为阐明喷泉产生的细菌气溶胶空间分布特性,利用大肠杆菌NK5449作为试验菌株,通过喷泉喷洒试验,使用安德森六级空气采样器采集喷泉周围空间的细菌气溶胶,研究各级细菌气溶胶的浓度和粒径分布特征和变化规律,并分析其与液滴直径的相关性.结果表明,在高度0.75~1.75 m,距离喷头0.5~3 m的范围内,细菌气溶胶总浓度在(38±15)~(676±92)CFU·m-3之间,并随着高度的增加和与喷头之间水平距离的增大而逐渐降低,且与液滴直径呈显著负相关(P0.05);随着与喷头水平距离的增大,粒径大于4.7μm的细菌气溶胶粒子所占比例出现先降后升的变化趋势;而粒径在2.1~4.7μm之间的粒子所占比例则是先升后降.与喷头水平距离0.5 m以外的各点,细菌气溶胶粒子的粒径大都集中在1.1~4.7μm范围内.距离喷泉较远处的人吸入小粒径细菌气溶胶的风险不容忽视.  相似文献

CO2 capture and geological storage (CCS) is considered as a viable option to mitigate greenhouse gas emissions during the transition phase towards the use of clean and renewable energy. This paper concentrates on the transport of CO2 between source (CO2 capture at plants) and sink (geological storage reservoirs). In the cost estimation of CO2 transport, the pipeline diameter plays an important role. In this respect, the paper reviews equations that were used in several reports on CO2 pipeline transport. As some parameters are not taken into account in these equations, alternative formulas are proposed which calculate the proper inner diameter size based on flow rate, pressure drop per unit length, CO2 density, CO2 viscosity, pipeline material roughness and topographic height differences (the Darcy–Weisbach solution) and, in addition, on the amount and type of bends (the Manning solution). Comparison between calculated diameters using the reviewed and the proposed equations demonstrate the important influence of elevation difference (which is not considered in the reviewed equations) and pipeline material roughness-related factor on the calculated diameter. Concerning the latter, it is suggested that a Darcy–Weisbach roughness height of 0.045 mm better corresponds to a Manning factor of 0.009 than higher Manning values previously proposed in literature. Comparison with the actual diameter of the Weyburn pipeline confirms the accuracy of the proposed equations. Comparison with other existing CO2 pipelines (without pressure information) indicate that the pipelines are designed for lower pressure gradients than 25 Pa/m or for (future) higher flow rates. The proposed Manning equation is implemented in an economic least-cost route planner in order to obtain the best economic solution for pipeline trajectory and corresponding diameter.  相似文献

为了弥补因现有技术无法对深圳平安大厦进行现场试桩分析的不足,研究超大直径桩的桩身承载及沉降规律,采用缩尺模型试验的方法对其进行了研究。研究结果表明:超大直径嵌岩桩桩身最大承载力远高于规范计算得到的竖向抗压承载力特征值,其上部荷载主要由桩端承担,对桩进行扩底处理后桩端承载所占总荷载比例较等直径桩更大,且等直径嵌岩桩的侧摩阻力比扩底嵌岩桩的侧摩阻力的发挥更显著。桩身在中风化—微风化花岗岩段的侧摩阻力在设计中均不应忽略。现场实测结果对比验证了模型试验结果的合理性。  相似文献

Summary Biological effects of extremely low-frequency electromagnetic fields (ELF-EMF) on microcirculation were investigated in vivo by monitoring arteriole diameters in conscious mice. Measurements of blood vessel diameter were monitored 33 min non-stop before during and after exposure with ELF-EMF and every 389 ms blood vessel diameter were calculated. Using a dorsal skinfold chamber (DSC), and following caudal vein injection of FITC-dextran 250 kDa, the microvasculature (initial arteriole diameter of 45–80 μm), was examined by intravital microscopy and video images were recorded for a total time of 33 min. Arteriole diameter was continuously measured by on-line analysis using a High-speed Digital Machine Vision System CV-2100, using an edge-gap detection algorithm. Since vessel diameters exhibit rhythmic variation expressed by vasomotion, for estimation of microcirculatory activity we used both raw data for frequency analysis of vasomotion (measured frequencies of vasomotion were in the range 0.008÷0.1 Hz) and evaluate mean blood vessel diameter for each 1 min period of time, and make a comparison between Pre, Exposure/Sham exposure and Post exposure periods, with the aim to evaluate possible changes in mean blood vessel diameter as a result of ELF-EMF action. During EMF exposure and post-exposure periods, arteriole diameters increased significantly compared with the pre-exposure period, and the changes were larger during post-exposure. In contrast to sham exposure, vasodilatation of the microvasculature was significantly greater during exposure and post-exposure to 16 Hz EMF. These findings suggest that ELF-EMF may have potential therapeutic use benefit for treating vascular disorders.  相似文献

The critical diameter and critical thickness of two heterogeneous explosives were measured experimentally. By comparing these experimentally determined values of critical diameter and critical thickness, the role of front curvature in the failure of the detonation can be investigated. Current theories of detonation based on front curvature would predict the critical diameter should be twice the critical thickness. Experimentally, the expected two-to-one ratio was only validated for the case of a heterogeneous explosive with very fine scale heterogeneities. The ratios of critical diameter to critical thickness (for the two selected explosives) are also compared to previously measured values for homogeneous (liquid) explosives in order to contrast the dominant failure mechanism in these different explosives.  相似文献

为探索一种新型瓦斯抑爆技术,设计宽径比分别为1.5,2.5,4的矩形空腔体,并基于自行搭建的长36 m,管径为200 mm的大型瓦斯爆炸实验系统,通过在管网中铺设不同宽径比空腔体结构开展抑爆实验。此外依托支护简单的宽径比为2.5的空腔体,在腔体内填充不同质量水袋开展实验,以期进一步提高空腔体抑爆性能。结果表明:对于长径比为2.5、高径比为1的空腔体在实验宽径比范围内均能在一定程度上抑制瓦斯爆炸强度;随着腔体宽径比的增加,截面面积变化率增大,火焰及冲击波超压峰值衰减幅度越大,抑爆效果越佳;空腔耦合抑爆剂水能提高腔体的抑爆效果,在实验范围内较纯空腔可使火焰抑制率最大提高70%,超压峰值抑制率最大提高263%。  相似文献

以天然页岩为原料,分别采用破碎法和成球法制成滤料生料,经焙烧,膨胀,制备了陶粒滤料.对这2种方法制备的陶粒滤料的孔隙率、孔径和酸碱可溶率等指标进行了分析比较.结果表明,2种方法均可制备出性能优异的陶粒滤料.陶粒滤料的制备方法对其性能影响不大,而焙烧程序对陶粒滤料的性能有较大影响.实际生产时,可根据页岩特性、生产成本等确定陶粒滤料的制备方法.  相似文献
