The flammability of refrigerants is a major cause of refrigerant explosion incidents. Studying the explosion characteristics of refrigerants at different initial temperatures can provide significant benefits for solving the safety problems of refrigerants under actual working conditions. This paper studied the effects of the initial temperature and refrigerant concentration on the explosion characteristics of refrigerant 2, 3, 3, 3-tetrafluoropropene (R1234yf) at 0.1 MPa. The curves of explosion characteristics with different initial temperature revealed the same variation trend ranged from 25 °C to 115 °C. Specifically, as the refrigerant concentration was raised, the peak overpressure, the maximum rate of pressure rise, and laminar burning velocity increased initially and decreased afterwards, along with maximum values at the refrigerant concentration of 7.6%. When the refrigerant concentration was 7.6%, the peak overpressure declined exponentially with the initial temperature rise, while the maximum rate of pressure rise increased linearly. The laminar burning velocity calculated from the spherical expansion method indicated that the flame propagation was gradually accelerated by the increase of initial temperature, which coincided with the change of the maximum rate of pressure rise. Meanwhile, experiments and CHEMKIN simulation results demonstrated the effects of elevated temperature from 20 °C to 50 °C on the explosion limits of R1234yf. The lower explosion limit reduced and the upper explosion limit increased with rising initial temperature. In general, R1234yf exhibited moderate combustion and lower explosion risk, compared with traditional refrigerants.  相似文献

采用Airpak软件模拟研究在通风速率、源项强度和源项面积多因素作用下的室内甲醛扩散规律。结果表明,在室内甲醛初始为零时,源项散发甲醛后,在2000 s内室内甲醛浓度升高较快,之后处于平衡状态。在通风速率加倍时甲醛最高浓度降低56%,源项强度减半时甲醛最高浓度降低16%,源项散发面积减少37%时甲醛最高浓度降低24%。说明通风速率对室内甲醛浓度的影响最大,其次依次为源项散发面积和源项强度。  相似文献

自然通风不需动力设备,不消耗动力,是一种经济节能的通风方式。建筑通风应优先利用自然通风。窗户尺寸、开窗面积比例,窗户高度都是自然通风的影响因素。本研究利用COMSOL Multiphysics的CFD模块,以数值模拟的方式对不同窗户尺寸、开窗面积比例、窗户高度的办公建筑进行室内自然通风模拟,分析自然通风对这些办公建筑内的气流和温度的影响,得出窗户尺寸为900 mm×1500 mm,窗台高1100 mm,满窗通风的方案最符合办公室自然通风要求,该分析结果可为建筑设计提供参考依据。  相似文献

炸药添加剂对改善单质炸药安全与能量特性有重要作用。为研究纳米微颗粒石墨烯(Gr)对黑索今(RDX)热性能、机械感度及爆轰性能的影响,设计不同比例含量的Gr/RDX混合药剂配方,并对其进行差热、撞击感度、摩擦感度、爆速及钢凹深度的测试分析。结果表明:与纯RDX相比,Gr/RDX混合药剂DSC(差示扫描量热)曲线分解峰宽变窄、峰形更尖锐,Gr加速RDX的放热过程;Gr/RDX混合药剂撞击感度与摩擦感度随Gr比例含量的增加呈先降低后升高的趋势,少量Gr可使RDX变得钝感,含量增加时,敏化作用逐渐表现出来;Gr/RDX混合药剂爆速与钢凹深度随Gr比例含量的增加而降低;Gr含量为1%时可显著降低RDX的机械感度,而能量基本不衰减。Gr可作为RDX功能添加剂,在确保能量输出的同时,可降低机械感度、提高安全性。  相似文献

An acoustic Doppler velocity meter (ADVM) was deployed in the narrows between Namakan and Kabetogama Lakes in Voyageurs National Park, Minnesota, from November 3, 2010, through October 3, 2012. The ADVM can account for wind, seiche, and changing flow direction in hydrologically complex areas. The objectives were to (1) estimate discharge and document the direction of water flow, (2) assess whether specific conductance can be used to determine flow direction, and (3) document nutrient and chlorophyll a concentrations at the narrows. The discharge direction through the narrows was seasonal. Water generally flowed out of Kabetogama Lake and into Namakan Lake throughout the ice‐covered season. During spring, water flow was generally from Namakan Lake to Kabetogama Lake. During the summer and fall, the water flowed in both directions, affected in part by wind. Water flowed into Namakan Lake 70% of water year 2011 and 56% of water year 2012. Nutrient and chlorophyll a concentrations were highest during the summer months when water‐flow direction was unpredictable. The use of an ADVM was effective for assessing flow direction and provided flow direction under ice. The results indicated the eutrophic Kabetogama Lake may have a negative effect on the more pristine Namakan Lake. The results also provide data on the effects of the current water‐level management plan and may help determine if adjustments are necessary to help protect the aquatic ecosystem of Voyageurs National Park.  相似文献

Dispersal of inert particles on a flame front is one of the techniques employed to suppress explosions. The current study investigates the influence of micron-sized (75–90 μm) inert (sand) particles on the laminar burning velocity of methane-air premixtures of different equivalence ratios (0.9–1.2) and reactant temperatures (297, 350, 400 K) using a Bunsen-burner type experimental apparatus. When an inert particle interacts with the flame zone, it extracts energy from the flame, thereby acting like a heat sink and hence reducing the flame temperature. Results show that for sand particle size in the range of 75–90 μm, a concentration of 380–520 g/m3 is necessary for extinction of a methane-air flame at ambient temperature. An increase in reactant temperature reduces the heat-sink effect necessitating a higher concentration of sand to extinguish the flame. A mathematical model is developed to generalize the results and make them applicable to a wide range of parameters.  相似文献

采用激光粒度仪实验测定了小型套管式空气曝气填料层磷回收装置中不同条件下生成的鸟粪石晶体的体积平均粒径,考察了其变化规律,并结合Stokes公式计算了晶体的沉降速率,同时考虑鸟粪石晶体形状的影响,进行了相应的修正。实验结果表明,鸟粪石的粒径在10—200μm之间,主要集中于20~100μm;在磷回收装置中添加填料并通人空气有利于增大鸟粪石晶体的粒径和沉降速度,无填料无空气时和有填料有空气时的平均粒径分别在30~55μm和40~65μm之间。随着pH值的增大,鸟粪石晶体的粒径和沉降速度逐渐增大,但当pH大于9.0后,鸟粪石晶体的粒径和沉降速度又逐渐减小;氮磷比值从1:1增大到2:1,鸟粪石晶体的粒径和沉降速度小幅度增加,氮磷比进一步增大,鸟粪石晶体的粒径和沉降速度基本不变;镁磷摩尔比在1:1—1.2:1的范围内时,鸟粪石晶体的平均粒径和沉降速度随镁磷比的增大而增大;镁磷摩尔比大于1.2:1后,鸟粪石晶体的平均粒径和沉降速度随镁磷比的增大逐渐减小;初始磷浓度越高,鸟粪石晶体的平均粒径和沉降速度越大。  相似文献

为了对处理实际焦化废水微氧EGSB反应器污染物去除机理进行研究,建立了处理实际焦化废水微氧EGSB反应器内污染物质降解动力学模型,考察EGSB反应器启动和稳定运行阶段不同运行条件时COD去除效果,并分析动力学参数的变化。研究确定了处理实际焦化废水(进水COD 2 000 mg/L左右)微氧EGSB反应器在启动和稳定运行阶段所适用的基质降解模型,动力学常数vmax、KI、KS、vmax/KS、KS/KI分别为7.34×10-3h-1、197.76 mg/L、19.53 mg/L、3.7×10-4L/(h·mg)、0.10和2.4×10-2h-1、66.64 mg/L、44.07 mg/L、5.4×10-4L/(h·mg)、0.66;微氧EGSB反应器内颗粒污泥能够逐渐适应并高效降解焦化废水中污染物质,焦化废水中毒性污染物质对颗粒污泥的抑制程度是由KS/KI决定的,KS/KI越大,抑制程度越弱,处理实际焦化废水EGSB反应器启动和稳定运行阶段的KS/KI分别为0.04~0.1和0.66~0.74;液体上升流速Vup的提高能够明显提高最大比基质降解速率vmax,降低半饱和常数KS和抑制常数KI,最终强化微氧EGSB反应器的运行效果,稳定运行阶段COD去除率高达92.7%。  相似文献

首先建立了兰姆波在覆盖冰层的无限大各向同性板中传播的波速方程。通过数值计算获得了在覆盖不同冰层厚度下薄板中兰姆波的色散曲线。接着绘制了在给定检测频率下兰姆波波速随厚度变化的关系曲线图,进一步提出了兰姆波飞机结冰检测过程中最佳模态的选取方法。研究结果表明冰层厚度与兰姆波波速之间存在对应关系,可以通过判断各阶模态的耦合情况来选取最佳检测模态。  相似文献

Experimental studies of deflagration flame quenching by crimped ribbon flame arrestors were performed in a circular ducting with propane-air flammable mixture. The corresponding flameproof velocities were determined systemically. The results showed that the channel length, the expansion ratio and the aperture size must be taken into consideration to predict the performance of the crimped ribbon flame arrestors. To explore the relationship between flameproof velocity and arrestor structure, numerical simulations were carried out. The simulated results showed that with the reduction of the hydraulic diameter of the aperture size, the flameproof velocity is increased, which implies the basic angle must be considered when crimped ribbon flame arrestors are used to quench deflagration flame. In addition, the influence of the expansion ratio is of great significance on the efficiency of flame arrestors. The flameproof velocity can be reduced to be a value related to the expansion ratio. Two empirical formulas were derived to exhibit the relation between the flameproof velocity and the characteristics of the flame arrestor, which can be used to predict the performance of crimped ribbon arrestors.  相似文献
