利用发光细菌新鲜菌悬液进行毒性测试,研究了O3/UV降解喹啉过程中的毒性变化.研究表明,在选取的浓度范围内,无论是HgCl2还是喹啉,发光细菌发光抑制率(或相对发光量)与物质浓度的对数均呈线性关系.采用处于对数生长期初期的发光细菌进行毒性测试时的灵敏度和最低检测限都很理想,适合于毒性测试.O3/UV降解喹啉时,体系毒性出现先迅速上升并保持一段时间随后缓慢下降然后又缓慢上升的现象.O3/UV降解喹啉过程中产生了毒性更强的中间产物,这些产物是导致体系毒性上升的主要因素。  相似文献

植物修复技术在重金属污染土壤修复领域有着良好的应用前景,而焚烧被认为是针对收获植物的一种有效后处理手段。采用富含Cd、Pb的野生植物铁芒萁(Dicranopteris pedata),在450、650、850℃不同温度下进行了焚烧模拟试验,对焚烧过程中的灰分、Cd及Pb残留量的变化情况进行了探讨。结果表明,铁芒萁的灰分残留量可以降到10%以下,Cd、Pb在灰化过程中均有很大损失,直接利用底灰来进行Cd、Pb的冶炼回收不可行,烟气中的Cd、Pb可能产生二次污染,应采取措施加以防治。  相似文献

利用固相萃取-LC/ESI-MS分析测定雌酮及其在氯气消毒过程中产生的副产物,结果表明,雌酮容易和次氯酸发生反应,并检出了包括一氯雌酮、二氯雌酮在内的4种副产物.用酵母双杂交方法对副产物的内分泌干扰活性进行了测试,发现副产物也具有内分泌干扰作用.  相似文献

采用量子化学MOPAC-AM1法计算了42种取代芳烃的生成热Hf、分子最高占有轨道能EHOMO、分子量MW、分子总表面积TSA及偶极矩μ。分别采用线性回归分析法和人工神经网络法对所研究化合物的生物降解性参数BOD进行QSBR研究。对训练组而言,线性方法和神经网络法的平均预测误差分别为15.9%和11.4%;而测试组化合物的平均百分误差分别为14.5%和13.0%。无论对于测试组还是训练组,神经网络法的预测都更精确。  相似文献

应用斜生栅藻(Scenedesmus Obliquus)对重金属污染土壤的毒性进行诊断.结果表明,斜生栅藻的生长率与土壤中的重金属含量明显相关,并且随重金属投加量的增加而逐渐降低.对两种测试参数进行比较,发现采用细胞数生长率作为土壤毒性的检测指标要比采用光密度D(λ)增长率更为敏感.当采用细胞数生长率作为检测指标时,4种重金属的EC50顺序为Pb>Cu>Zn>Cd;采用光密度生长率作为检测指标时,4种重金属的EC  相似文献

环境标准参考物质在环境科学研究及监测中为传递准确量值的有效手段。本文报道了环境标准参考物质河流沉积物81-101样品的采集、风干、粉碎、筛分、混匀、辐射灭菌及装瓶的全部制备过程。样品的均匀性检查采用原子吸收法、X-荧光光谱法和化学法等几种分析手段,对样品中不同含量的3—8种元素进行了多层次的随机检验,用双因素方差分析、F-分布检验及t-分布检验对所测定的数据进行了统计处理,评价了样品的均匀性。  相似文献

采用SOS/umu测试研究了五氯酚水溶液在光电催化反应过程中的遗传毒性变化及降解产物对鼠伤寒沙门氏菌TA1535/pSK1002的细胞毒性,并与五氯酚在直接光解、光催化反应过程中的降解产物进行了比较.五氯酚光电催化降解过程中降解产物对测试菌种的细胞毒性逐渐降低,产物经代谢活化的细胞毒性低于直接光解、光催化降解五氯酚的产物.五氯酚经光电催化降解15 ̄45分钟的产物经代谢活化测试结果呈阳性,在60 ̄120分钟的降解产物呈阴性,说明五氯酚的光电催化降解过程中生成了间接遗传毒性物质,但该类物质能够在光电催化过程中被去除.而五氯酚经直接光解、光催化处理120分钟的产物均具有遗传毒性风险.本研究结果表明光电催化技术的环境安全性优于直接光解、光催化技术.此外,SOS/umu测试作为一种简单、灵敏的遗传毒性物质检测方法,适合于评价光电催化技术的遗传毒性特征,可以作为评价该技术环境安全性的生态毒理学方法之一.  相似文献

焦化废水是一种典型的难降解工业废水,组分复杂,生物毒性高,大多采用生物处理联合物化深度处理的工艺,以满足炼焦化学工业的污染排放标准,但其排水安全性仍然令人担忧。为研究工艺排水安全性,选择发光细菌青海弧菌Q67、稀有鮈鲫(Gobiocypris rasus)血红细胞、活性污泥微生物群落为测试生物,研究了焦化废水及各处理阶段出水的急性毒性和遗传毒性变化,进而识别影响生物毒性的水质因子。焦化废水经过序批式生物膜反应器处理后,出水急性毒性比进水下降71%,遗传毒性下降为90%以上的轻度以下损伤,显示生物强化处理对焦化废水生物毒性有良好的去除作用。生物处理出水再经过深度处理后,则表现出不同的毒性变化:活性炭吸附法对生物急性毒性的消除最佳,但遗传毒性较生物处理出水有所升高;臭氧氧化法不仅水质改善效率差,且最终出水的生物急性毒性与遗传毒性均升高;臭氧催化氧化法对水中残留有机物去除效率较高,但也造成出水急性毒性与遗传毒性的升高。各水样对青海弧菌Q67的急性毒性与有机物、氮等水质指标表现出较强相关性,而遗传毒性与水质指标之间的相关性不显著。研究结果可为评价和改进处理工艺、保障水体生态安全提供参考。  相似文献

以河蚬为受试生物,以存活率、呼吸抑制率为测试终点,研究了沉积物和上覆水中重金属Pb、Cd对底栖生物的毒性效应,并探讨了沉积物中酸挥发性硫化物(acid volatile sulfide,AVS)和同时提取金属(simultaneously extracted metals,SEM)对重金属生物有效性的影响。结果表明,沉积物中Pb、Cd对河蚬致死效应较低,当Pb、Cd浓度分别为400、100 mg獉kg-1,连续暴露21 d时,致死率低于20%;沉积物中Pb、Cd对河蚬14 d的呼吸抑制率EC50分别为519和151 mg獉kg-1;上覆水中Pb和Cd离子浓度较低,对生物毒性效应贡献可以忽略;SEM/AVS值和生物呼吸抑制率有着明显的线性相关性,当SEMPb/AVS1,SEMCd/AVS0.6时,重金属对河蚬有明显的毒性效应。  相似文献

成组生物毒性测试法综合评价典型工业废水毒性   总被引:11,自引:3,他引:8  
为了更加准确地评估典型工业废水的综合生物毒性以及处理工艺对废水毒性的削减情况,采用发光细菌急性毒性实验、大型溞急性毒性实验和单细胞凝胶电泳实验,结合潜在生态毒性效应探测(potential ecotoxic effects probe,PEEP)指数对常州市7种典型工业废水的综合生物毒性进行了评价。结果表明,7种工业原水都表现出了急性毒性或遗传毒性,综合生物毒性强度的排序为电子厂>电镀厂>综合污水处理厂>印染厂>化工厂>食品厂>制药厂。而7种工业废水的处理后出水综合生物毒性强度的排序为印染厂>化工厂>电子厂>综合污水处理厂>食品厂>制药厂>电镀厂。其中,印染和化工厂出水综合生物毒性高于原水,分别增加了43.3%和38.7%,PEEP评价结果显示分别属于剧毒和高毒,而电镀、电子、综合污水处理和食品厂出水的综合生物毒性削减明显,分别比原水削减了76.9%、53.1%、48.3%和26.6%,PEEP结果表明基本无毒。建立在成组生物毒性实验基础上的PEEP评价方法可全面反映工业废水的综合生物毒性,进而更客观地评价废水对水生态系统乃至人类健康的潜在影响。  相似文献

Wastes from three different types of waste treatment facilities (slag from a municipal waste incineration plant, slag granules from a pilot plant combining carbonization and incineration, mechanical and biological treated wastes) were examined to determine their hazard potential to different waters sites. The process temperature is seen to be the main difference between the three treatment processes. The wastes were extracted with water according to the German standard DIN 38414 S 4 and additionally at a constant pH value of 4. The leachates were investigated in a battery of aquatic bioassays and characterised physically and chemically. Every leachate revealed in a toxic effect at least in one test. The toxicity of the leachates prepared at a pH of 4 was significantly higher than the toxicity of the leachates prepared by extraction with water without pH adjustment. The leachates of the slag granules showed the lowest toxicity. On the basis of these experimental results, a scheme to derive Water Hazard Classes of wastes, which is presented in part II of this publication, was developed.  相似文献

The actual harmful effects of industrial wastewater can not be reflected by the conventional water quality index. Therefore, the change in dissolved organic matter and the genetic toxicity of petrochemical wastewater were observed in the current study by examining the wastewater treatment plant of a large petrochemical enterprise in Northwest China. Using XAD-8, MSC, and DA-7 resins, the wastewater was separated into six fractions, namely, hydrophobic acid (HOA), hydrophobic neutral (HOB), hydrophobic alkaline, hydrophilic acid, hydrophilic alkaline, and hydrophilic neutral. Umu-test was used to detect the genetic toxicity of the wastewater samples, and fluorescence spectra were also obtained to examine genetic toxic substances. The results show that wastewater treatment facilities can effectively reduce the concentration of organic matter in petrochemical wastewater (p<0.05). However, the mixing of aniline wastewater can increase the amount of organic carbon (p<0.05) and can overload facilities. This finding shows that the mixed collection and joint treatment of different types of petrochemical wastewater can affect the water quality of the effluent. Particularly, hydrophobic substances can be difficult to remove and account for a relatively large proportion of the effluent. The mixture of aniline wastewater can increase the genetic toxicity of the effluent (p<0.05), and biologic treatment can not effectively decrease the toxicity. Most of the genetic toxicology may exist in the HOA and HOB fractions. Fluorescence spectroscopy also confirms this result, and tryptophan-like substances may play an important role in genetic toxicity.  相似文献

Copper (Cu) and diazinon are two widely distributed pollutants; they coexist in agro-ecosystems and cause toxicity to wild biota. This study proposes to analyse the joint toxicity of binary mixtures of Cu and diazinon on the early development of the South American toad, Rhinella arenarum by means of a standardised test. Cu was always more toxic than diazinon. Cu was more embryotoxic while the pesticide was more toxic during the larval exposure than during the embryonic period. The different Cu/diazinon mixtures proportions assayed were significantly less toxic than expected by additive effects. Thus, an antagonistic interaction pattern was observed. This pattern was independent of the assayed proportion, the exposure times and the exposure developmental periods. In the risk assessment analysis to establish water quality criteria, the joint toxicity should be considered at different ratios, exposure time and life period for a certain species, in order to preserve wild species.  相似文献

Bifenthrin is a chiral synthetic pyrethroid insecticide that has been commonly used for agricultural and domestic pest control over the past decades. Due to its widespread application, residues of bifenthrin has been frequently detected in environmental media, residential areas and biota, thus posing potential risks to the health of wildlife and humans. In particular, bifenthrin exhibits high acute lethal toxicity to aquatic species, and it is the primary contributor to the toxicity of insecticides in waters. Additionally, bifenthrin can also cause sublethal toxic effects on various non-target organisms, including developmental toxicity, neurobehavioral toxicity, oxidative damage, immune toxicity and endocrine disrupting effects. Here we review recent studies about the fate of bifenthrin in the environment and biological systems, the toxicity of the chiral parent compound bifenthrin and the toxic effects of main metabolites. The adverse effects of bifenthrin, identified from both in vitro and in vivo studies, and the potential underlying mechanisms are presented. We discuss the enantiomeric difference in the toxicological effects of bifenthrin, since enantiomers of chiral compounds show different interactions with biological systems. Pyrethroid insecticides metabolites are not acutely toxic, but they have sublethal toxicity, such as endocrine disrupting effects and immunotoxicity. We provide emerging evidence for toxic effects of several main metabolites.  相似文献

A Toxicity Reduction Evaluation (TRE) conducted on various water treatments was successful in optimizing the acute toxicity of the final effluent. In particular, we found that the acute toxicity of the sample water treated by a water treatment process should not be correlated with the concentrations of the parent compounds still remaining in the water. Therefore, it was concluded that an acute toxicity test based on a bioassay must be performed in order to evaluate the efficiency of the water treatment process for various effluents containing environmental pollutants. In addition, the treatability and the resultant toxicity was evaluated as a simple scoring system. The scoring system ranked the treated water in three classes of toxicity with the calculation of several factors for the concerned toxicity. Using an impact evaluation based on the score of the characteristics, different water treatment processes could be directly compared. The new methodology presented here is specifically effective in listing possible unit operations for a water treatment process based on the impact, and thereby enables targeted and cost-effective water treatment.  相似文献

由于包含复杂的毒害化学污染物质,水体复合污染一直威胁着人类健康和水生生态安全。对复合污染水体进行监测、评估和治理是水环境管理的重点之一。监测并识别水体关键毒害污染因子是进行水质管理的前提,也是复合污染研究的难点。目前国内外在水复合污染毒性监测研究上主要基于动物活体试验或者生物体外测试。由于受限于毒理学测试方法,常见的应用通常仅关注于某方面的毒性效应或者少数的分子指标,因而受到质疑和挑战。有害结局路径(Adverse outcome pathway, AOP)的概念将化学污染物的结构、致毒的分子启动事件和生物毒性的有害结局建立关联,为污染物的毒性测试、预测和评估提供了新的模式。本文旨在论述有害结局路径在复合污染毒性评估和关键毒害物质鉴别中的指导性价值和意义。在有害结局路径的指导框架下,借助于生物体外高通量测试技术、化学分析的靶向和非靶向分析技术、和生物信息学技术,可以系统地分析化学混合物在分子、细胞水平上健康相关指标的响应水平,评估水体中复杂结构污染物,与不同生态和健康有害结局之间的关联,为水环境评价和优先污染物的筛选管理提供有效支撑。本文通过综述AOP框架在复合水体中毒害物质风险研究的现状和优势,对AOP在水环境环境管理上的应用前景提出展望。  相似文献
