"多规合一"是一项从国家顶层设计推进的市县规划体制改革,河南省获嘉县作为全国28个"多规合一"试点城市之一,是欠发达平原农业区小城市的典型代表。本文深入分析了获嘉县多规并存的冲突与差异、资源环境与城市发展不协调的现实,同时在考虑生态环境空间约束与资源承载的前提下,突出生态环境的基本制约与保障作用,提出从底线控制、规模约束、环境保障三方面体现市县多规融合,从规划体系、标准数据、空间布局、信息平台、管理机制五个方面实现多规融合,并给出了多规融合调整策略。 相似文献

In this work, the formation of the inclusion complex of bisphenol Z (1,1-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)cyclohexane, abbreviated as BPCH) with beta-cyclodextrin (beta-CD) has been studied, 1:1 inclusion complex can be obtained, the formation constant of the beta-CD/BPCH complex is 5.94x10(3)M(-1). The photodegradation behavior of BPCH was investigated under monochromatic UV irradiation (lambda=254 nm). The photodegradation rate constant of BPCH in aqueous solutions with beta-CD showed a 9.0-fold increase, and simultaneously the mineralization of BPCH can be enhanced by beta-CD. The influence factors on photodegradation of BPCH were also studied and described in details, such as concentration of beta-CD, initial concentration of BPCH, organic solvent and pH. The photodegradation of BPCH in the presence of beta-CD includes the direct photolysis and the photooxidation of BPCH during the photochemical process. Some predominant photodegradation products are 4-(2,4,5-trihydroxy-phenyl)-4-(4-hydroxyphenyl) butanoic acid, 5,5-bis(4-hydroxyphenyl)pentanoic acid, meta-hydroxylated BPCH, ortho-hydroxylated BPCH and 4-(1-(4-hydroxyphenyl)pentyl)phenol respectively. The enhancement of photodegradation of BPCH mainly results from moderate inclusion depth of BPCH molecule in the beta-CD cavity. This kind of inclusion structure allows BPCH molecule sufficient proximity to secondary hydroxyl groups of the beta-CD cavity, and these hydroxyl groups could be activated and converted to hydroxyl radicals under UV irradiation, which can enhance the photooxidation of BPCH. 相似文献

This paper explored biochar modification to enhance biochar’s ability to adsorb hexavalent chromium from aqueous solution. The ramie stem biomass was pyrolyzed and then treated by β-cyclodextrin/poly(L-glutamic acid) which contained plentiful functional groups. The pristine and modified biochar were characterized by FTIR, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, specific surface area, and zeta potential measurement. Results indicated that the β-cyclodextrin/poly(L-glutamic acid) was successfully bound to the biochar surface. Batch experiments were conducted to investigate the kinetics, isotherm, thermodynamics, and adsorption/desorption of Cr(VI). Adsorption capacities of CGA-biochar were significantly higher than that of the untreated biochar, and its maximum adsorption capacity could reach up to 197.21 mg/g at pH 2.0. Results also illustrated that sorption performance depended on initial solution pH; in addition, acidic condition was beneficial to the Cr(VI) uptake. Furthermore, the Cr(VI) uptake was significantly affected by the ion strength and cation species. This study demonstrated that CGA-biochar could be a potential adsorbent for Cr(VI) pollution control. 相似文献

粉末 颗粒喷动床 (powder particlespoutedbed ,PPSB)是近几年来由日本研究人员开发的一种新的半干法烟气脱硫技术。本文介绍了PPSB的基本原理、优点以及在试验条件下所得到的影响因素和适宜的运行方式。PPSB在系统结构、废物处理、操作和费用方面比湿法有所提高 ,同时又比干法和其他半干法的去除率和吸收剂的利用率高。此外 ,对吸收剂研究结果表明 ,石灰石的脱硫效率虽然不及石灰 ,但是由于PPSB中吸收剂的停留时间长 ,气、固、液三相接触好的特点以及可以对石灰石进行研磨 ,因此 ,利用石灰石作吸收剂的PPSB完全可以达到理想的脱硫效率 ,同时也可以保持较好的经济性。但是 ,目前还没有大规模的试验和应用。所以PPSB是一项十分值得进一步开发和应用的烟气脱硫新技术。 相似文献

The impacts of climate change on crop yield have increasingly been of concern. In this study, we investigated the impacts of trends in sunshine duration (S) and maximum temperature (T max) on rice yields in Jiangsu Province at both the provincial and county level during the period from 1980 to 2008. The results showed that although S and T max both were positively correlated with rice yields, the combined impacts of the decreasing trend of S (0.37 h/decade) and the increasing trend of T max (0.34 °C/decade) in August caused a reduction of 0.16 t ha?1 in rice yields (approximately 1.8 %) in Jiangsu Province, and the trend of S had played a dominant role in the yield losses. Further analyses suggest that the increasing concentration of aerosols from rapid economic development in Jiangsu Province has caused a significant solar dimming at least since 1960, making mitigations and adaptation measurements on regional haze impact imperative. Our study provides a prototype for detecting negative feedback on agricultural production caused by intensified anthropogenic activities that aim only to create rapid economic development. 相似文献

为提高膨胀型防火涂料的阻燃性能,以聚氨酯树脂为基料,以聚磷酸铵、尿素为阻燃体系,通过加入不同掺量的钛酸酯偶联剂改性β-环糊精(β-CD),提高阻燃效果。通过红外光谱仪(FT-IR)、锥形量热仪(CONE)、热重分析仪(TG)、差热扫描量热仪(DSC)等,研究改性β-CD的含量对膨胀型防火涂料的火安全性的影响,使用Coats-Redfern积分法计算涂料的热解动力学。研究结果表明:改性β-CD能有效地提高涂料的阻燃性能,当β-CD为1wt%时拥有最佳阻燃性能,1wt%改性β-CD能够提高涂层的蓄热能力,延缓APP的分解和抑制碳质材料的分解,进而提高涂料的阻燃性能。通过热解动力学拟合曲线得出,1wt%的样品能在253 ℃以后显著提高反应的活化能,提高涂层的阻燃性。 相似文献
