 稳定均匀的燃烧温度是确保减少垃圾焚烧系统大气污染物排放量的一个重要因素.采用内旋流流化床(ICFB)进行了城市生活垃圾焚烧实验,探讨了不同的布风速度、垃圾焚烧量、流化床浓相区高度和不同种类垃圾对焚烧稳定性的影响,并给出了流化床内部温度和CO、NOX、SO2等大气污染物的浓度变化.内旋流流化床采用非均匀布风,低速风的移动区尚未流化时,浓相区温度存在一定的不均匀性,低速风区流速超过2倍初始流化速度后,浓相区温度是均匀一致的;流化床的床料具有较好的蓄热能力,较厚的床层有利于提高燃烧的稳定性,可减少垃圾给料和垃圾热值的波动对燃烧温度造成的不利影响;垃圾的焚烧效果与垃圾的热值有直接关系,焚烧低热值垃圾时,为了提高焚烧温度并达到较好的排放指标,需要增加一定量辅助燃料进行助燃;内旋流流化床在燃烧稳定性以及燃烧温度控制上具有一定优势.  相似文献

针对我国城市生活垃圾热值低等特性。在流化装置上进行了城市生活垃圾与煤混燃实验,研究了在混燃过程中城市生活垃圾与煤掺烧比例及床层温度变化对NO和N2O排放浓度的影响。实验结果显示,随掺烧垃圾量逐渐增加时,NO排放浓度降低。而N2O排放浓度先降低然后增加,当城市生活垃圾与煤掺烧比例恒定时,随床温的增加NO排放浓度增加,N2O排放浓度呈下降趋势,采用前向式神经网络,以掺烧比和床温作为输入参数,对NO的排放进行预测。结果显示精度较高。  相似文献

对流化床垃圾焚烧炉中PAHs的排放特性进行了研究 .结果表明 ,烟囱烟气为流化床垃圾焚烧炉PAHs排放的主要途径 ,日排放量要高于其它途径 1— 2个数量级 ,且以低分子量物质为主 .脱除剂的添加对烟气中PAHs有减少的作用 ,但却增加了循环出口水中PAHs含量 .不同工况时PAHs环境排放毒性有变化 ,垃圾与煤混烧大于全煤 ,添加脱除剂大于未添加工况 ,但少于垃圾比例高的工况 .垃圾比例越高 ,毒性越大  相似文献

Incineration experiments with MSW, which had been impregnated with heavy metals, were presented to obtain information on the volatilization behavior of the elements cadmium (Cd), lead (Pb), and zinc (Zn) under different conditions. Experiments were carried out in a bubbling fluid bed system connected to a customized inductively coupled plasma optical emission spectroscopy(ICP-OES) for analyzing metals in the flue gas. The results indicated that the combustion temperature, the gas atmosphere, and the chlorine content in the flue gas could affect the volatilization behavior of heavy metals. In the fluidized bed combustion, a large surface area was provided by the bed sand particles, and they may act as absorbents for the gaseous ash-forming compound. Comparer with the metals Cd and Pb, the vaporization of Zn was low. The formation of stable compounds such as ZnO.Al2O3 could greatly decrease the metals volatilization. The presence of chlorine would enhance the volatilization of heavy metals by increasing the formation of metal chlorides. However, when the oxygen content was high, the chlorinating reaction was kinetically hindered, which heavy metals release would be delayed.  相似文献

In order to eliminate secondary pollution caused by municipal solid waste (MSW) incineration, a MSW gasification and melting process is proposed. The process is expected to reduce the emission of pollutants, especially heavy-metals and dioxins. In this paper, the combustible components of MSW and simulated MSW were gasified in a lab-scale fluidized bed at 400°C–700°C when the excess air ratio (ER) was between 0.2 and 0.8. The experimental results indicated that the MSW could be gasified effectively in a fluidized bed at approximately 600°C–700°C when excess air ratio was 0.2–0.4. The melting characteristics of two typical fly ash samples from MSW incinerators were investigated. The results indicated that fly ash of pure MSW incineration could be melted at approximately 1,300°C and that of MSW and coal co-combustion could be melted at approximately 1,400°C. When temperature was over 1,100°C, more than 99.9% of the dioxins could be decomposed and most of the heavy-metals could be solidified in the slag. Based on the above experiments, two feasible MSW gasification and melting processes were proposed for low calorific value MSW: (1) sieved MSW gasification and melting system, which was based on an idea of multi-recycle; (2) gasification and melting scheme of MSW adding coal as assistant fuel. __________ Translated from Environmental Science, 2006, 27(1): 69–73 [译自: 环境科学]  相似文献

焚烧法具有显著的减容、资源化和能量回收等优点,是生活垃圾处理的有效途径。原生垃圾成分复杂、含水率高、热值低,直接焚烧处理的热稳定性差。将生活垃圾、市政污泥及适量的辅料,采用正交表配料制备可燃固废复合燃料。通过燃烧热稳定性、热值试验的极差分析和方差分析检验燃料的燃烧性能,得出原料配比、园林残余及固硫剂对燃料燃烧特性有显著的影响;运用数量化理论分析,得到热稳定性、热值指标的预测方程,置信度>90%;最后采用综合评分法筛选出燃烧性能最优的燃料制备配方为:垃圾、市政污泥、煤粉以2:1:1比例混合,助燃剂MnO2添加量为0.19%,固硫剂CaO添加量为0.6%时,制备的燃料燃烧热值为18.702kJ/g,燃烧热稳定性(TS+6)达74.79%。  相似文献

为彻底消除城市生活垃圾焚烧过程中的二次污染,对流化床气化与旋风燃烧熔融系统进行了研究.我国典型城市生活垃圾流化床气化试验表明,最佳气化温度为600℃左右;对垃圾焚烧飞灰进行熔融特性试验表明,垃圾焚烧飞灰在1 300℃左右、垃圾掺煤焚烧飞灰在1 400℃左右时,能顺利熔融,二分解率99.99%以上,重金属有效固化.结合我国实际,提出了2种气化熔融系统方案:①基于垃圾综合处理的筛上物气化熔融技术方案;②原生垃圾+辅助燃料气化熔融技术方案;并进行相应的热力性能分析,研究表明2种方案都能较好满足气化熔融要求.  相似文献

As incineration provides a relatively safe means of disposal, significant reduclaon ot welglat anti volume, ana energy recovery from the waste, it was adopted by many countries. For the experimental investigation on the combustion characteristics of municipal solid waste( MSW),a lab scale fluldized bed facility was constructed. Many kinds of combustion runs were conducted in this fluidized bed combustion facility. The examined parameters were bed temperature(773 to 1143K), form of fuels ( scrap or whole), moisture of fuels and so on. Concentration of CO2,CO,SO2, O2 and NOx in the flue gas were monitored and recorded every 5 seconds. The temperatttres along the reactor are recorded every 10 seconds. 垃圾成分的不稳定性导致循环流化床(CFB)垃圾焚烧锅炉燃烧情况不稳定,使炉膛正压冒烟,污染环境。本文提出在炉膛二次风入口处增加文丘里管,连通垃圾拨料入口的改造设计方案,来解决CFB垃圾焚烧炉的正压冒烟问题,具有设备简单、改造费用少的优点,对目前CFB焚烧垃圾的控制及污染物控制有重要参考价值及工程应用价值。  相似文献

Influence of co-firing rate on SO2 emission from co-firing municipal solid waste(MSW) and bituminous containing high amount of sulfur(1.79%) was studied in a 0.15 MWt circulating fluidized bed (CFB). The temperature selected is 1123 K, typical for MSW incineration using CFB. The particle concentration in the dilution zone of the furnace, the alkali metal concentration and sulfate concentration in the recirculating ash and fly ash, and flue gas composition were determined. The results showed that the addition of MSW leads to a significant decrease in SO2 emission. Concentration of SO2 in flue gas decreased to 0 with the co-firing rate greater than 51%. This reduction in SO2 emission is attributed both to the high particle concentration in the dilution zone of the furnace, the high content of alkali metals in the bed material, and to the comparatively high concentration of HCI in flue gas during co-firing of MSW and bituminous.  相似文献

对动态好氧堆肥系统的物料和能量平衡进行了全面分析,建立了动态好氧堆肥模拟模 型,研制开发了混合物料系统好氧堆肥动态模拟计算机软件系统.运用生活垃圾与糖厂废渣联 合堆肥实验成果对模型进行了有效性检验,证明了模型的有效性.对云南省云县糖厂废渣和生 活垃圾联合堆肥在生产规模下的动态好氧堆肥工艺进行了模拟,得到了停留时间、反应器体 积、加水量、通气量等工艺参数.模型可以用于一种物料堆肥或多种物料混合堆肥系统的工 艺设计和运行控制.  相似文献

改革开放以来,随着我国社会经济发展、居民生活水平提高,城市生活垃圾与日俱增,其妥善处理是我国各级政府面临的重要环境管理问题之一.本文通过系统收集和整理1979~2016年我国城市生活垃圾产生和处理的政府统计及相关中英文文献数据,分析了我国城市生活垃圾产生和处理的时空演变特征,建立了全国与各地区城市生活垃圾物理组分数据清单.研究结果表明:1979~2016年我国城市生活垃圾产生量显著增长至2016年的2.04亿t,以厨余类为主要成分.全国城市生活垃圾无害化处理率达到96.6%,无害化处理方式逐渐转向为焚烧为主、填埋补充的技术格局.我国各地区城市生活垃圾产生量、产生量增速、物理组分、无害化处理率和处理能力等存在时空差异,各地区应因地制宜,结合国家专项规划,提高生活垃圾减量化和资源化水平,弥补无害化处理缺口.  相似文献

在一台特别设计的小型流化床燃烧实验台上对垃圾可燃物代表组分进行实验研究 .结果表明 ,干燥的垃圾在床温仅为 50 0℃就能在很短的时间内迅速燃烧 ,产生明亮的火焰 .在本实验条件下 ,床温没有因为实验组分的加入而下降 ,而是随着垃圾的迅速燃烧而急剧升温 ,床温提高 30~ 70℃不等 .垃圾在流化床中燃烧受多种因素的影响 ,并讨论了当物料形状 (整或碎 )、含水量、实验风量 (从 5.5m3/h到 7.5m3/h)等因素变化后对于燃烧气体成分及炉内温度的影响 .在本实验条件下 ,当物料剪碎后会引起炉内温度水平明显提高 ,并使得CO排放量略有下降 .物料含水量增加时会导致炉内温度水平明显下降 .实验风量提高时 ,CO排放量明显减少 .  相似文献

以某350 t/d的垃圾焚烧炉为研究对象,采用CFD模拟方法研究了城市生活垃圾掺烧填埋场陈腐垃圾及不同配风方案对燃烧过程、流场分布及NOx排放规律等影响。结果表明:掺烧陈腐垃圾延后了床层焦炭燃烧过程,有利于挥发分析出,从而使燃烧区及烟道气相燃烧更剧烈,提高了炉膛整体温度,但也加剧了局部超温,同时一烟道出口NOx浓度从247.85 mg/Nm3降低到198.75 mg/Nm3。工况4增大了上下层二次风,使燃烧区流体充分混燃,且烟道流体湍动度增大,使炉膛内温度更加均匀,有利于缓解一烟道高温腐蚀现象。合适的配风比可极大降低一烟道出口NOx浓度,使之从198.75 mg/Nm3降至89.80 mg/Nm3,同时也延长了炉膛烟气的停留时间。该研究结果可为垃圾焚烧炉改进陈腐垃圾掺烧比和配风比提供参考。  相似文献

Some municipal solid waste (MSW) can be used as the fuel. Combustion of MSW with high nitrogen content is successfully conducted in a lab-scale vortexing fluidized-bed incinerator (VFBI). Pigskin with 16.5 wt.% nitrogen content was used to simulate the high nitrogen content kitchen waste, and silica sand was used as the bed material. The effects of operating conditions, such as the bed temperature, freeboard temperature, excess oxygen ratio, and static bed height on the CO and NO concentrations at the exit of combustor and cyclone were investigated. The experimental results show that the freeboard temperature is the most important factor for CO emission. The order of operating conditions impact on the NO emission is: (1) excess oxygen ratio; (2) bed temperature; (3) freeboard temperature; and (4) static bed height. Utilizing cyclone can significantly reduce the CO emission concentration when the CO concentration released from the freeboard is higher than 50 ppm. On the other hand, the cyclone has no significant effect on the NO emission. Despite having high nitrogen content, a low conversion from fuel-N to NO was attained. Compared with other types of combustors, VFBI reduces the CO and NO emission concentrations much better when burning MSW with high nitrogen content.  相似文献

Aged municipal solid wastes (MSW) excavated from landfills and dumpsites were characterized to analyze their fraction composition, moisture content, and lower heat value (LHV). The necessity and feasibility of recycling combustibles from aged MSW to improve the incineration of fresh MSW were investigated. The results showed that combustibles in aged MSW were easily separated from other components and than LHV of the separated combustibles are higher than 11000 kJ/kg. The fresh MSW are of high moisture contents with average LHV below 6500 kJ/kg, making their stable combustion difficult to maintain in MSW incinerators. For both fresh MSW and aged MSW, plastics are the main contributor to their LHV. To improve incineration of fresh MSW that are characterized with low LHV, combustibles separated from aged MSW were made into refuse derived fuel (RDF) pellets and were then added to fresh MSW by 2% wt.–5% wt. LHV variation and air supply resistance change of the MSW layer on the incinerator grate caused by the addition of RDF was checked, and no significant changes were found. No obvious difference was observed for the ‘burn-out time’ between RDF pellets and fresh MSW either. RDF made from aged MSW combustibles is found to be a promising auxiliary fuel to improve the incineration of fresh MSW, and aged MSW from old landfill cells and dumpsites can be finally disposed of jointly with fresh MSW by recycling combustible from the former to be coincinerated with the latter in the incineration plants.  相似文献

2016年我国城市生活垃圾的年清运量突破2×108 t,并且在未来一段时间内仍会呈现上升趋势.虽然近年来我国城市垃圾无害化处理率年均增幅超过10%,但随着城市化进程的不断深入,庞大的垃圾产生量给现有城市垃圾处理系统造成巨大挑战,同时使垃圾处理处置过程中大气温室气体及污染物排放逐渐引起社会关注,如2010年我国垃圾焚烧导致大气污染物NOx、SO2、CO、颗粒物的排放量分别为28、12 062、6 500、4 654 t等.充分调研现有垃圾处理处置全过程大气排放的研究,总结我国城市生活垃圾收集、转运到最终处理处置大气排放物种多样、排放分散的现状,结合现有研究覆盖范围有限、研究物种稀少的局限,同时为进一步推进大气排放清单系统化和精细化的进程,提出以下建议和展望:①核算城市和地区垃圾转运过程中的大气环境成本和压缩空间;②进一步完善并扩充垃圾焚烧多种有毒有害大气污染物(如二英、重金属元素及挥发性有机物等)排放特征测试和排放清单的研究;③在完善生活垃圾填埋场温室气体排放时空分布特征的同时,健全生活垃圾填埋场颗粒物及挥发性有机物等典型大气污染物排放清单相关研究.   相似文献

生活垃圾处理过程中的温室气体排放是重要的人为碳排放源.本文提出一种基于城市生活垃圾处理全过程的低碳模式制定方法,通过对不同垃圾末端处理工艺的资源与能源消耗,温室气体排放潜值与资源化率的评价,进行处理情景设计与分析,识别出生活垃圾处理低碳发展的调控措施,并结合约束条件下的定量优化,得到生活垃圾低碳优化处理模式.最后,以北京市为案例点,针对主要调控因子设计不同无害化处理比例的3种情景并开展以上3方面评价.结果表明,垃圾低碳优化处理的措施为降低填埋比例,同时提高堆肥和焚烧比例;垃圾低碳优化处理模式为填埋、焚烧与堆肥的利用比例是23%:25%:52%.  相似文献

对常见生活垃圾进行工业分析与热解特性的试验研究表明 :虽然我国 MSW具有高水分、高灰分、低热值特点 ,但只要能注重其干燥过程 ,不投辅助燃料即可维持燃烧。MSW中的有机化合物组份很复杂 ,并且都有较明显的挥发分析出温度区 ;而纸、布或含纤维质较多的废弃物在其相对较宽的温度区的挥发分析出较均匀。温度、物料尺寸及停留时间对热解特性有重要影响 ,实验得到停留时间、热解温度、气化率三者间的最佳关系遵循 (1 )式。  相似文献
