Motor vehicle crashes killed almost 5,000 pedestrians in 2005 in the United States. Pedestrian risk may be higher in areas characterized by urban sprawl. From 2000 to 2004, pedestrian fatality rates declined in the United States, but the Atlanta metropolitan statistical area did not experience the same decline. Pedestrian fatality rates for males, Hispanics, and the 15–34 and 35–54 year age groups were higher in Atlanta than in the United States overall. Pedestrian safety interventions should be targeted to high-risk populations and localized pedestrian settings. 相似文献

Vehicle emission has been the major source of air pollution in urban areas in the past two decades. This article proposes an artificial neural network model for identifying the taxi gross emitters based on the remote sensing data. After carrying out the field test in Guangzhou and analyzing various factors from the emission data, the artificial neural network modeling was proved to be an advisable method of identifying the gross emitters. On the basis of the principal component analysis and the selection of algorithm and architecture, the Back-Propagation neural network model with 8-17-1 architecture was established as the optimal approach for this purpose. It gave a percentage of hits of 93%. Our previous research result and the result from aggression analysis were compared, and they provided respectively the percentage of hits of 81.63% and 75%. This comparison demonstrates the potentiality and validity of the proposed method in the identification of taxi gross emitters. 相似文献

Total suspended particulate mater (TSP) concentrations were monitored for one year from July 2000 and for one year from April 2003 in Jakarta City. Thirteen elemental TSP components, aluminum (Al), sodium (Na), iron (Fe), lead (Pb), potassium (K), zinc (Zn), titanium (Ti), manganese (Mn), bromine (Br), copper (Cu), chromium (Cr), nickel (Ni), and vanadium (V) were analyzed by a sequential X-ray fluorescence spectrometer. Al, Na, Fe, K, and Pb were major components at most of the sampling locations in 2000. However, only Pb in 2003 dramatically decreased to one tenth. The phase-out of leaded gasoline began on July 1, 2001 in Jakarta City and lead content in gasoline decreased to one tenth, too. The decrease in Pb concentration was a result of the phase-out of leaded gasoline, as lead emissions mainly are exhaust gas from vehicles. 相似文献

以某长大高速公路隧道为例,结合我国隧道通风设计规范JTJ026.1-1999与PIARC2007标准(世界道路协会),针对不同行车速度,不同车辆更新情况、不同排放标准组合形式以及是否考虑NOx等情况,对各个不同工况的需风量分别进行计算,并从需风量计算方法、机动车排放量和污染物设计浓度三个方面对隧道需风量差异进行分析。研究结果表明:我国设计规范与PIARC2007存在较大差距,为了适应当前及今后我国交通量及机动车排放特点的发展趋势,我国现行规范应在机动车排放量、污染物设计浓度限值等方面做出必要改进以达到合理确定隧道需风量的目的。 相似文献

Carbonyl emissions from heavy-duty diesel vehicle exhaust in China and the contribution to ozone formation potential 总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6
Fifteen heavy-duty diesel vehicles were tested on chassis dynamometer by using typical heavy duty driving cycle and fuel economy cycle. The air from the exhaust was sampled by 2,4- dinitrophenyhydrazine cartridge and 23 carbonyl compounds were analyzed by high performance liquid chromatography. The average emission factor of carbonyls was 97.2 mg/km, higher than that of light-duty diesel vehicles and gasoline-powered vehicles. Formaldehyde, acetaldehyde, acetone and propionaidehyde were the species with the highest emission factors. Main influencing factors for carbonyl emissions were vehicle type, average speed and regulated emission standard, and the impact of vehicle loading was not evident in this study. National emission of carbonyls from diesel vehicles exhaust was calculated for China, 2011, based on both vehicle miles traveled and fuel consumption. Carbonyl emission of diesel vehicle was estimated to be 45.8 Gg, and was comparable to gasolinepowered vehicles (58.4 Gg). The emissions of formaldehyde, acetaldehyde and acetone were 12.6, 6.9, 3.8 Gg, respectively. The ozone formation potential of carbonyls from diesel vehicles exhaust was 537 mg O3/km, higher than 497 mg O3/km of none-methane hydrocarbons emitted from diesel vehicles. 相似文献

我国的机动车温室气体排放研究多集中于CO2排放,而CH4和N2O排放的相关研究主要是依据欧美开发的模型进行的,缺乏CH4和N2O实车测试的研究.本研究选取22辆轻型汽油车,利用底盘测功机开展了整车台架测试和采样分析,获得了车辆在NEDC工况下的CH4和N2O排放因子.结果表明,国Ⅰ~国Ⅳ阶段轻型汽油车CH4平均排放因子分别为0.048、0.048、0.038和0.028 g·km-1,N2O则分别为0.045、0.039、0.026和0.021 g·km-1.在轻型汽油车单车排放的CO2、CH4和N2O三类温室气体(以CO2当量计)中,CH4和N2O排放的分担率均随排放标准的加严而逐渐降低,其中CH4排放在温室气体排放中不足0.5%,N2O排放分担率在3.03%~6.35%之间.因此,排放标准的加严可以有效减少CH4和N2O的排放,以减缓机动车排放带来的温室效应. 相似文献

北京典型道路交通环境机动车黑碳排放与浓度特征研究 总被引:3,自引:2,他引:1
本研究对2009年北京市典型道路(北四环中路西段)进行实际交通流监测和调研,分析了总车流量、车型构成和平均速度的日变化规律.应用北京机动车排放因子模型(EMBEV模型)和颗粒物黑碳排放的研究数据,计算该路段的黑碳平均排放因子和排放强度.根据同期观测的气象数据,应用AERMOD模型对道路黑碳排放进行了扩散模拟,并根据城市背景站点和道路边站点的监测数据对模拟结果进行了验证.研究表明,该路段黑碳平均排放因子与重型柴油车在总车流中所占比例呈现出极强的相关性,由于北京市实行货车区域限行制度,日间时段总车流的平均黑碳排放因子为(9.3±1.2)mg·km-1·veh-1,而夜间时段上升至(29.5±11.1)mg·km-1·veh-1.全天时均黑碳排放强度为17.9~115.3g·km-1·h-1,其中早(7:00—9:00)晚(17:00—19:00)高峰时段的黑碳排放强度分别为(106.1±13.0)g·km-1·h-1和(102.6±6.2)g·km-1·h-1.基于同期监测数据验证,AERMOD模型的模拟效果较好.模拟时段的道路黑碳排放对道路边监测点的平均浓度贡献为(2.8±3.5)μg·m-3.由于局地气象条件差异,日间和夜间的机动车排放对道路边黑碳的模拟浓度存在显著差异.日间时段,小型客车排放对道路边站点的黑碳浓度贡献最高,达(1.07±1.57)μg·m-3;其次为公交车,达(0.58±0.85)μg·m-3.夜间时段货车比例明显上升,其黑碳排放占主导地位,贡献浓度(2.44±2.31)μg·m-3. 相似文献
