通过模拟试验研究了杀螨剂克螨特、霸螨灵及其混剂速霸螨(霸螨灵:克螨特=1:3)对土壤呼吸作用的影响.结果表明,克螨特、霸螨灵及其混剂对土壤的呼吸作用均有一定的影响,表现为各浓度处理对土壤呼吸作用均具有抑制作用,且浓度越高抑制越明显.统计分析表明霸螨灵、克螨特及其混剂各浓度处理对土壤微生物的活动没有明显的影响.采用危害系数法来评价克螨特、霸螨灵及其混剂速霸螨的危害程度,各处理浓度的霸螨灵、霸螨灵及其混剂速霸螨的危害系数均不超过20,亦表明霸螨灵、霸螨灵及其混剂速霸螨对土壤微生物均属于低毒级或无实际危害级的农药.  相似文献

研究了铜和镉对蝌蚪的急性毒性和联合毒性,结果表明,Cu^2 对蝌蚪的24h,48h、96h和LC50分别为0.201,0.138和0.118mg/L;Cd^2 对蝌蚪的24h,48h和96h的LC50分别为32.1、23.3和18.9mg/L,Cu^2 和Cd^2 共存对蝌蚪的24h,48h和96h联合毒性相加指数(AI)分别为1.03、1.12和1.20。  相似文献

金属离子鱼类急性毒性研究及对环境标准修订的启示意义   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
以斑马鱼和孔雀鱼为实验动物,进行了Cu^2+、Cd^2+、Zn^2+和Cr^6+的鱼类急性毒性试验。结果表明,这四种金属离子对受试鱼的毒性影响比较明显,对斑马鱼、孔雀鱼96 h半致死浓度分别为0.57 mg/L,12.59 mg/L,32.24 mg/L,62.27 mg/L和2.36 mg/L,17.71 mg/L,39.71 mg/L,43.40 mg/L。四种金属离子的毒性大小依次为:Cu^2+〉Cd^2+〉Zn^2+〉Cr^6+;Cu^2+、Cd^2+、Zn^2+对斑马鱼的影响较大,Cr^6+则对孔雀鱼的影响较大。结果同时对环境标准的修订具有启示意义,现行的国家《污水综合排放标准》(GB8978-1996)和国家《地表水环境质量标准》(GB3838-2002)对废水和水环境中Cu浓度的要求偏低,在符合国家标准的情况下Cu^2+在低浓度水平就具有较大的毒性,未来污水排放标准和水环境质量标准在修订中应重视这个问题。  相似文献

单一重金属污染对水稻叶片光合特性的影响   总被引:14,自引:0,他引:14  
以杂交稻协优818为材料,研究了Cu^2+、Hg^2+、Cd^2+ 3种重金属离子对水稻叶片光合特性的影响。试验结果表明:(1)Cu^2+在低浓度时BI起叶片叶绿素含量降低。而Hg^2+、Cd^2+在低浓度时。则导致叶绿素含量增加:高浓度时,3种重金属均BI起叶绿素含量降低。同时,低浓度时3种重金属离子均导致叶绿素a/b值升高:高浓度时则均引起叶绿素a/b值下降。(2)Cu^2+、Hg^2+、Cd^2+对水稻叶片叶绿素的吸收光谱均无明显影响,在活体条件下并未发生卟啉环中Mg^2+的置换。(3)Cu^2+、Hg^2+、Cd^2+均引起叶片希尔反应活力降低,即重金属污染明显影响光合作用。  相似文献

试验研究了泥炭对Pb^2+的等温吸附特征,并探讨了泥炭的质量浓度,pH值,共存Cu^2+对其吸附Pb^2+性能的影响。结果表明:其吸附特征符合Freund lich等温吸附;泥炭对Pb^2+及存在Cu^2+干扰时吸附的最佳pH分别为5,6;最大吸附容量分别为59.41 mg/g,76.38 mg/g,且存在Cu^2+干扰时,泥炭对Pb^2+的吸附率始终较只存在Pb^2+时大,当泥炭量为12 g时,吸附率分别为95.2%、93.5%,说明Cu^2+的存在促进了泥炭对Pb^2+的吸附。  相似文献

以废烟梗为原料,通过制备烟梗黄原酸酯对废烟梗进行化学改性,并用其吸附Cu^2+。考察了搅拌速度,吸附剂用量,pH,温度,粒度,Cu^2+初始浓度和吸附时间对吸附量的影响,发现各种参数对Cu^2+的吸附都有影响。对于50mg/L的Cu^2+,吸附平衡时间为10min,吸附量为19.30mg/g,Cu^2+去除率可达96%。室温下吸附Cu^2+时,可以用拟二级动力学模型描述。结果表明,化学改性的废烟梗去除Cu^2+具有良好的应用前景。  相似文献

采用纳滤对含Cu^2+废水进行试验研究,讨论了初始浓度、操作压力、运行时间、阴离子种类、浓差极化对处理效果的影响。试验结果表明NF90膜对含Cu^2+废水有良好的处理效果,在试验的进水浓度范围内,Cu^2+去除率超过了98%,出水Cu^2+浓度低于2.0mg/L,达到中国(GB8978—1996)总铜排放低于2.0mg/L的标准,可以达标排放;随着废液体积的浓缩,铜离子浓缩可达十倍以上,可回用于镀件漂洗,从而实现铜金属的再生利用。与传统的化学沉淀法处理工艺相比,纳滤一次投资大,但由于其运行费用低,具有明显的环境优势和经济效益,值得在重金属废水处理中推广应用。  相似文献

膨润土对Cu^2+的吸附及其它金属离子对Cu^2+的竞争吸附   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
膨润土对重金属铜的吸附随铜离子浓度的增加先快迭增长而后趋于缓慢最后达成平衡。饱和吸附量为34.10mg·g^-1。Langmuir方程、Freundlich方程和Temkin方程均能拟舍实验结果,但Temkin方程拟合为最佳。pH是影响膨润土对Cu^2+吸附的主要因素。低pH值不利于膨润土对Cu^2+的吸附。引入竞争离子,膨润土对Cu^2+的吸附量明显降低。Ph^2+、Cd^2+、Ni^2+对Cu^2+的吸附产生不同程度的竞争作用,其竞争力为Pb^2+〉Cd^2+〉Ni^2+。在竞争离子存在的情况下,Cu^2+的吸附依然遵守等温吸附模型。饱和吸附量从34.10mg·g^-1下降到16.93mg·g^-1(Pb^2+)、19.21mg·g^-1(Cd^2+)、26.08mg·g^-1(Ni^2+)。  相似文献

研究了采用ZnCl2化学活化法制备的污泥含炭吸附刺去除水溶液中Cu^2+的效果,考察了溶液pH值、吸附时间、吸附剂用量和Cu^2+浓度等对去除率的影响。实验结果表明,污泥含炭吸附剂对Cu^2+具有较强的吸附性能,吸附平衡时间约为1h;pH值是影响吸附的主要因素,实际应用中一般控制在pH=5.0;Cu^2+的浓度不宜过高,为了达到较好的去除效果,实际应用中吸附剂用量一般不能低于2g/100mL溶液。  相似文献

评价农药对环境中非靶标生物的毒性是新农药开发应用的重要环节.依据国家环境保护局"化学农药环境安全评价试验准则",测定了78%川楝素原粉和0.5%川楝素乳油对生态环境中非靶标生物的毒性,并进行了安全性评价.结果表明,川楝素原粉对鹌鹑、家蚕、蜜蜂、蚯蚓、瓢虫、蝌蚪等非靶标生物均为低毒;川楝素乳油对家蚕、蜜蜂、蚯蚓、瓢虫等均为低毒,对家蚕的生长发育具有一定的影响,对鹌鹑中毒,对蝌蚪高毒.可见,植物源杀虫剂川楝素对环境非靶标生物毒性低、较为安全,但在水田及桑园应慎用0.5%川楝素乳油.  相似文献

以泽蛙蝌蚪为实验材料,采用联合指数相加法,研究了Cu,Zn和三唑磷对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性及联合毒性效应.结果表明:Cu,Zn和三唑磷对泽蛙蝌蚪的急性毒性顺序为Cu>三唑磷>Zn.Cu对泽蛙蝌蚪24,48和96 h的半致死浓度分别为0.98,0.70和0.43 mg/L;Zn对泽蛙蝌蚪24,48和96 h的半致死浓度分别为60.0,51.0和46.5 mg/L;三唑磷对泽蛙蝌蚪24,48和96 h的半致死浓度分别为5.63,5.47和5.30 mg/L.联合毒性实验结果表明:Cu与Zn的联合毒性为协同作用;Cu与三唑磷的联合毒性为拮抗作用;Zn与三唑磷,Cu与Zn及三唑磷同时共存时的联合毒性,24 h时为拮抗作用,48和96 h时为协同作用.   相似文献

利用青蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核试验,检测了城市生活污水处理厂各级处理工艺出水的诱变活性。在l6d生话污水处理的实验中,青蛙蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率及核异常率2d后就呈现统计上的显著增加,并随暴露时间的延长而增高,第8天达到最大值。在不同浓度混合污水暴露实验中,蝌蚪红细胞微核细胞率和核异常率呈现明显的剂量依赖性增加。实验结果表明:城镇生活污水具有较强的诱变活性,一级和二级处理工艺出水也具有一定的诱变活性。现有污水处理工艺有待于进一步改进。  相似文献

Polychlorinated biphenyls (PCBs) in Xenopus laevis have been reported only for a few congeners. Additionally, there is very little information on the ability of Xenopus laevis to bioconcentrate PCBs. To address these issues, the tadpole Xenopus laevis was exposed to Aroclor 1254 mixtures in water at room temperature for 110 d followed by an additional 110 d of nonspiked PCBs in the water for the control group. During the whole process, bioconcentration factors (BCFs) of PCBs ranged from 1180 to 15670. For most PCB congeners, the highest and lowest bioconcentrations of the kinetic curves were found to be remarkably simultaneous, respectively. All 141 PCB congeners under the same experimental conditions had no linear correlation on the lgBCF versus lgKow relationship. The relationship between lgBCFs and lgKow followed a parabolic pattern indicative of selective bioconcentration, suggesting that the kinetic curves of the PCB congeners observed in the lifecycle of the tadpoles may be concentrated due to the amphibian special species and internal metabolism. In contrast, lgBCFs for PCBs were inversely related to lgKow, suggesting that a metabolism of the higher Kow PCB congeners occurred. These results support the author's conclusion that the tadpole Xenopus laevis plays major roles in the bioconcentration of PCB congeners, and demonstrated that the exposure kinetic curves of PCB congeners are complex. Besides the amphibian metamorphous development, the lifecycle of the tadpole Xenopus laevis also may be of importance in determining the bioconcentration of PCB congeners.  相似文献

Tadpoles show considerable behavioral plasticity. When population densities become high, tadpoles often become cannibalistic, likely in response to intense competition. Conspecific tissues are potentially an ideal diet by composition and should greatly improve growth and development. However, the potential release of alarm cues from the tissues of injured conspecifics may act to deter potential cannibals from feeding. We conducted multiple feeding experiments to test the relative effects that a diet of conspecifics has on tadpole growth and development. Results indicate that while conspecific tissues represent a better alternative to starvation and provide some benefits over low-protein diets, such a diet can have detrimental effects to tadpole growth and/or development relative to diets of similar protein content. Additionally, tadpoles raised individually appear to avoid consuming conspecific tissues and may continue to do so until they suffer from the effects of starvation. However, tadpoles readily fed upon conspecific tissues immediately when raised with competitors. These results suggest that cannibalism may occur as a result of competition rather than the specific quality of available diets, unless such diets lead to starvation.  相似文献

Ioxynil, a phenolic herbicide, is known to exert thyroid hormone (TH) disrupting activity by interfering with TH-binding to plasma proteins and a step of the cellular TH-signaling pathway in restricted animal species. However, comparative studies are still lacking on the TH disruption.We investigated the interaction of [125I]ioxynil with serum proteins from rainbow trout, bullfrog, chicken, pig, rat, and mouse, using native polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis. Candidate ioxynil-binding proteins, which included lipoproteins, albumin and transthyretin (TTR), differed among the vertebrates tested. Rainbow trout and bullfrog tadpole serum had the lowest binding activity for ioxynil, whereas the eutherian serum had the highest binding activity. The cellular uptake of, and response to, ioxynil were suppressed by rat serum greater than by tadpole serum. The cellular uptake of [125I]ioxynil competed strongly with phenols with a single ring, but not with THs. Our results suggested that ioxynil interferes with TH homeostasis in plasma and with a step of cellular TH-signaling pathway other than TH-uptake system, in a species-specific manner.  相似文献

基于表征成键原子的生物活性特征值Ai构建取代苯酚的自相关拓扑指数tT,并以0T1、T为结构描述符,分别建立了取代苯酚诱发浮萍萎黄、对日本长腿蛙蝌蚪的QSAR模型:pC=-2.4591+0.51730T-6.3888×10-21T,r=0.9778;24h-LC50=2.1269+1.1013×10-20T+3.4552×10-41T2,r=0.9676.它们的估算结果均优于文献结果,用Jackknife法检验,以上模型具有总体稳健性。  相似文献
