目的 研究Ni18Co9Mo5在湿热海洋环境(永兴)和亚湿热酸雨环境(重庆)下的腐蚀行为和力学性能规律。方法 通过金属粉末注塑成形方法制备Ni18Co9Mo5样品,采用力学试验机、X射线衍射分析仪、扫描电子显微镜、能谱分析仪、金相显微镜对Ni18Co9Mo5在永兴和重庆典型大气环境下暴露试验18个月的性能变化规律进行研究。结果 Ni18Co9Mo5样品的耐蚀性较差,在海洋环境和亚湿热酸雨下暴露2个月即出现明显的腐蚀现象,在平均相对湿度达到临界湿度(80%)基础上,腐蚀介质SO2(亚湿热酸雨环境)和Cl–(海洋环境)对Ni18Co9Mo5金属材料的早期腐蚀具有加剧作用。Ni18Co9Mo5在永兴试验18个月后,腐蚀产物较为疏松,且样品内外腐蚀区域均存在明显裂纹,其抗拉强度和冲击能量分别下降43%和60%左右;在重庆试验18个月后,其抗拉强度下降15%,冲击能量整体变化不明显。湿热海洋环境中侵蚀性强的Cl–导致Ni18Co9Mo5发生点蚀,甚至裂纹萌生及扩展,加剧了样品基体的腐蚀,有效承载面积减小及裂纹导致力学性能明显下降。结论 Ni18Co9M... 相似文献

The paper reports the latest trends in prediction of damage evolution and fracture during metal forming processes. Both uncoupled (e.g. the Oyane law) and coupled (e.g. Continuum Damage Mechanics-based laws) models are outlined and applications of the two approaches are presented. In particular, three application cases, which may be characterized by fracture events, are discussed: (i) a cold forging sequence, where a fracture criterion is utilized in combination with a damage accumulation law; (ii) a hot stamping operation conducted on high strength steel sheets, where the Continuum Damage Mechanics approach is used instead of the conventional one based on Forming Limit Curves; (iii) a hot rolling operation, where the Lemaitre law is modified to take into account the influence of the temperature and initial microstructure. 相似文献

目的 判定车辆悬架螺旋弹簧失效的原因,提出改进措施.方法 通过分析和测试其化学成分、氢含量、非金属夹杂物、力学性能、金相组织、断口形貌等,研究车辆悬架螺旋弹簧的失效行为.结果 试件弯曲变形内侧的剪切应力值最大,容易引起应力集中.材料最后断裂区为韧窝和沿晶的混合断裂,且断后伸长率偏低.喷丸并未完全去除脱碳层及表层的其他原始缺陷,表层形成疲劳缺陷的可能性增高.喷丸造成螺旋弹簧表层存在较深的凹坑,凹坑边缘形成明显凸起棱边,引起应力集中,且材料表层存在折叠缺陷.在循环应力作用下,凹坑处折叠缺陷端部首先成为裂纹萌生点,在循环应力作用下,裂纹持续扩展,最终疲劳断裂.结论 减小钢丸粒径,降低喷丸压力,以避免过深的凹坑及尖锐的凸起棱边,并适当增加喷丸过程的表层去除深度;调整热处理工艺,适度降低材料强度、提高韧性,使断后伸长率大于10%.改进轧制工艺,消除材料的折叠缺陷,加强材料缺陷检测. 相似文献

An experimental study is described in which active drawbead technology is used to attempt to optimize the sheet metal forming process. Oval AA 6111-T4 panels were drawn in a series of tests using various drawbead trajectories to establish the feasibility of the approach. The selection of drawbead trajectory was shown to have a dramatic effect on maximum attainable draw depth at fracture. Increasing drawbead penetration from zero to 5 mm in the early stages of the drawing process and retracting midway through the draw resulted in a 40% increase in draw depth compared to using a fixed 5 mm penetration. In the second part of the investigation, active drawbead technology was used to study its effect on highly nonsymmetric panel forming. Drawing limit curves in terms of drawbead depth versus blankholder forces (BHF) were plotted, and different drawbead trajectories were tested to determine an optimal drawbead trajectory scheme. A corresponding finite element model was also created. The results of strain path analysis successfully support the experiments. 相似文献

Environmental sustainability in manufacturing is nowadays an urgent and remarkable issue and the main concerns are related to more efficient use of materials and energy.In sheet metal forming processes there is still a lack of knowledge in this field mainly due to the need of a proper modelling of sustainability issues and factors to be taken into account. The aim of this paper is mainly to underline the state of the art from a forming point of view about the sustainability contributions offered in any phase of a product life cycle. Actually, a lack in terms of comprehensive contributions is present in the technical literature, thus, the authors try to give a sort of holistic vision aimed to provide basic guidelines in order to help in identifying the possible solutions with regard to all the phases of a forming product life cycle. The main attention was paid to sheet metal forming technologies. The paper gives an overview of the main topics concerning sheet metal forming problems related to energy and resource efficiency with the aim to stress the principal contributions which may derive from such processes to environmental performances of manufacturing. 相似文献
