunits, and examined it by electron microscopy. The subunits were separated by native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis (PAGE), sodium dodecyl sulfate PAGE, and crossed immunoelectrophoresis. Single subunits were isolated by gel cutting from native PAGE and identified as hemocyanin by measuring their ultraviolet spectrum. A total of four distinct hemocyanin subunits were identified, and the subunit pattern of the three electrophoresis systems assigned to each other. The relative proportion of subunits a:b:c:d were 2 : 2 :>: 1 as determined by densitometry. Presumably, c and d act as linkers between hexamers. Outcome of prenatally diagnosed trisomy 6 mosaicism

We report the prenatal diagnosis of trisomy 6 mosaicism via amniocentesis, in which trisomy 6 cells were identified in three of five culture vessels with 33% (5/15) of colonies showing trisomic cells. The pregnancy was electively terminated and examination revealed minor abnormalities (shortening of the femurs, micrognathia, posterior malrotation of the ears, and bilateral camptomelia of the second digit of the hands and fifth digits of the feet). Cytogenetic analysis of the placenta showed trisomy 6 in 100% of 20 cells studied. Karyotype was 46,XX in 100 cells examined from fetal skin. There are relatively few prenatally diagnosed cases of mosaic trisomy 6 at amniocentesis. Confined placental mosaicism (CPM) has been postulated in other cases where follow-up cytogenetic studies were not available. 6-APA生产废水处理的生产性试验研究

制药行业是污水的主要来源,是国家环保规划重点治理的行业之一。青霉素制药废水成分复杂,有机物、溶解性和胶体性固体浓度较高,含有大量微生物难以降解甚至对微生物有抑制作用的物质,可生化性较差。用单一的生化法处理效果差,因此,为达到环境要求和相关标准,对青霉素废水处理的研究有着重要的意义。本文以内蒙古某制药厂的6-APA生产废水处理为背帚,根据对不同废水采用不同的预处理设施,采用UASB＋AF-水解酸化-CASS-生物接触氧化处理,经过三个月的调试运行,其出水水质达到了国家二级排放标准。综合研究结果证明采用该工艺是适合6-APA生产废水处理要求的。
