内蒙古大唐国际克什克腾某公司动力中心脱硫系统采用氨法脱硫,针对氨法脱硫运行参数及现场存在的缺陷,提出合理的解决措施,有效降低了氨逃逸,降低了浆液对吸收塔、烟道的腐蚀,减少了"硫铵雨"对周围设备的腐蚀,保证了脱硫系统的稳定运行。  相似文献

在钢铁工业排放的污染物中,烧结烟气中的二氧化硫和焦化废氨水等都是难以处理的污染物。利用焦化废氨水吸收烧结烟气中SO2的氨一硫铵工艺具有脱硫率高、运行可靠、投资低、副产品可以回收等优点,在脱硫的同时也去除了焦化废水中的氨污染,是一种以废治废、有应用前景的新方法。本文介绍了采用焦化废氨水吸收烧结烟气中的SO2的治污方法原理,并对其工艺流程、特点及运行费用等作了分析。  相似文献

对从锂离子电池阴极材料中浸出回收有价金属的研究进行综述。从浸出试剂、浸出条件及机理方面分析了酸浸法、氨浸法和生物浸出等浸出方法对废旧锂离子电池阴极材料中金属的浸出效果。在还原剂存在条件下,无机酸能高效浸出阴极材料中有价金属;氨浸能选择性浸出金属。总结了各分离纯化工艺的优缺点,萃取能专一性地回收目标金属,沉淀法因工艺简单而广泛应用。综上,只有充分考虑各工艺优缺点,才能实现废旧锂离子电池的无害化回收。  相似文献

对利用焦炉烟道气吸氨生产碳酸氢铵的新工艺进行了可行性、减排效果以及经济效益分析。研究表明:用该工艺吸收焦化厂烟道气中CO2生产碳酸氢铵肥料,技术可行,该工艺的工业化将有利于解决焦化厂传统硫铵工艺存在的问题,如需购买原料硫酸、生产运营费用高、污染腐蚀等。年产100万t的冶金焦炭厂可减排CO2温室气体1.34万t,副产碳酸氢铵肥料每年可获利187万元,可实现经济效益和社会效益的双赢,符合可持续发展战略。  相似文献

天然气中的硫化氢(H_2S)是硫的重要资源,许多国家都很重视从含硫天然气中回收硫。我国天然气中普遍含 H_2S,而 H_2S 为剧毒气体,对人体有害,对设备有强烈的腐蚀作用,易堵塞采油气管柱和气层,故开采含硫天然气有别于一般的天然气,在钻井、采气、集输、净化和加工方面均有其特殊性。随着天然气工业的高速发展,含硫气藏愈来愈多,因此研究天然气中硫资源的特点及其开发技术具有现实意义。  相似文献

Annual production of oil-fired fly ash in Taiwan is approximately 43 000 tons, of this approximately 13 000 tons is electrostatically precipitated, the rest is cyclonically collected. Structurewise, both consist of porous unburned carbon, vanadium and nickel oxide, and water-soluble sulfate. Electrostatically precipitated fly ash contains large amounts of ammonium sulfate. If these ashes are not properly disposed of, they become environmental problems, such as dusting, leakage of acid liquids, and pollution with heavy metals. This paper discusses the experimental extraction of vanadium and nickel from oil-fired fly ash. The results indicated that leaching of oil-fired fly ash in 0.5 N of sulfuric acid led to an extraction of 65% vanadium, 60% nickel, and 42% iron, along with an increase in the concentration of sulfuric acid. When leached in 2 N sodium hydroxide solution, the extraction of vanadium was 80%, and the extraction of nickel was negligible. If leached in an ammonia water, the extraction of nickel increased, along with an increase in the concentration of ammonia in water. When leached with 4 N ammonia water, the extraction of nickel was 60%, the extraction of vanadium was less than that obtainable from leaching in sulfuric acid solution or in sodium hydroxide solution. If electrostatically precipitated fly ash was leached in a solution of 0.25 N ammonia water and 2 N ammonium sulfate, it would yield an extraction of 60% nickel and 8% vanadium—leading to a selective extraction of nickel. This study has established an extraction flowsheet in which fly ash was first leached in an ammoniacal solution containing ammonium sulfate to recover nickel. The leached residues were then leached in an alkaline solution to recover vanadium.  相似文献

ABSTRACT: An effluent (ZPE), with high concentrations of ammonia was compared with solutions of ammonium chloride in both lethal and sublethal tests. The ZPE was more toxic than were solutions of ammonium chloride in acute toxicity tests, although ammonia was shown to be the major toxicant. The secondary toxicants present in the effluent were not identified. Growth was used as a sublethal test parameter and ZPE was again more toxic than ammonium chloride solutions at the same ammonia concentration. Concentrations of ammonia less than 3 mg/liter in ammonium chloride solutions actually stimulated the growth of juvenile chinook salmon. Concentrations of ZPE in the river at extreme low river flow could have sublethal effects on juvenile salmonids below the outfall.  相似文献

实验采用盐溶法提取甘肃党参中蛋白质,用饱和(NH4) 2SO4溶液进行分级盐析、透析、浓缩后用SDS- PAGE分析,测定不同提取液中主要蛋白质的分子量.结果表明,用pH为6.0的PB缓冲液提取并用饱和度在60%以上的(NH4)2SO4溶液盐析时蛋白提取效果最好;经SDS- PAGE电泳后,初步鉴定出所提取党参蛋白质亚基中最大分子量为68885Da,最小分子量为15570Da.  相似文献

通过对催化裂化催化剂活性组分──超稳分子筛的生产工艺过程铵盐消耗的分析,在小试试验的基础上,结合装置实际情况,经优化工艺条件,改进工艺流程,降低交换过程铵盐投料比,并用后工序废液代替化学水用于前工序浆液的调配等手段,使铵盐消耗量由1.8t/t降至0.95t/t,每年可节约467.5万元;同时采用氨氮回收技术将高氨氮污水中氨氮含量由原来的5000mg/L降至200mg/L以下,为最终采用生物法将污水氨氮含量降至15mg/L以下达标排放奠定了坚实基础。  相似文献

文章针对高氯根气田水特点,使用硫酸锰代替GB/T11914—1989《水质化学需氧量的测定重铬酸盐法》中的硫酸银作为催化剂,确定了硫酸锰催化法测定化学需氧量的试验条件。分别在4个实验室间开展比对测试,并对川西北气矿3个典型井站高氯根气田水开展现场应用,测定结果的相对偏差均在规定范围内,取得了良好的应用效果。  相似文献

A prerequisite for efficient ammonia removal in air stripping is that the pH of the liquid to be stripped is sufficiently high. Swine manure pH is usually around 7. At pH 7 (at 20°C), only 0.4% of ammonium is in ammonia form, and it is necessary to raise the pH of swine slurry to achieve efficient ammonia removal. Because manure has a very high buffering capacity, large amounts of chemicals are needed to change the slurry pH. The present study showed that efficient air stripping of manure can be achieved with a small amount of chemicals and without strong bases like NaOH. Slurry was subjected to aerobic biological treatment to raise pH before stripping. This facilitated 8 to 32% ammonia removal without chemical treatment. The slurry was further subjected to repeated cycles of stripping with MgO and Ca(OH)(2) additions after the first and second strippings, respectively, to raise slurry pH in between the stripping cycles. After three consecutive stripping cycles, 59 to 86% of the original ammonium had been removed. It was shown that the reduction in buffer capacity of the slurry was due to ammonia and carbonate removal during the stripping cycles.  相似文献
