This work was conducted to determine the practicability of using a new adsorbent 4-ethyl thiosemicarbazide intercalated,organophilic calcined hydrotalcite(ETSC-OHTC) for the removal of uranium(U(VI)),and thorium(Th(IV)) from water and wastewater.The FTIR analysis helped in realizing the involvement of nitrogen and sulphur atoms of ETSC in binding the metal ions through complex formation.Parameters like adsorbent dosage,solution pH,initial metal ions concentration,contact time and ionic strength,that influence adsorption phenomenon,were studied.The optimum pH for maximum adsorption of U(VI) and Th(IV) was found to be in the range 4.0-6.0.The contact time required for reaching equilibrium was 4 hr.The pseudo second-order kinetic model was the best fit to represent the kinetic data.Analysis of the equilibrium adsorption data using Langmuir,Freundlich and Sips models showed that the Freundlich model was well suited to describe the metal ions adsorption.The K F values were 25.43 and 29.11mg/g for U(VI) and Th(IV),respectively,at 30°C.The adsorbent can be regenerated effectively from U(VI) and Th(IV) loaded ones using 0.01mol/L HCl.The new adsorbent was quite stable for many cycles,without much reduction in its adsorption capacity towards the metals.  相似文献

利用类水滑石Mg/Zn/Al的焙烧产物对ClO-4进行吸附性能研究,通过类水滑石表面结构X射线衍射分析并探讨其吸附等温、动力学模型,并研究了焙烧温度、Mg/Zn/Al质量比、溶液pH值、吸附时间及吸附剂投加量等因素对类水滑石Mg/Zn/Al吸附ClO-4的性能影响.结果表明在500℃下焙烧4 h,Mg/Zn/Al质量比为2∶1∶1的类水滑石对ClO-4去除效果较好,吸附容量最大且对溶液pH值有较好的适用范围.经500℃焙烧的类水滑石吸附ClO-4的动力学拟合结果符合二级反应动力学模型,吸附等温线符合Langmuir及Freundlich吸附等温模型.  相似文献

采用实时合成水滑石的方法从高放废液中分离模拟放射性核素锶,通过单因素实验并借助XRD分析确定了最佳分离实验条件,同时,运用FTIR、SEM等技术手段对合成的含锶水滑石的结构、形貌进行了分析.结果表明,当Sr2+初始浓度为70mg.L-1、pH值为10.5、n(Mg+Sr)/n(Al)为3时,锶的去除率最高可达95%以上;XRD和SEM分析结果表明,锶嵌入了水滑石的晶格中,合成的含锶水滑石形貌为层状六边形;含锶水滑石煅烧产物主要为尖晶石,且煅烧产物中未见氧化锶,表明嵌入到水滑石晶格中的锶在煅烧后存在于尖晶石的晶体结构中.  相似文献

应用水滑石实时合成的方法从高放废液中分离模拟放射性核素钕,通过酸碱滴定、单因素试验及X-射线衍射(XRD)研究确定了最佳分离条件,用红外光谱(FT-IR)、扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)等对合成的含钕水滑石的结构、形貌进行了分析. 结果表明:模拟放射性核素钕的最佳分离条件,初始ρ(Nd3+)为150 mg/L,pH为10,n(Mg)/[n(Al)+n(Nd)]为3,在该条件下5次平行试验钕的去除率平均值为96.40%,并且钕嵌入到了水滑石的晶格中,合成的含钕水滑石形貌大多为层状六边形;含钕水滑石煅烧产物主要为尖晶石,煅烧产物中未见氧化钕相,表明嵌入到水滑石晶格中的钕在煅烧后仍存在于尖晶石的晶体结构中.   相似文献

采用化学共沉淀法制备磁性钯钴水滑石催化剂(M-Pd/Co@CHT),用于吸附催化还原去除水中的高氯酸盐.同时,研究了不同溶液pH值、催化剂投加量、温度、共存离子和氢气流量等因素的影响,考察了吸附动力学和等温吸附过程.最后对反应前后材料进行表征,以明确吸附催化氢还原反应机理.结果表明:在较宽的pH范围(5~10)内,M-Pd/Co@CHT显示出对高氯酸盐较高、较稳定的吸附效率;伪二阶动力学模型和Langmuir模型能很好地拟合催化剂对高氯酸盐的吸附规律,说明该吸附过程是近似单层的化学吸附,最大单层吸附容量为172.65 mg·g-1;温度、投加量和供氢气量对M-Pd/Co@CHT加氢催化还原高氯酸盐有显著的影响,当高氯酸盐初始浓度为10 mg·L-1时,在最优实验条件下30 min可以去除约54%的高氯酸盐;利用XRD、FTIR、BET、XPS及VSM等手段对M-Pd/Co@CHT进行表征,结果表明,介孔M-Pd/Co@CHT可以有效吸附或催化高氯酸盐;高氯酸盐首先被吸附至M-Pd/Co@CHT上从而恢复其层状结构,而后在Pd/Co二元金属催化剂的作用下被氢还原去除;利用外加磁场能够实现材料的固液分离,可以有效地避免二次污染.  相似文献

利用不同层电荷的合成水滑石(层状双氢氧化物)和它们的焙烧态为吸附剂,系统考察了此类材料对于甲基橙染料的吸附保留行为,通过粉末X射线衍射,傅立叶红外和扫描电镜测试说明经水热处理得到的合成水滑石具有良好的结晶度和相纯度.水滑石及其焙烧态对于甲基橙阴离子染料的吸附研究主要采用间歇平衡法实验,吸附体系的电导率变化显示了水滑石的记忆效应,并有可能是焙烧态水滑石再生的动态过程反应低浓度甲基橙在焙烧态水滑石上的吸附实验说明,水滑石层电荷密度对于其焙烧态氧化物吸附低浓度阴离子具有显著的影响。  相似文献

A series of calcined carbonate layered double hydroxides (CLDHs) with various metal compositions and different M^2+/M^3+ ratios were prepared as adsorbents for perchlorate. Adsorption isotherms fit Langmuir model well, and the adsorption amount followed the order of MgA1-CLDHs 1〉 MgFeCLDHs 〉〉 ZnA1-CLDHs. The isotherms of MgA1-CLDHs and MgFe-CLDHs displayed a two-step shape at low and high concentration ranges and increased with an increase in the M^2+/M^3+ ratio from 2 to 4. The two-step isotherm was not observed for ZnA1-CLDHs, and the adsorption was minimally affected by the M^2+/M^3+ ratio. The LDHs, CLDHs and the reconstructed samples were characterized by X-ray diffraction, SEM, FT-IR and Raman spectra to delineate the analysis of perchlorate adsorption mechanisms. The perchlorate adsorption of MgA1-CLDHs and MgFe-CLDHs was dominated by the structural memory effect and the hydrogen bonds between the free hydroxyl groups on the reconstructed-LDHs and the oxygen atoms of the perchlorates. For ZnAI-CLDHs, the perchlorate adsorption was controlled by the structural memory effect only, as the hydroxyl groups on the hydroxide layers preferred to form strong hydrogen bonds with carbonate over perchlorate, which locked the intercalated perchlorate into a more confined nano-interlayer. Several distinct binding mechanisms of perchlorate by CLDHs with unique M^2+ ions were proposed.  相似文献

研究了水滑石(HT)及其焙烧产物(HTC)对阴离子染料酸性蓝-80的吸附特征.结果表明,在常见染料废水浓度范围内,HTC的吸附量和吸附速率都明显大于HT,HTC的吸附等温线和动力学分别符合Langmuir等温方程和粒间扩散模型.HTC对阴离子染料的去除受无机阴离子(Cl-, SO2-4 和CO2-3)的影响较小,阴离子表面活性剂十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)的存在能明显降低酸性蓝-80的吸附量.吸附量随温度的升高明显下降.  相似文献

采用水热合成法以煅烧高岭土为原料合成了纳米级X型沸石分子筛,并采用透射电镜(TEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)进行了表征.研究了影响纳米X型沸石分子筛对Cu(Ⅱ)吸附的因素,包括纳米X型沸石分子筛用量、pH值、接触时间和温度.结果表明:投加0.4 g纳米X沸石分子筛,在pH为5.0、温度为25 C、吸附时间为10 min情况下,去除率达到99.65%,最大吸附量可达101.4 mg/g.采用0.5 mol/L的Na2EDTA能较完全洗脱纳米级X型沸石分子筛所吸附的Cu(Ⅱ),表明纳米级X型沸石分子筛能循环使用,可应用于含铜废水的处理.  相似文献

A hydrotalcite with Mg/AI molar ratio 2 was prepared by co-precipitation method and was characterized by XRD, TG/DTA, Zeta potential and BET surface area. The hydrotalcite was calcined at 500℃, with the dehydration from interlayer, the dehydroxilation from the brucite-like layer and the decomposition of carbonate successively, transformed into the mixed oxide type. The removal of thiocyanate from aqueous solution by using the original hydrotalcite and calcined hydrotalcite (HTC-500) was investigated. The results showed that the thiocyanate adsorption capacity of calcined hydrotalcite was much higher than that of the original form. Calcined hydrotalcite was particularly effective at removing thiocyanate, and that the effective range of pH for the thiocyanate removal are between 5.5-10.0. The experimental data of thiocyanate removal fit nicely with Langmuir isotherm, and the saturated adsorption uptake was 96.2 mg SCN-/g HTC-500. The adsorption of thiocyanate by calcined hydrotalcite follows first-order kinetics. And the intercalation to the structure recovery for calcined hydrotalcite. But the presence of additional anions could affect the adsorption behavior of thiocyanate.  相似文献
