以不同分子量和不同脱乙酰度的壳聚糖为对象,研究了壳聚糖溶液的COD和BOD5分别随分子量和脱乙酰度变化的规律,并将其应用于活性污泥法废水处理,研究了不同分子量和不同脱乙酰度的壳聚糖对微生物活性的影响及其抑菌作用。由壳聚糖溶液的BOD5/COD及其对微生物活性的影响初步得出壳聚糖在活性污泥中是不可生化的。  相似文献

采用活性污泥曝气法降解前后COD差值的方法,进行了BOD快速检测的研究。条件实验结果表明,其适宜检测条件为:降解时间180 min;污泥量5 mL/100 mL;pH值7.0;温度25℃。模拟废水检测结果表明,该测定方法具有较高的重复性,5次测定的相对偏差小于6.5%,在BOD浓度为0~500 mg/L范围内,微生物降解前后COD差值与BOD5有良好的相关性,其相关系数达到0.98。因此,可以通过测定微生物降解前后COD值,实现快速BOD检测的目的,同时,也可实现COD和BOD一体化检测,这将是今后COD和BOD检测研究的发展方向之一。  相似文献

将不同分子量的壳聚糖投加于 SBR生物反应器处理生活废水 ,通过比较处理效率、污泥活性、污泥结构等指标来探明壳聚糖强化活性污泥生物作用的机理。研究表明 ,壳聚糖虽对污泥活性有一定抑制作用 ,但能很好地改善污泥的絮体结构 ,从而提高活性污泥的处理效率 ,其中分子量越大的壳聚糖强化生物处理的效果越佳。  相似文献

采用包埋活性污泥对抗生素废水进行了试验研究,以COD、BOD5、NH3-N和TN去除率为指标,考察包埋活性污泥处理抗生素废水的可行性,结果表明,COD、BOD5、NH3-N和TN去除率分别为68.02%、78.80%、45.00%和49.11%.说明包埋法处理抗生素废水是可行的,尤其是去除TN上具有一定的优势.  相似文献

应用固定化生物催化剂(IBC)进行SBR处理系统强化实验,考察了IBC的投加对SBR的处理效果和活性污泥的影响。结果表明,投加IBC能够提高SBR的污染物处理效率,相对于对照组,实验组的COD、NH3-N、BOD5和TP去除率分别提高了9.75%、19.36%、6.28%和28.09%。实验组和对照组SVI变化不大,投加微生物制剂IBC并没有显著提高活性污泥的沉降性能。但实验组活性污泥的OUR、SOUR和SBI均高于对照组,这表明IBC的投加提高了SBR中污泥活性,且优化了活性污泥中微生物群落结构。  相似文献

探讨了啤酒废水中缺少氮以及进水pH值不同对活性污泥中微生物的生长竞争、增殖、类群变化、底物的利用和活性污泥沉降性能的影响.本试验采用3个尺寸相同的SBR反应器,进水pH值分别为7.0、6.0和5.0,P始终充足.当BOD5/TN在100/5与100/2之间时,多数微生物的营养要求被限制,底物的去除率降低,当BOD5/TN大于100/2时,会出现污泥膨胀;在P始终充足的情况下,只有N含量很低的情况下才会出现污泥膨胀.  相似文献

对加压活性污泥法处理有机中间体废水进行了研究,主要考察了停留时间(HRT)、污泥浓度(MLSS)和反应压力等条件对COD去除率的影响.有机中间体废水经铁炭预处理后,COD从原来的8 000 mg/L降到5 000 mg/L左右,BOD5/COD由原来的0.20升高到0.40左右.当反应器内废水混合后COD 2 000 mg/L时,在反应压力0.10 MPa、污泥质量浓度3~5 g/L、停留时间8~10 h条件下,出水COD小于600 mg/L,COD去除率大于70%;出水经混凝沉淀处理后COD小于400 mg/L,可以达到<污水综合排放标准>(GB 8978-1996)三级标准.与常规的活性污泥处理方法相比,加压活性污泥法具有处理速度快、降解效率高和容积负荷大等优点.  相似文献

As arsenic removal becomes a global concern, the development of removal processes for arsenic treatment is still a major challenge. With regard to environmental compatibility and cheapness, chitosan and chitosan derivatives are considered as a promising removal technology for arsenic. Chitosan and chitosan derivatives possess the properties of low cost and good sorption on the arsenic removal. The present review is concerned about the present understanding of the mechanisms involved in sorption processes. Further on, detailed discussions are given of the effects of various factors on the performance of chitosan and chitosan derivatives in arsenic treatment processes. Finally, special attention is paid to the future challenges of chitosan and chitosan derivatives utilized for industrial arsenic treatment.  相似文献

The major objective of the study is to measure directly the isotherms of copper binding onto soluble chitosan preparations, using ion-selective electrode technique. Copper uptake is found to decrease strongly when chitosan acetylation degree or chitosan concentration increased. When relating the bound copper concentrations to content of non-acetylated amine groups in a chitosan, differences between copper uptake on different chitosan preparations become reduced but not disappear. Other effects, in addition to the contents of non-acetylated amine groups, can involve differences in the copper binding by different chitosans. Due to isotherm non-linearity, the distribution coefficient K(d) of copper between a water-soluble chitosan and an aqueous solution may vary by two orders of magnitude as the free copper concentration C(free) varied. Linear relation between logK(d) normalized by free amine group content of chitosans and logC(free) may help in preliminary estimating of the copper binding by water-soluble chitosans at a certain pH.  相似文献

废水COD 4种物化表征方法的比较与评估   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
为了确定废水COD组分表征的物化分析方法,对0.1μm滤膜过滤、0.45μm滤膜过滤、絮凝和絮凝+0.45μm滤膜过滤4种方法进行了实验比较和评估。结果表明:某些材料的滤膜会因"COD溶出"而影响表征结果;4种方法分离废水的重现性都很好,相互没有明显区别;物化分离对废水快速可生物降解COD(SS)没有影响,但4种方法得到的处理液中可生物降解COD仍含降解速率明显不同的组分,其中SS仅占35%~45%。因此,物化方法不能合理表征SS;絮凝+0.45μm滤膜过滤速度快、干扰少、分离机理与活性污泥系统类似,更适用于废水溶解性惰性COD组分(SI)表征。  相似文献

Cyclodextrins, especially random methylated betaCD (RAMEB) and hydroxypropyl betaCD (HPbetaCD), are becoming common enhancing additives in the bioremediation of soils formerly contaminated by hydrocarbons and/or other poorly bioavailable organic pollutants. Therefore, their degradation in the soil, particularly the most persistent RAMEB, has been of great concern. Like oil contaminants, these additives should be biodegradable via an environmentally safe technology. Hence, in this paper, the biodegradability of eight different cyclodextrins (CDs) in four different soils was examined under various treatment conditions in laboratory and pilot scale field experiments. This paper is the first report on the potential biological fate of CDs studied under a large variety of environmental conditions and in different soil ecosystems. Data on the potential relationship between CD biodegradation and the biological removal of hydrocarbons in the CD-amended contaminated soils are also given. All CDs were found to be more or less biodegradable; even the most persistent RAMEB was depleted from soils under favourable conditions. In the field experiments, the depletion of RAMEB to about 40% of its initial level was observed for a period of 2 years in hydrocarbon-contaminated soils of high organic matter and cell concentration.  相似文献

介绍了新型高效无毒天然高分子混凝剂壳聚糖季铵盐(GTCC)的制备,将GTCC和壳聚糖对玉米酒精发酵清糟液分别进行絮凝处理,结果表明,GTCC的絮凝效果明显优于壳聚糖,以黑龙江肇东华润金玉酒精厂清糟作为研究对明,当GTCC投加量为3mg/L(用量仅为壳聚糖的二十分之一左右)时,CODCr的去除率率达到25%,浊度去除率达78%,初步分析表明,壳聚糖季胺盐强的电中和能力是具有好的絮凝能力的主要原因。  相似文献

Equilibrium sorption studies of anionic species of arsenite, As(III) ions and arsenate As(V) ions onto two biosorbents, namely, chitosan and nanochitosan, have been investigated and compared. The results and trends in the sorption behavior are novel, and we have observed during the sorption process of the As(III) and As(V) on chitosan, a slow process of desorption occurred after an initial maximum adsorption capacity was achieved, before reaching a final but lower equilibrium adsorption capacity. The same desorption trend, however, is not observed on nanochitosan. The gradual desorption of As(III) and As(V) in the equilibrium sorption on chitosan is attributed to the different fractions of the dissociated forms of arsenic on the adsorbent surface and in solution and the extent of protonation of chitosan with the changing of solution pH during sorption. The change of solution pH during the sorption of arsenite ions on chitosan was also influenced by the interaction between the buffering effect of the arsenite species in the aqueous medium and the physical properties of chitosan. The final equilibrium adsorption capacity of chitosan for As(III) and As(V) was found to be around 500 and 8000 μg/g, respectively, whereas the capacities on nanochitosan are 6100 and 13,000 μg/g, respectively.

Ex situ soil washing with synthetic extractants such as, aminopolycarboxylate chelants (APCs) is a viable treatment alternative for metal-contaminated site remediation. EDTA and its homologs are widely used among the APCs in the ex situ soil washing processes. These APCs are merely biodegradable and highly persistent in the aquatic environments leading to the post-use toxic effects. Therefore, an increasing interest is focused on the development and use of the eco-friendly APCs having better biodegradability and less environmental toxicity. The paper deals with the results from the lab-scale washing treatments of a real sample of metal-contaminated soil for the removal of the ecotoxic metal ions (Cd, Cu, Ni, Pb, and Zn) using five biodegradable APCs, namely [S,S]-ethylenediaminedisuccinic acid, imminodisuccinic acid, methylglycinediacetic acid, DL-2-(2-carboxymethyl) nitrilotriacetic acid (GLDA), and 3-hydroxy-2,2′-iminodisuccinic acid. The performance of those biodegradable APCs was evaluated for their interaction with the soil mineral constituents in terms of the solution pH and metal-chelant stability constants, and compared with that of EDTA. Speciation calculations were performed to identify the optimal conditions for the washing process in terms of the metal-chelant interactions as well as to understand the selectivity in the separation ability of the biodegradable chelants towards the metal ions. A linear relationship between the metal extraction capacity of the individual chelants towards each of the metal ions from the soil matrix and metal-chelant conditional stability constants for a solution pH greater than 6 was observed. Additional considerations were derived from the behavior of the major potentially interfering cations (Al, Ca, Fe, Mg, and Mn), and it was hypothesized that use of an excess of chelant may minimize the possible competition effects during the single-step washing treatments. Sequential extraction procedure was used to determine the metal distribution in the soil before and after the extractive decontamination using biodegradable APCs, and the capability of the APCs in removing the metal ions even from the theoretically immobilized fraction of the contaminated soil was observed. GLDA appeared to possess the greatest potential to decontaminate the soil through ex situ washing treatment compared to the other biodegradable chelants used in the study.  相似文献
