地下工程中,通常采用位移反分析方法来确定围岩的力学参数,而现有的位移反分析方法均存在诸多不足之处,为此,采用模式搜索算法、自适应神经模糊推理系统以及正交试验设计方法,建立了位移反分析的PSA-ANFIS方法;同时还对一标准弹塑性问题进行了解析计算,得到了相应的训练数据对、检测数据对和预测数据对;最后采用此方法对该弹塑性问题的力学参数进行了反演。反演结果表明,所建立的位移反分析的PSA-ANFIS方法除了能够充分发挥ANFIS的各种优点外,还能有效地减少模型建立和参数调节过程中的人为干预,因此是一种优异的位移反分析方法。  相似文献

为有针对性地对石化装置失效后果进行风险分析和经济风险计算,将RB.eye软件与API 581相结合,提出一种创新的石化装置综合风险分析研究方法。首先对一套装置中的设备和管道使用RB.eye软件得到风险矩阵进行风险分级,根据分级结果,筛选出高风险设备和管道。然后对筛选出的设备和管道运用API 581进行后果风险分析。并运用此方法研究催化重整预处理装置。结果表明:将RB.eye软件与API 581相结合的方法能够快速筛选风险分析目标,有助于有针对性地进行后果风险分析。  相似文献

为解决城市交通事故风险时空分布预测任务中时空关联性捕捉困难的问题,提出基于动态模态分解(DMD)的城市交通事故分析时空预测模型,模型利用总最小二乘法去除交通事故数据中的噪声,应用结合Hankel矩阵的动态模态分解模型(Hankel-DMD)捕捉交通事故风险的时空关联性,对交通事故风险的时空分布进行预测。研究结果表明:DMD框架能够为高维预测任务提供低秩解决方案,从高维数据中捕捉时空关联性;Hankel-DMD模型在预测评价指标平均绝对误差和均方根误差方面的表现明显优于统计学及机器学习等方法;Hankel-DMD模型产生的动态模态和特征值,对事故风险系统的时空动态特征具有一定的可解释性,同时验证Hankel-DMD模型的适用性。  相似文献

针对目前我国海上平台事故应急演练缺乏有效评估体系的现状,结合海上平台事故应急演练典型示例,运用“事故应急指挥系统(ICS)”基本理念,对整个应急演练过程进行系统分析,从人员安全、资产保护、环境保护、企业声誉等4个方面搭建应急演练评估框架。采用层次分析法构建计算模型,合理设置评估指标权重,最终建立了1套具有海洋石油行业特点的应急演练评估指标体系,并选取国内1个海上平台事故应急演练进行了应用分析。研究结果表明:构建的演练评估指标体系及评估方法能较好地应用于海上平台事故应急演练过程,进而在演练评估结果的基础上,实现应急演练的持续改进。  相似文献

根据中国海上石油工业缺乏独立的风险评价体系的现状 ,笔者对极端海况进行了环境荷载的联合概率分析 ,利用随机模拟技术 ,求解结构的失效概率 ,提出结构失效分析的新方法 ,并利用DNV提供的历史数据 ,对结构失效的后果做了适当分析。以埕北 12 C井组平台作为实例 ,对平台甲板高程 (AirGap)失效分析进行了实例计算。结果表明 ,使用多维联合极值分布理论及相应的求解方法 ,是离岸工程结构物风险评估的重要手段。  相似文献

基于国内石油工业上游业务风险分析和安全评价现状,针对油气勘探、油气田开发、油气集输和海洋石油各阶段工艺流程与作业环境特性,选择引导词、偏差进行安全评价,分析和探讨HAZOP分析方法在上游业务中应用的可行性和适用性。研究表明,对于油气田开发、油气集输阶段以及海上油气田生产方面,应用HAZOP分析,可从本质安全角度提出项目风险管理控制措施,提高装置安全性和可操作性,促进企业持续稳定发展。但对于油气勘探阶段,由于其风险呈层次型且评价方法依赖于数学建模和数值计算,不适宜采用HAZOP分析方法。  相似文献

长期以来,海洋石油领域风险研究主要集中在对设施的潜在失效概率和后果研究方面,而对于人员可靠性及风险管理方面的研究较弱。然而,据统计资料显示,海上设施在其生命周期内的设计、建造和生产作业等各个阶段中发生的事故大多与人为错误和组织错误(HOE)有关联。在海洋工程领域,开展人员可靠性分析(HRA)的研究工作具有重要意义。根据海上作业的特殊性及轮班制度的特点,推导出轮班风险的定量分析公式,据此计算出每个工作日轮班风险的相对大小,然后结合我国海上作业的实际情况,对影响轮班风险的可变因素进行了敏感性分析,为风险控制与管理提供参考。  相似文献

煤矿井下由于煤炭自燃引发的火灾是煤矿生产过程中一大突出灾害,一旦发生火灾将严重影响煤矿的正常生产,这不仅威胁着井下人员的生命安全,还会给国家带来巨大的经济损失。由于矿井下隐蔽火源是引发火灾的重大因素之一,所以要更好的解决煤炭自燃而引发火灾的问题,重中之重就是对煤炭自燃隐蔽火源位置的确定。只有准确的确定了火源的位置,才能有的放矢地进行灭火。本文结合煤矿井下煤炭自燃发火的特点,建立数学模型,把煤矿井下隐蔽火源位置确定问题归纳为热传导方程的寻源反问题,利用离散正则化方法求解热传导方程,克服了反演问题的不适定性,并应用matlab进行了反演数值模拟,验证了利用离散正则化反演方法的实用性,为防火、灭火采取措施提供了依据,在理论上也具有一定的研究与应用价值。  相似文献

研究了一种六关节机器人通过奇异位形时新型解的方法。当机器人接近奇异位形时 ,操作空间内微小的运动 ,会引起关节速度趋向无穷大 ,导致机器人失去控制。该方法应用线几何理论和反螺旋理论 ,识别出机器人线性相关的关节轴线和操作空间的不可行运动。通过对相应Jacobian矩阵的行和列进行重新整合 ,使机器人在奇异点时 ,工作空间可行运动与关节运动仍保持一一对应关系 ,从而得到机器人的精确轨迹控制。最后 ,使用上述方法 ,对PUMA机器人作了实例分析 ,结果证明了该方法的有效性  相似文献

The noise included in pipeline pressure signal is a small noise whose energy takes a small proportion of pressure signal and is concentrated on high frequency components. However, it will influence pipeline leakage identification and even cause false alarms. Thus, a small-noise reduction method based on EMD (SNR-EMD) is proposed to remove small noise from pressure signal. EMD is applied for extracting the mean envelope of the signal. Then, small fluctuations around the mean envelope are considered to be small noises. Meanwhile, end effect of SNR-EMD is restrained by extrema mirror extension (EME). The results of simulation studies with SNR-EMD show that the larger the noisy signal's signal-to-noise ratio (SNR) is, the better noise reduction effect becomes. And SNR-EMD considered as a low-pass filter removes or reduces the high frequency components. Furthermore, superiorities of SNR-EMD are verified by comparison studies with wavelet packet transform (WPT) and singular value decomposition (SVD). Finally, a case study of leakage identification shows that SNR-EMD can improve the performance of leakage identification and reduce the possibility of false alarms, which makes much easier and further effective to distinguish the leakage mode from other modes after removing noise from pressure signal.  相似文献

Presence of congestion and confinement in offshore modules due to limited availability of space make Vapor Cloud Explosions (VCEs) a significant contributor to risk. There are several methods available for quantifying the blast overpressure generated over distances and time. The approaches range from one-dimensional analysis using correlation models to 3-D analysis using Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFDs). The correlation models are easy to use and well-suited for assessing a number of credible VCE scenarios. However, the overpressure results predicted by correlation models depend on a good estimate of flammable mass. This paper proposes a method to improve the estimation of flammable mass. The UKOOA Ignition model developed by the Energy Institute London is used to estimate the flammable mass; and is modified to account for the effect of mitigation measures on release rate. A directional probability for wind is also added to the model. The proposed model takes into consideration the platform geometry and offshore conditions for each scenario, release location and direction, and wind direction. An offshore production platform with three deck levels is presented as an example case. The flammable mass is also computed using CFD and the results are compared to that of the proposed and the conventional methods. The results show that the flammable masses for selected scenarios are better estimated by the proposed method, being much lower than estimated by the conventional method, though larger than the CFD results. This paper presents an interim result of a project undertaken to improve QRA studies for VCE events.  相似文献

煤矿井下发生串联故障电弧易引发火灾等安全事故,为了预防电气火灾、指导线路维修,利用三相电动机及变频器负载开展不同线路、不同电流条件下的串联故障电弧实验,研究三相串联故障电弧的检测及选相方法。首先,对单相电流进行一阶差分处理后,建立改进的吸引子轨迹矩阵作为故障特征矩阵;其次,对故障特征矩阵进行奇异值分解,采用特征矩阵的奇异值构建串联故障电弧检测及选相的特征向量;最后,利用极限学习机建立故障电弧检测及选相模型,并测试检测及选相准确率。研究结果表明:提出的SVD方法可以利用单相电流实现三相电动机及变频器负载回路中的串联故障电弧检测及选相。  相似文献

Human factors play an important role in the completion of emergency procedures. Human factors analysis is rooted in the concept that humans make errors, and the frequency and consequences of these errors are related to work environment, work culture, and procedures. This can be accounted for in the design of equipment, structures, processes, and procedures. As stress increases, the likelihood of human error also increases. Offshore installations are among the harshest and most stressful work environments in the world. The consequences of human error in an offshore emergency can be severe.A method has been developed to evaluate the risk of human error during offshore emergency musters. Obtaining empirical data was a difficult process, and often little information could be drawn from it. This was especially an issue in determining the consequences of failure to complete muster steps. Based on consequences from past incidents in the offshore industry and probabilities of human error, the level of risk and its tolerability are determined. Using the ARAMIS (accidental risk assessment methodology for industries) approach to safety barrier analysis, a protocol for choosing and evaluating safety measures to reduce and re-assess the risk was developed. The method is assessed using a case study, the Ocean Odyssey incident, to determine its effectiveness. The results of the methodology agree with the analysis of survivor experiences of the Ocean Odyssey incident.  相似文献

阐述结构健康监测中损伤识别的关键问题,介绍基于正则化的频率变化率的损伤定位方法,提出一套基于模态参数和神经网络的损伤识别技术。按相似理论建立了JJ160/41-K型井架实物模型,根据其基本结构和受力特点,以JJ160/41-K井架的实物模型为对象进行损伤研究。结果表明:井架模型在局部结构发生变化时整体的固有频率发生改变;将模态分析理论和神经网络方法相结合,可对已定位损伤的井架进行定量分析;通过实例运算验证了其对结构损伤诊断的有效性。  相似文献

海洋平台承受着风、浪、流等复杂环境载荷,安全系统在保障平台安全稳定方面的作用极为突出。为深入探讨影响海洋平台安全脆弱性的机理,针对海洋平台作业环境的极端性和复杂性,建立了海洋平台的安全脆弱性系统动力学分析模型,采用模糊层次分析法确定影响安全系统中各层因素的权重系数,并设定参数,考虑子系统不同的安全投入方案,进行了海洋平台脆弱性系统分析。研究结果表明:海洋平台设备系统对于暴露度和敏感度的影响程度最高,管理系统对海洋平台安全系统的适应度起主导作用;当安全投入总值一定,对各系统的投入比例不同时,为有效降低海洋平台脆弱性,应合理分配有限投入资金。  相似文献

In Dutch external safety policy, the acceptance of risk for the population in areas surrounding hazardous substances establishments is based on a limit value for individual risk (IR). Additionally, changes to societal risk (SR) must be justified. A specific software program (SAFETI-NL) with the associated Reference Manual Bevi Risk Assessments (RIVM, 2009) is legally required for the calculation of IR and SR. This prescribed “Bevi calculation method” forms the basis for decisions with important consequences for industry, land use planning and the protection of citizens. It is important that the outcome of calculations made with the prescribed method can be relied upon when making decisions about land use planning that affects both industry and population. This is the subject of this paper.The prescribed calculation method has been evaluated by performing a case study. The evaluation focussed on risk modelling of a Boiling Liquid Expanding Vapour Explosion (BLEVE) at an LPG filling station, an incident type that plays a significant role in Dutch external safety. The risk modelling of the BLEVE with the prescribed calculation method was found to have a number of serious deficiencies. It is concluded that the prescribed calculation method yields no reliable perspective on the safety of production, use and storage of hazardous substances, nor of possibilities to increase safety.Decision making should not only depend on quantification of IR and SR. Improving the safety-relevance of the prescribed calculation method requires an increase of the number of dimensions of the outcome of risk calculations in order to make feedback possible. It is recommended to incorporate additional, safety-relevant information into planning and decision-making processes. It is envisaged that a more far-reaching change of Dutch QRA practice is needed (medium to long term). In this context, a number of interesting elements have been noticed in decision-making procedures in other EU Member States.  相似文献
