分析了南昌市夏季和冬季街道104个灰尘样品中的V、Cr、Co、Ni、Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Pb含量,并利用地积累指数(Igeo)计算其污染程度,并参考美国国家环保局(US EPA)推荐的健康风险模型评价灰尘重金属暴露的人体致癌和非致癌风险,通过主成分和相关分析识别南昌市灰尘重金属的可能来源。结果表明:南昌市街道灰尘中重金属Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb含量均显著高于江西省土壤背景值,而V、Co和As含量与江西省土壤背景值含量相近。重金属V、Co和As含量无显著季节差异,但冬夏季节含量的空间异质性较高,而Cu在季节和空间分布上均表现出显著的季节差异,其它重金属的高值区均分布在南昌市中心及老工业园附近;Igeo结果表明Cd、Cu、Zn和Cr的污染程度相对较高,而V、As和Co污染程度较轻;重金属3种暴露途径的风险排序为手-口暴露>皮肤接触暴露>呼吸暴露,其中儿童会遭受更大的非致癌风险。除了灰尘As和Cr对儿童的暴露在局部区域HQ和HI值大于1,其它重金属对不同人群的HQ和HI值均小于1。总体而言,南昌市灰尘重金属的致癌风险CR均在安全阈值范围内,大小排序为Cr > As > Co > Ni > Cd。南昌市灰尘重金属的来源广泛,其中As、Co和V主要来源于岩石风化,其它重金属元素主要来源于交通和工业等人类活动。 关键词: 街道灰尘;重金属;时空分布;健康风险;南昌市  相似文献

During the period 1997-1998, macroalgae, sea snail, mussel, fish and sediment samples were collected at different stations of the Turkish Black Sea coast in order to establish the concentration of selected heavy metals. Heavy metals analyzed were Cd, Co, Cr, Ni, Zn, Fe, Mn, Pb and Cu. The results showed that the Turkish Black Sea coast is facing heavy metal pollution. The metal concentrations in macroalgae, sea snail, mussel and sediment samples are very high. However, Cd, Pb and Cu concentrations in anchovy fish decreased, while Co, Fe, Zn, Cr, Mn and Ni contents had changed when compared previous data. The metal levels in macroalgae did not follow the same pattern as concentrations in sediments at the same station. On the other hand, concentrations of Cd, Co, Cr, Zn, Fe, Mn and Cu in sea snail, mussel and fish samples were related to sediment data in the examined stations.  相似文献

The distribution of heavy metals viz., Cd, Co, Cr, Cu, Fe, Mn, Ni, Pb and Zn in the water, sediments, plants and fish samples collected from the Kali Nadi (India) have been determined. The studies have shown that there was considerable variation in the concentration of heavy metals from one sampling station to the other which may be due to the variation in the quality of industrial and sewage wastes being added to the river at different places. The orders of the concentration of heavy metals in water, sediments, plants (Eicchornia crassipes) and fish (Heteropnuestes fossilis) were Fe > Zn > Cu > Mn > Cr > Ni > Pb > Co > Cd; Fe > Zn > Mn > Ni > Cr > Co > Cu > Pb > Cd; Fe > Mn > Zn > Cu > Ni > Co > Pb > Cr > Cd and Fe > Zn > Mn > Ni > Pb > Co > Cr > Cu > Cd, respectively.  相似文献

通过对昆山市14个区镇91个土壤样品中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Ni、Hg、Zn 8种重金属测定分析,对该市耕地土壤重金属污染进行评价并进行重金属污染的影响因素分析.结果表明,昆山市耕地土壤存在不同程度的轻微污染,重金属Cd、Cr、Cu、Pb、Hg、Zn均超过国家土壤背景值,旱地、水田中均以Hg污染范围较广、变异系数较大.综合污染指数表现为水田(1.15)>旱地(1.00).区镇耕地重金属污染评价表明千灯、陆扬、石浦、锦溪、石牌处于警戒值之内,蓬朗、周庄、张浦、正仪、周市、巴城、淀山湖、花桥、陆家轻度污染;昆山市耕地土壤中重金属元素均未超过土壤环境基本容量,能够保证作物品质和农业持续发展.同时,研究表明区域重金属轻微污染具有复合污染的特性,Cd、Pb相关性最高(P=0.621 0), Pb与Hg、Cu、Zn、Cu与Cr也有相关性(0.438 7、0.426 0、0.350 9、0.394 0),区域重金属的轻微污染受人为因素影响显著,研究指出应加强对区域优先控制污染物Hg、次优先控制污染物Pb、Cd、Zn、Cu、Cr的控制与治理.  相似文献

采用年轮化学分析方法,测定了青藏高原东缘贡嘎山东坡峨眉冷杉(Abiesfabri)年轮中8种重金属元素(Pb、Cd、Cr、Mn、Cu、Zn、Sr和As)含量,分析了过去150年间重金属元素含量的变化特征,并探讨了重金属元素的可能来源.结果表明:Mn、Cu、Zn作为植物生长发育的必需元素,其含量显著大于其余5种重金属,8种重金属元素中,除Mn、Cu含量变化趋势较为单一之外,其余6种重金属含量均表现出复杂的变化趋势;相关分析和聚类分析显示,树轮中Cr、Sr、Pb、As为一类,主要受到人为源和自然源的综合影响;Mn、Zn、Cd为一类,主要受到人为污染源的影响;Cu元素单独归类,很大程度上来自于地壳源.青藏高原东缘地区树轮中重金属含量相对较低,但是随着工业生产活动增加,该地区重金属污染状况已有所增加,通过对该地区树轮中重金属含量的分析,有利于重建该地区重金属污染历史.  相似文献

为揭示城市化、工业化等人为活动对土壤环境质量的影响,选择上海城郊结合部为研究区域,采用地统计学方法对表层土壤样品Cu、Zn、Pb、Cr、Mn 5种重金属的空间变异结构和分布特征进行了分析。结果表明:土壤Cu、Cr、Mn、Pb、Zn均属中等变异,土壤Mn含量服从正态分布,土壤Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn含量服从对数正态分布;半方差函数模型拟合结果显示土壤Mn符合指数模型,土壤Cr、Cu、Pb、Zn符合线性模型、其中土壤Cu、Pb、Zn为纯块金效应模型,反映了城郊结合部土壤污染空间变异的复杂性。通过泛克里格插值可直观反应表层土壤重金属含量空间分布特征,发现土壤Cr、Mn呈岛状,土壤Cu、Pb、Zn呈多岛状分布的特点,工业和交通污染源是影响土壤重金属空间分布的重要因素  相似文献

为揭示江苏省浅水湖泊表层沉积物重金属污染特征,采集江苏省8个浅水湖泊的表层沉积物,测定了8种重金属的含量,并利用地积累指数法和潜在生态风险指数法对沉积物重金属的污染现状以及潜在生态风险程度进行评价。结果表明:江苏省8个浅水湖泊表层沉积物中Mn、Zn、Cr、Ni、Cu、As、Cd、Pb的平均含量分别为634~1 031、66~138、76.0~97.5、39.2~56.3、25.2~50.1、9.9~27.1、0.15~2.98、24.6~51.6mg/kg。地积累指数法评价结果表明,Cd是江苏省8个浅水湖泊表层沉积物中最主要的污染物,Zn、Cu、As、Pb、Ni在一些湖泊为轻度污染,Mn和Cr处于无污染水平。Hkanson潜在生态风险指数法评价结果显示,各湖泊综合潜在生态风险程度的高低顺序为:长荡湖石臼湖白马湖滆湖高邮湖洪泽湖澄湖骆马湖,长荡湖达到严重生态风险水平,石臼湖存在重生态风险,白马湖与滆湖处在中等生态风险水平,而骆马湖、洪泽湖、高邮湖以及澄湖重金属污染则处于低生态风险水平。  相似文献

重金属污染是水体沉积物污染的主要问题之一,研究沉积物中重金属元素的赋存形态,探索水体中重金属的来源,可以为水体重金属污染治理修复提供理论基础。采用BCR三步连续提取法对鄱阳湖枯水期表层沉积物中As和7种重金属元素(Cd、Co、Cr、Cu、Ni、Pb和Zn)的赋存形态进行了研究,并基于重金属风险评价代码(Risk Assessment Code, RAC)方法评估了鄱阳湖表层沉积物中的As和7种重金属元素的潜在生态风险。结果表明,鄱阳湖表层沉积物中As、Co、Cr、Cu、Ni和Zn主要以残渣态的形式存在(6160%~8518%);Pb主要以残渣态(5097%)和铁锰氧化物结合态(4102%)为主要的赋存形态,其可提取态所占比例为4903%,具有较高的二次释放潜力;Cd的赋存形态主要以弱酸提取态(4160%)和铁锰氧化态(2719%)为主,其可提取态所占比例高达7749%,潜在生态风险较大。RAC分析结果表明,鄱阳湖表层沉积物Cd的生态风险整体上位于高风险,需要加强对鄱阳湖Cd污染的关注。所有站点Cr的弱酸提取态所占比例均低于1%,表明鄱阳湖Cr污染的生态风险为无风险,As、Ni和Pb属于低风险,而Cu、Co和Zn位于低风险至中等风险  相似文献

鄱阳湖主要入湖口重金属的分布及潜在风险评价   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
于2011年5月在鄱阳湖的主要入湖口采集了水样和表层沉积物,测定并分析了其中Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd 4种重金属元素的含量和分布。同时采用地积累指数法、潜在生态危害指数法和生态毒性效应等评价方法对沉积物中重金属的污染状况进行了分析评价。结果显示:鄱阳湖主要入湖口水体重金属Cu、Zn、Pb、Cd含量均符合国家渔业水质标准要求,除修河的Pb和信江、饶河入湖口的Cd含量属于国家地表水Ⅱ类水质外,其它所有样地的4种重金属含量均低于国家地表水I类标准限值。沉积物中4种重金属含量均超过鄱阳湖相应背景值且呈积累富集的趋势,其中信江入湖口、饶河入湖口以及三江口已受到重金属的严重污染,潜在生态危害均为中等,而污染最轻的区域为南主湖区。揭示重金属污染程度顺序为Cu>Zn>Pb>Cd;单个重金属潜在生态风险顺序为Cd>Cu>Pb>Zn。进一步的生态毒性效应评价结果表明,虽然鄱阳湖主要入湖口沉积物已经受到重金属污染,但对多数底栖生物未产生明显毒害  相似文献

The distribution of Fe, Zn, Cu, Cd, Mn, Pb, and Ni in the organs and tissues (kidneys, liver, lungs, brain, heart, muscles, and feathers) of the European black vulture (Aegypius monachus) was studied. It was shown that heavy metals were not responsible for the mass mortality of these birds in southern Primorye in the winter of 2001–2002. The level of pollution with heavy metals of the range of European black vultures wintering in this region (northern China and western Mongolia) may be regarded as insignificant.  相似文献

Kolleru lake is the largest fresh water lake in the districts of East and West Godavari of Andhra Pradesh, India. Many anthropogenic sources contribute to the heavy metal pollution in the lake and the bioaccumulation of heavy metals in fish helps in assessing the aquatic pollution. Total contents and fractionation of selected heavy metals, viz., Zn, Cu, Cd, Pb, Cr, Ni and Co were measured in sediment sample and three edible fish. The investigation aimed at revealing differences in the accumulation pattern of heavy metals in fish inhabiting sediments characterized by varying metal bioavailability. The metal concentrations were found to be greater than the background concentrations of sediments indicating the anthropogenic origin of metals. Good recovery values were obtained for metal contents in sediments and fish. Large fractions of Zn, Cd and Cu were associated with mobile fraction of sediment and showed greater bioaccumulation in fish whereas Ni and Co were least mobilisable. The results clearly indicate that the fish of Kolleru lake are contaminated with metals and not advisable for human consumption.  相似文献

Concentrations of silver, cadmium, chromium, iron, manganese, nickel, lead, vanadium, and zinc were determined in dust fallout samples from eight inland locations in Kuwait. Results were used to calculate enrichment factors for metals relative to their abundance in the continental crust using Fe as the conservative element. Five metals (Cu, Cr, Mn, Ni, and V) showed enrichment factors that were approximately unity (1.3–4.7). Higher enrichment factors for the rest (24–421) suggested an anthropogenic contribution for Ag, Cd, Pb, and Zn. However, all metals in dust fallout (except Pb and Zn) showed a degree of enrichment relative to unpolluted marine sediments that was approximately unity, suggesting a substantial aeolian contribution to trace metals in marine surface sediments. Higher enrichments for Pb and Zn probably reflect a larger input from local pollution sources. This is particularly true for lead, the enrichment of which showed a stronger association with the distribution of urban population. Probable contributions of aeolian transport to a band of elevated lead concentrations in marine surface sediments are discussed.  相似文献

The concentration of Fe, Mn, Zn, Cu, Pb, Ni, Cr, Cd, and Ag were determined in the brown alga Fucus vesiculosus and intertidal surface sediments from coastal locations of northeast England. Levels of heavy metals similar to those of polluted areas of the British coastline were detected. There is evidence of contamination (especially with Zn and Pb) in sediments from sites affected by colliery spoil and from the Wear estuary. The pelitic fraction ( < 63 microm) is usually more enriched in heavy metals, but it represents a very small percentage of the bulk samples. The fine-grained sand is a very important repository of contaminants especially where particles of colliery spoil, secondary mineral, and amorphous phases are present. Aqua regia-extracted Zn, Cu, and Pb in sediments are significantly correlated with those in seaweed. Despite the closure of all base metal and coal mines, and the cessation of many industrial activities in the region, sediments and brown algae are contaminated with heavy metals. The control site (Holy Island) and the Tees estuary appear to be the least affected.  相似文献

采集天沙河表层沉积物,检测其中Cr、Ni、Cu、Zn、Cd和Pb 6种重金属的含量,分别采用内梅罗指数法(NI)、地累积指数法、Hakanson生态风险指数法和淡水生态系统沉积物基准法(SQGs)对沉积物中重金属污染的特征和生态风险进行评价,并对几种评价方法进行比较。结果表明:鉴于各采样点重金属的污染特征,采用内梅罗指数法和Hakanson生态风险指数法所得结果一致,杜阮河段、白沙河段及天沙河上游污染较严重,天沙河中下游污染程度相对较低;就各重金属的污染特征而言,采用地累积指数法和Hakanson生态风险指数法所得结果基本一致,Cd和Cu污染较严重,其次是Zn、Ni、Pb、Cr;而采用SQGs法的风险评价与其它方法所得结果存在一定差异,其主要原因是SQGs法基于污染物的生物毒性效应,而其他方法多反映单一重金属污染效应或多种重金属综合污染效应  相似文献

长三角典型城郊农田土壤-浙贝母重金属迁移特征研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
城郊生态系统中土壤重金属分布及其在土壤—植物系统的迁移和富集特征是城乡共生体土壤安全研究的热点问题。以典型经济作物浙贝母(Fritillaria thunbergii)为例,基于野外采样和实验分析,对长三角代表性城郊农田中土壤—植物系统重金属的分布、富集和迁移特征开展研究。结果表明:受人类活动的影响,城郊农田土壤中重金属除Cr外,Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Pb的平均含量超过土壤背景值,并且不同重金属在空间分布上表现较高的空间异质性。除Cd和Cr外,浙贝母植株不同部位重金属含量表现为叶、茎显著高于鳞茎,叶中重金属含量可达到鳞茎的5~10倍,表明叶比鳞茎更易富集重金属。重金属迁移系数分析表明,Cr、Cu、Zn、As、Cd和Pb主要富集在浙贝母植株的地上部分,且不同重金属在植株中的迁移和富集能力具有较大的差异。浙贝母地上部分对Cr、As和Pb的富集能力较低,对Cu、Zn和Cd的富集能力相对较强。相比而言,鳞茎对不同重金属的富集能力均较弱,综合污染评价也表明,浙贝母鳞茎中重金属含量并未超过污染标准。  相似文献

分析滴水湖及其周边沉积物中Hg、As、Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn和Cr等7种重金属含量特征,并用地累积指数法、潜在生态风险指数法和主成分分析法对沉积物中的重金属污染状况进行了评价和分析。结果表明,滴水湖沉积物中As和Pb低于上海市潮滩背景值,Hg、Cd、Zn和Cr均高于潮滩背景值,50%样点的Cu高于潮滩背景值;地累积指数法评价结果表明滴水湖沉积物中Cr的平均污染水平为偏中污染,Hg、Cd和Zn为轻度污染,As、Cu和Pb为清洁水平;潜在生态风险指数法评价结果表明滴水湖沉积物重金属为中等生态风险,Hg和Cd是潜在生态风险的主要贡献元素;主成分分析结果表明,滴水湖沉积物中Hg、Cu、Cd、Pb、Zn和Cr主要来自于人为源,As主要来自底质滩涂  相似文献

三峡库区由于特殊的地理位置及生态脆弱性,其重金属污染状况备受关注。以三峡库区重庆段为研究区域,利用多目标调查数据,在分析土壤中As、Cd、Cr、Cu、Ni、Hg、Pb和Zn等8种重金属积累特征的基础上,运用多元统计分析、污染指数法、潜在生态风险评估法以及层次分析法与加权平均评价模型法等方法进行了重金属来源分析和污染评价。研究结果表明: 三峡库区重庆段表层土壤中8种重金属的平均含量顺序为:Cr(8145 mg·kg-1)>Zn(716 mg·kg-1)>Ni(3154 mg·kg-1)>Pb(2527 mg·kg-1)>Cu(2353 mg·kg-1)>As(739 mg·kg-1)>Cd(021 mg·kg-1)>Hg(006 mg·kg-1);多元统计分析表明Cd和Cr含量主要受到人为活动的影响,Ni、Zn和Cu含量则主要受到区域地质背景的影响,Hg、Pb和As则受到两者的共同影响。各综合评价方法结果趋于一致,均表明大部分样品(>849%)的重金属污染水平属于清洁或轻度污染水平,只有少数样品(<151%)达到中度或重度污染水平,这些样品主要采集于巫山、涪陵、忠县境内。综合分析,认为忠县和涪陵境内土壤出现中度或重度重金属污染主要受其工业生产的影响,巫山境内则主要受到其成土母质的影响。研究结果可为三峡库区土地可持续利用和生态发展提供基础数据与理论依据  相似文献

对丹江口水库上游汉江支流及库湾沉积物中6种重金属元素的污染特征进行分析,采用效应阈值标准(NYSDEC)和Lars Hkanson潜在生态风险指数评价重金属的污染程度和环境风险。研究表明,库湾沉积物与支流沉积物中Ni、Pb含量较为接近;库湾沉积物中Cd、Cr、Cu、Zn含量分别高达186、2712、9991、4783 mg/kg,均超过支流沉积物中相应重金属含量2倍以上。各采样点表层(0~10 cm)沉积物中Pb含量均低于LEL值(最低效应阈值),Cd、Ni含量均介于LEL值和SEL值(最高效应阈值)之间,而Cr、Cu、Zn含量均有超过SEL值的现象发生。考察沉积物重金属的富集程度发现各采样点表层沉积物中Ni和Pb均未发生富集,而Cd、Cr、Cu和Zn均存在不同程度的富集,其平均富集系数分别为712、180、163和284。根据重金属含量的相关性可知Ni和Pb主要来自于天然地球化学来源,而Cd、Cr、Cu和Zn则主要受人为源影响。以丹江口库区土壤(黄棕壤)中重金属背景值为参比,发现表层沉积物总体处于高生态风险,且以Cd生态风险为主;参与评价的5种重金属潜在生态风险程度顺序为Cd>Cu>Cr>Zn>Pb  相似文献

Partitioning of metals in sediments from the Odiel River (Spain)   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3  
The Odiel River runs through an area known as the Iberian pyrite belt in the province of Huelva in the southwestern corner of the Iberian Peninsula. Its waters are acidic and contain large amounts of heavy metals from erosion and mining activity. In addition, the Odiel River estuary is one of the most industrialized areas in southern Spain and, consequently, receives the discharge of industrial and urban waste. Seventeen sediment samples from the Odiel and its main tributaries were analyzed for this study. The chemical partitioning of metals (Cu, Zn, Cd, Pb, Fe, Ni, Cr and Co) in each sample was determined in four fractions (acid-soluble, reducible, oxidizable and residual). The total content of each of the metals was also determined. The results showed high concentrations of Fe, Cu, Zn, Pb and Cd, undoubtedly as a result of contamination from the mining and industrial activity mentioned above. However, the concentrations of the other metals analyzed were low since there are no sources of pollution by them in the Odiel River. Based on the chemical distribution of metals, we found that Cd, Zn and Cu are the most mobile metals (i.e., metals that can pass easily into the water under changing environmental conditions). Cd is the metal that showed the highest percentages in the acid-soluble fraction (the most labile) and the lowest in the residual fraction. However, Pb, Fe, Cr and Ni are present in the greatest percentages in the residual fraction, which implies that these metals are strongly linked to the sediments.  相似文献
