The aim of this work was to report on imidacloprid [IUPAC name 1-(6-chloro-3-pyridylmethyl)-N-nitroimidazolidin-2-ylideneamine] residues in some vegetables, fruits, and water samples collected from the West Bank, Palestine, in 1998 and 1999. Imidacloprid and its derivatives in the study samples were extracted by methanol/water and oxidized into 6-chloronicotinic acid and subsequently derivatized into 6-chloronicotinic acid trimethylsilyl ester before being determined by GC/MS. Imidacloprid residues were detected in more than half of the analyzed samples. The highest and lowest imidacloprid concentrations were found in eggplant (0.46 mg/kg) and green beans (0.08 mg/kg), respectively. An increase of 11–120% in imidacloprid concentration in the 1999 samples was observed when compared with those of 1998. This may suggest imidacloprid accumulation in the soil and/or increased use by local farmers. The imidacloprid residue concentrations in several crops were found to exceed the CODEX maximum residue limit.  相似文献

为拓展多孔硅酸盐等矿物材料在钝化土壤重金属中的应用,以Na2Si O_3为硅源,制备了二氧化硅多孔材料SBA-15,用透射电镜、X射线衍射、氮气吸附-解吸和红外光谱等手段对其结构进行了表征,并在此基础上,以批试验法研究了SBA-15对Cd(Ⅱ)吸附特征和缝合性能,并通过小青菜盆栽试验法探讨了其对土壤Cd的钝化潜力.结果表明,合成的SBA-15具有规则中孔特征,比表面积507.3 m2·g-1,孔径7.38 nm;体系pH≥7.0时,在100 mg·L~(-1)的Cd(Ⅱ)溶液中SBA-15的最大吸附量可达76.43 mg·g-1,吸附过程可用Langmuir模型描述,增加介质离子强度对Cd(Ⅱ)的吸附具有抑制作用.吸附Cd(Ⅱ)后的SBA-15可以用0.1 mol·L~(-1)HNO_3进行再生,但当向吸附Cd(Ⅱ)的SBA-15中引入Na2Si O_3后,可以通过SBA-15的孔隙缝合有效地固定被吸附的Cd(Ⅱ),从而抑制Cd(Ⅱ)向环境中释放.小青菜盆栽试验表明,SBA-15对Cd(Ⅱ)污染土壤的改良效果明显,能有效地降低土壤有效态Cd(Ⅱ)的含量,促进土壤Cd水溶态和交换态向碳酸盐和铁锰氧化物结合态及残渣态的转化,抑制Cd(Ⅱ)在小青菜体内的积累,增加小青菜产量.研究表明,利用SBA-15的吸附缝合能力以SBA-15和Na2Si O_3配合使用,是进行土壤中Cd修复的有效方法.  相似文献

Immobilized peroxidases from Momordica charantia were highly effective in decolorizing reactive textile dyes compared to its soluble counterpart. Dye solutions, 50-200 mg/l, were treated with soluble and immobilized bitter gourd peroxidases (specific activity of 99.0 EU per mg protein). The decolorization of dyes with soluble and immobilized enzyme was maximum in the range of pH 3.0-4.0. The effect of different temperatures on the dye decolorization was monitored and it was observed that all the dyes were maximally decolorized at 40 degrees C. In order to examine the operational stability of the immobilized preparation, the enzyme was repeatedly exploited for the decolorization of the dyes from fresh batch of dye solutions. Even after 10 cycles in each case the immobilized preparation retained nearly 50% of the initial enzyme activity. The immobilized enzyme exhibited more than 90% of the original activity while the soluble enzyme lost 33% of the initial activity when stored for 40 d at room temperature. Mixtures of three, four and eight dyes were prepared and treated with soluble and immobilized bitter gourd peroxidase. Each mixture was decolorized by more than 80% when treated with immobilized enzyme. Dyeing effluent collected from local dyers was treated with both types of enzyme preparations. Immobilized enzyme was capable of removing remarkably high concentration of color from the effluent. TOC content of soluble and immobilized enzyme treated individual dyes, mixture of dyes and dyeing effluent was determined and it was observed that higher TOC was removed after treatment with immobilized enzyme.  相似文献

为减少堆肥的氮素损失并提升磷素有效性,通过堆肥试验研究了添加生物炭复合菌剂对猪粪堆肥腐熟度及氮磷保留的影响.结果表明,在42d堆肥中,对照(CK)、生物炭(B)、菌剂(M)和生物炭菌剂(BM)4个处理组均达到了畜禽粪便无害化卫生要求标准.BM处理组的NH3和N2O释放累积量为2.36和0.93g,显著低于CK(8.01和1.31g),且总氮含量达23.78g/kg,显著高于CK(18.36g/kg).堆肥结束时,CK、B、M和BM处理的TP含量分别为16.41,17.16, 18.51及19.16g/kg,且BM组OP含量增加77.60%,显著高于CK(50.66%).堆肥后,磷素有效性增加,并以M和BM的变化趋势最为显著,各处理的缓效磷和有效磷所占比例加合顺序为:BM(42.94%) > M(39.80%) > B(37.29%) > CK(31.51%).研究表明,生物炭复合菌剂在促进堆肥腐熟和氮磷保留中具有良好的效果.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to evaluate the effects of chicken manure (CM) application rates on nutrient concentrations within and below the root zone of sweet corn (Zea mays L. subsp. mays) under Hawaiian conditions. The research was conducted in leeward (Poamoho) and windward (Waimanalo) areas of Oahu, Hawaii, where contrasts exist in both climatic and soil conditions. Suction cup were used to collect soil solutions from 30 and 60 cm depths. Soil solutions were collected six times during the growing season at each location and analyzed for different nutrients (N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Na, Fe, Mn, Zn, and Cu), nitrate-nitrogen (NO3–N), ammonium-nitrogen (NH4–N), electrical conductivity (EC), and pH. Analysis showed that CM rates significantly affected the concentration of macro-nutrients below the root zone at Poamoho and within the root zone at Waimanalo. In general, nutrient concentration increased with the increasing rates of CM application. There was a significant effect of CM on micro-nutrients except below the root zone at Poamoho. CM significantly affected NO3–N concentration within the root zone for 15, 60 days after planting (DAP) at Poamoho, and 16, 28 DAP at Waimanalo. The effect was also significant on total nitrogen (N) concentration in the root zone across the two growing seasons at Waimanalo. There was a highly significant correlation between total N and NO3–N, and EC within and below the root zone.  相似文献
