向一体式膜生物反应器中投加粉末活性炭(PAC),可以显著提高膜的过滤性能,有效缓解膜的污染.研究结果表明:投加PAC的吸附作用减少了由于胞外聚合物(EPS)而引起的膜污染;膜表面PAC颗粒的存在减小了浓差极化层的厚度和水力边界层的厚度,提高了过滤物质的传递速率;膜表面形成的PAC层还可过滤微生物和胶体颗粒,减少了它们到达膜表面的数量.  相似文献

长江三角洲地层的年代学研究对探讨晚第四纪以来我国东部沿海地区陆海交互作用历史以及海岸地貌的形成与演化具有重要价值。本研究选择长江三角洲YZ07和EGQD14两支钻孔开展系统光释光(optically stimulated luminescence,OSL)测年研究,总结前期已发表的50个年代数据并收集整理该区域相关钻孔的年代地层资料,探讨在可靠的年代框架约束下晚第四纪长江三角洲沉积地层演变特征,取得了以下几点认识:(1)在长江三角洲地区,常规OSL测年以较细石英颗粒OSL测年效果较为理想;对粗颗粒石英,若存在长石包裹体对石英OSL信号的影响,建议用脉冲释光测年(POSL)技术加以解决。(2)以YZ07孔为例,14C测年和OSL测年结果对比表明在三角洲海岸地区,14C测年方法建立的年代地层框架需要谨慎对待,建议在此区域开展年代地层学研究时可以尝试将两种测年方法结合使用,以确保年代地层框架的准确和可靠。(3)针对争议较大的氧同位素3阶段(MIS3)沉积环境问题,EGQD14孔给出了新的年代学证据,认为MIS3阶段(约30?—?50 ka)长江三角洲可能是陆地河流相沉积环境为主导,这也得到了区域相邻的几支钻孔沉积记录的佐证。(4)两支钻孔从年代学角度证实了前人关于末次盛冰期(Last Glacial Maximum,LGM)以来长江三角洲发育下切河谷的沉积学判识和地层学论断。此外,多钻孔的年代地层学特征也验证了全新世时段海平面变化控制下的长江三角洲及海岸演变的时空动态。  相似文献

为探究低温下丝状菌污泥膨胀过程中微生物多样性的变化特征,实验采用低温-SBR反应器成功诱发污泥膨胀,并借助Illumina MiSeq高通量测序技术,考察了不同沉降性能下活性污泥微生物群落的整体变化特征、各特定菌群及特定菌属的变化特征.结果表明,在系统运行温度降至(14±1)℃后可成功诱发丝状菌污泥膨胀,SVI可恶化至663.99 mL·g~(-1),且膨胀后COD去除率和TN去除率仍能维持在90%和86%左右.低温下污泥膨胀的发生不仅会导致系统内微生物整体多样性和均一性的降低,使特定菌群中丝状菌群的丰度由0.49%增至26.04%,还会使脱氮菌群的丰度由21.04%减少至13.99%、除磷菌群的丰度由4.25%减少至1.93%.发现的5种丝状菌属中,以Thiothrix为代表的3种菌属的丰度递增,仅Haliscomenobacter的丰度递减;发现的19种脱氮菌属中,以Nitrosomonas为代表的5种菌属的丰度递增,以Nitrospira为代表的7种菌属的丰度递减;发现的8种除磷菌属中,Pseudomonas和Tetrasphaera的丰度递增,以Candidatus_Competibacter为代表的5种菌属的丰度递减.虽然污泥膨胀对微生物菌群结构产生较大影响,但不同泥样中始终存在的477个OTUs和227个菌属说明膨胀过程中反应器内主体微生物仍呈相对稳定状态.  相似文献

城市污水经过碳回收后的低碳源进水水质将对活性污泥法强化除磷(EBPR)工艺的运行带来困难.本研究基于生物膜法磷回收的序批式反应器(Biofilm-SBR)对低碳、低磷进水进行磷回收,在BSBR反应器好氧无碳源、厌氧低碳源投加的运行基础上,研究了该工艺在低碳模式下厌氧磷释放的关键影响因素.同时,研究了不同的碳源浓度和碳源投加方式对BSBR工艺释磷的影响.最后,分析了系统中生物膜蓄磷量的变化,并探究其与碳源消耗、释磷效果的量化关系.结果表明,该系统在好氧无碳源、厌氧仅200 mg·L-1的碳源投加下,即可取得115 mg·L-1(可溶性磷)的富磷回收液.系统的Cupt/Prel(释放单位质量磷的COD消耗量)平均为(11.12±1.03)mg·mg-1,最大蓄磷量为124 mg·g-1.  相似文献

铜陵是我国重要的硫铁矿基地,矿业活动对周边环境造成了较大的影响。本文对研究区的地下水环境综合指标进行了计算,利用piper三线图对地下水化学类型进行了划分,通过离子比例系数、相关性、三种矿物水溶液的饱和指数计算方法分析了地下水化学成分的形成过程,并对研究区的地下水进行了重金属污染分析。结果表明:研究区地下水普遍呈弱碱性,为淡水、软水;全区地下水化学类型主要为HCO_3-Ca型;地下水化学成分主要来源于碳酸盐岩溶解,伴有硅酸盐的溶解; Ca~(2+)、Mg~(2+)多来自阳离子交换作用; SO_4~(2-)多来自硫化物氧化,与矿业活动密切相关;地下水离子的控制因素主要为岩石风化作用;方解石相对水溶液大多处于过饱和状态,白云石和石膏相对水溶液处于非饱和状态;重金属对地下水的影响区域较小,影响区主要分布于钟鸣硫铁矿一带。  相似文献

Zero-valent iron (ZVI) was loaded on expanded graphite (EG) to produce a composite material (EG-ZVI) for efficient removal of hexavalent chromium (Cr(VI)). EG and EG-ZVI were characterized by X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron microscopy (SEM), Fourier-transform infrared (FTIR) spectroscopy and Brunauer–Emmett–Teller (BET) analysis. EG-ZVI had a high specific surface area and contained sub-micron sized particles of zero-valent iron. Batch experiments were employed to evaluate the Cr(VI) removal performance. The results showed that the Cr(VI) removal rate was 98.80% for EG-ZVI, which was higher than that for both EG (10.00%) and ZVI (29.80%). Furthermore, the removal rate of Cr(VI) by EG-ZVI showed little dependence on solution pH within a pH range of 1–9. Even at pH 11, a Cr(VI) removal rate of 62.44% was obtained after reaction for 1 hr. EG-ZVI could enhance the removal of Cr(VI) via chemical reduction and physical adsorption, respectively. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) was used to analyze the mechanisms of Cr(VI) removal, which indicated that the ZVI loaded on the surface was oxidized, and the removed Cr(VI) was immobilized via the formation of Cr(III) hydroxide and Cr(III)–Fe(III) hydroxide/oxyhydroxide on the surface of EG-ZVI.  相似文献

Aluminum formate (AF), a degradable and non-corrosive coagulant, was synthesized from aluminum hydroxide and formic acid. Polyamidine (PA), as a coagulation aid, was combined with AF for dye wastewater treatment. AF was characterized by XPS, FT-IR, viscosity, zeta potential, mass spectrum and XRD, and the flocculation properties of the dual-coagulation system were characterized by FT-IR and SEM. The results showed that COOH, Al2O3-Al and O2-Al bonds were formed in the AF synthesis process, and AF had a higher molecular weight and higher charge neutralization ability than PAC. The hydrolysates of AF were determined to contain Al13 Al11 and Al2, and the components of AF were confirmed to comprise a mixture including aluminum formate (C3H3AlO6) and its hydrate. When the color removal efficiency reached 100% in jar tests, the optimized dosage of AF/PA was 18.91/0.71 mg/L, while the optimized dosage of PAC/PA was 21.19/0.91 mg/L. According to the variance analysis, the interaction between AF/PA and PAC/PA were insignificant in macroscopic view. FT-IR spectrum indicated AF captured pollutant by means of CCO bond, PAC captured pollutant by δ CH, CC and δ CH. Overall, although the coagulation mechanism of AF was different from that of PAC, AF/PA showed better coagulation efficiency than PAC/PA in dye wastewater treatment.  相似文献

为了研究滩涂围垦对近岸大型底栖动物群落结构的影响,于2011~2012年在青堆子海湾布设了16个监测站位,开展了4个季节的调查工作。运用ABC曲线、聚类分析(CLA),重点分析了滩涂围垦对大型底栖生物分布的影响。结果表明:(1)近岸大型底栖动物群落结构受扰动明显,与历史数据对比,物种数、栖息密度、生物量下降明显,经济物种损失严重;(2)近岸大型底栖动物种数、栖息密度、生物量明显低于远岸;(3)ABC曲线、聚类分析结果表明,调查海域大型底栖生物群落受干扰程度明显,群落结构相似性程度较低,滩涂围垦导致近岸沉积环境形成了多个不同类型的小生境。  相似文献

In this study, an integrated simulation-based allocation modeling system (ISAMS) is developed for identifying water resources management strategies in response to climate change. The ISAMS incorporates global climate models (GCMs), a semi-distributed land use-based runoff process (SLURP) model, and a multistage interval-stochastic programming (MISP) approach within a general framework. The ISAMS can not only handle uncertainties expressed as probability distributions and interval values but also reveal climate change impacts on water resources allocation under different projections of GCMs. The ISAMS is then applied to the Kaidu-kongque watershed with cold arid characteristics in the Tarim River Basin (the largest inland watershed basin in China) for demonstrating its efficiency. Results reveal that different climate change models corresponding to various projections (e.g., precipitation and temperature) would lead to changed water resources allocation patterns. Variations in water availability and demand due to uncertainties could result in different water allocation targets and shortages. A variety of decision alternatives about water allocations adaptive to climate change are generated under combinations of different global climate models and ecological water release plans. These findings indicate that understanding the uncertainties in water resources system, building adaptive methods for generating sustainable water allocation patterns, and taking actions for mitigating water shortage problems are key adaptation strategies responding to climate change.  相似文献

Promoting plug-in hybrid vehicles (PHEV) is one important option to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions and air pollutants for road transportation sector. In 2015, more than 220,000 new PHEVs were registered across the world, indicating a 25-fold growth during 2011–2015. However, more criticizes have been put forward against the current energy efficiency regulations for vehicles that are mostly depended on laboratory measurements. To better understand the real-world energy-saving and emission mitigation benefits from PHEVs, we conducted on-road testing experiments under various operating conditions for two in-use PHEVs in Beijing, China. Our results indicate that air condition usage, congested traffic conditions, and higher loading mass could significantly increase energy consumption and shorten actual all-electric distance for PHEVs. For example, the worst case (14.1 km) would occur under harshest usage conditions, which is lower by at least 35% than the claimed range over 20 km. In charge sustaining (CS) mode, real-world fuel consumption also presents a large range from 3.5 L/100 km to 6.3 L/100 km because of varying usage conditions. Furthermore, various vehicle users have significantly different travel profiles, which would lead to large heterogeneity of emission mitigation benefits among individual PHEV adopters. Therefore, this study suggests that the global policy makers should use real-world energy efficiency of emerging electrified powertrain techniques as criteria to formulate relevant regulations and supportive policies.  相似文献
