主要研究PAC和PASS混凝剂对高浓度和低浓度印染废水的混凝处理效果。确定了PAC处理高浓度印染废水(pH:4.39;色度:18750倍;COD:6480;浊度:1462)的最佳pH、混凝时间、投药量为5~7、8min、24mL/L;PASS处理低浓度印染废水(pH:10.16;色度:2020倍;COD:168;浊度:36.4)的最佳pH、混凝时间、投药量为6~7、15min、12mL/L。PAC处理高浓度的印染废水效果较好,处理低浓度印染废水的效果较差;PASS处理低浓度印染废水的处理效果比PAC要好。 相似文献

本文综述了粉煤友在印染废水中的应用。粉煤灰作为吸附剂可直接处理印染废水,处理效率较低,改性后粉煤灰可提高吸附性;利用粉煤灰的混凝作用对COD的去除率一般为50%-60%,色度去除率为80%左右;当粉煤灰与铁屑产生电化学作用时,用于印染废水预处理是行之有效的;作为印染废水助凝助沉剂,结合其他工艺,可使印染废水中COD和色度去除率分别达到90%和95%以上,并列举了粉煤灰处理印染废水成功的实例。但仍应加强理论研究,解决工程与设备问题是今后的工作方向。 相似文献

While researchers and decision-makers increasingly recognize the importance of public participation in environmental decision-making,
there is less agreement about how to involve the public. One of the most controversial issues is how to involve citizens in
producing scientific information. Although this question is relevant to many areas of environmental policy, it has come to
the fore in watershed management. Increasingly, the public is becoming involved in the sophisticated computer modeling efforts
that have been developed to inform watershed management decisions. These models typically have been treated as technical inputs
to the policy process. However, model-building itself involves numerous assumptions, judgments, and decisions that are relevant
to the public. This paper examines the politics of public involvement in watershed modeling efforts and proposes five guidelines
for good practice for such efforts. Using these guidelines, I analyze four cases in which different approaches to public involvement
in the modeling process have been attempted and make recommendations for future efforts to involve communities in watershed

印染企业丝光机排出的废碱液,Na0H质量浓度为3%~5%,废水温度在50℃~70℃,色度>1000倍,SS>400mg/L,含较多棉纱线等,为探讨废碱液回收技术的合理性及可行性,本中试系统采用"滤网过滤+板框压滤+陶瓷膜过滤+蒸发浓缩"的耦合技术,对丝光机排放的废碱液进行预处理及浓缩,中试结果表明,该技术可达到废碱液100%回用,处理后的碱液浓度可达15%~25%,SS<30mg/L,色度<100倍,达到印染行业丝光工序回用的要求。 相似文献

Salmon are perhaps the quintessential icon of the Pacific Northwest, affecting the region's culture, politics, and economy. The importance Oregonians place on salmon recovery and their willingness to pay for salmon recovery efforts was assessed biennially between 1996 and 2002 through the Oregon Population Survey. Based on these data, we found that Oregonians appear to have become less supportive toward salmon recovery and salmon recovery efforts over that time period; they were less likely to say salmon recovery is important and chose lower willingness to pay responses in 2002 than in 1996.Attitudes do appear to be related to the economic conditions and demographic composition of residents of the state. In particular, we found that local unemployment rates, age of respondent, and rural county residence are significantly negatively correlated with the respondent's expressed support for salmon recovery efforts. Attributes positively correlated with expressions of support for salmon include male gender, graduate-level education, and American Indian identity. We found that a significant portion of the decline in support is unexplained by the variables included in the analysis. 相似文献

Data from surveys conducted by six separate recycling education programs funded under the Clean Michigan Fund are compared. The findings indicate that a strong pro-recycling attitude exists among the populations sampled with a significant percentage of respondents planning to increase their level of recycling in the future. To aid this increase in participation these data suggest that education efforts should focus on helping people become more familiar with the details of how to recycle. And finally, these data support the idea that efforts to promote waste reduction and recycling behavior should focus on non-monetary motives. 相似文献

Farm to institution (FTI) efforts aim to increase the amount of locally produced foods, typically fruits and vegetables, served by institutions such as schools, colleges, hospitals, senior meal sites, and correctional facilities. Scholars have cited these efforts as contributing to public health and community-based food systems goals. Prior research has found that relationships based on shared values have played a critical role in motivating and sustaining FTI efforts. We review previous studies, discussing values that motivate participation, and affect practices and relationships in FTI supply chains. We use semi-structured interviews to better understand supply chain actors’ values and motivations and how they affect behaviors, with the aim of informing efforts to increase the scope and effectiveness of FTI efforts. All participants are currently engaged in FTI efforts. We find a mix of social and economic values were present for farmers, distributors, and buyers. Our implications focus on the importance of shared values and relationships, the benefit of local food for businesses along the supply chain, and the potential of non-school institution markets as entry points for farmers. 相似文献

Despite over two decades of efforts towards involving indigenous and traditional peoples in protected area management, there
are few successful examples. Several international principles and guidelines on indigenous peoples' involvement in protected
areas exist. However, because of the lack of evaluation of whether or not these principles and guidelines have been put into
practice, there is hardly any information that indicates the actual involvement of indigenous peoples in protected areas.
This paper attempts to compare efforts in partnership between indigenous peoples and protected area authority in three Asian
countries: Nepal, Thailand, and China. It shows that the involvement of indigenous peoples is more successful where park planning
is participatory and where political and socioeconomic reforms are underway. Indigenous peoples are in conflict with park
authorities where park management is centralized and nonparticipatory. Unless concrete efforts are made to address livelihood
issues of indigenous peoples living in and around protected areas, park management aimed to protect wildlife will rarely succeed.
Participatory park management that involves indigenous peoples and that addresses livelihood issues of indigenous communities
will ultimately succeed in its efforts toward wildlife conservation. 相似文献

根据收集的青岛市九大类排放源的活动水平数据,本研究采用排放因子法结合调研实测等工作建立了青岛市VOCs源排放清单,结果表明,工业企业VOCs排放占总排放的比例达到43.17%。其中,工艺过程源类中排放占比较高的行业依次为橡胶和塑料制品业、非金属矿物制品业、原油加工及石油制品制造业、化学原料和化学制品制造业、黑色金属冶炼和压延加工业等;溶剂使用源类中排放占比较高的行业为金属制品业、皮革皮毛羽毛制品和制鞋业、印刷业、铁路船舶航空等设备制造业、汽车制造业等。通过对重点行业重点企业进行入场调研采样分析,本研究发现不同行业中VOCs组成特征有差异,多数行业VOCs物种排放以卤代烃、芳香烃、烷烃等为主,纺织印染业、制鞋业等部分行业以含氧有机物排放为主。通过调研和实测对部分行业的VOCs排放因子水平做了本地化深入研究,调研统计青岛市约49%的企业安装了VOCs治理设施;在企业所安装的VOCs治理设施中吸附法占比最大,占比为26%。 相似文献

This paper integrates economic, biological, and physical models to explore the efficient combination and spatial allocation of conservation efforts to protect water quality and increase salmonid populations in the Grande Ronde basin, Oregon. We focus on the effects of shade on water temperatures and the subsequent impacts on endangered juvenile salmonid populations. The integrated modeling system consists of a physical model that links riparian conditions and hydrological characteristics to water temperature; a biological model that links water temperature and riparian conditions to salmonid abundance, and an economic model that incorporates both physical and biological models to estimate minimum cost allocations of conservation efforts. Our findings indicate that conservation alternatives such as passive and active riparian restoration, the width of riparian restoration zones, and the types of vegetation used in restoration activities should be selected based on the spatial distribution of riparian characteristics in the basin. The relative effectiveness of passive and active restoration plays an important role in determining the efficient allocations of conservation efforts. The time frame considered in the restoration efforts and the magnitude of desired temperature reductions also affect the efficient combinations of restoration activities. If the objective of conservation efforts is to maximize fish populations, then fishery benefits should be directly targeted. Targeting other criterion such as water temperatures would result in different allocations of conservation efforts, and therefore are not generally efficient. 相似文献

As a response to stakeholders’ interest in sustainable products and services, an organization may change its approach to sustainability issues, from isolated social and environmental projects to corporate sustainability strategies and practices that are part of their core business. However, many of the efforts associated with these sustainability strategies cannot be directly exerted by focal organizations. We consider the situation in which a focal organization (sustainability buyer) outsources sustainability efforts to another organization (sustainability seller). While buyers cannot directly exert sustainability efforts, they can provide economic or technical support to their sellers in order to incentivize these efforts. We investigate how the effort and support decisions change according to characteristics of stakeholders, buyers, and sellers. Additionally, the presence of sustainability-minded stakeholders may lead to buyers’ competition on the sustainability effort exerted by their sellers. Therefore, we extend our analysis of sustainability efforts and incentives to the case of two competing buyers, and we determine conditions under which sharing a seller is preferred by the buyers to having a separate seller for each buyer. 相似文献
