一体化生物膜反应器处理生活污水试验研究   总被引:4,自引:0,他引:4  
根据传统好氧硝化和缺氧反硝化生物脱氮的工艺原理,开发了一体化生物膜反应器,并对其进行了处理生活污水的试验研究。试验结果表明,在有机负荷提高的前提下,通过对进水方式和曝气速率的调节,反应器对COD和TN的去除率达到97%和82%;污泥活性测定表明,硝化反应和反硝化反应分别在反应器的好氧区和缺氧区占优势,但由于生物膜内部微环境的存在,反应器不同区域均有同时硝化和反硝化(SND)现象的发生。  相似文献

● The performance and costs of 20 municipal WWTPs were analyzed. ● Effluent COD and NH4+-N effluent exceed the limits more frequently in winter. ● Nitrification and refractory pollutant removal are limited at low temperatures. ● To meet the national standards, electricity cost must increase by > 42% in winter. ● Anammox, granular sludge, and aerobic denitrification are promising technologies. Climate affects the natural landscape, the economic productivity of societies, and the lifestyles of its inhabitants. It also influences municipal wastewater treatment. Biological processes are widely employed in municipal wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and the prolonged cold conditions brought by the winter months each year pose obstacles to meeting the national standards in relatively cold regions. Therefore, both a systematic analysis of existing technical bottlenecks as well as promising novel technologies are urgently needed for these cold regions. Taking North-east China as a case, this review studied and analyzed the main challenges affecting 20 municipal WWTPs. Moreover, we outlined the currently employed strategies and research issues pertaining to low temperature conditions. Low temperatures have been found to reduce the metabolism of microbes by 58% or more, thereby leading to chemical oxygen demand (COD) and NH4+-N levels that have frequently exceeded the national standard during the winter months. Furthermore, the extracellular matrix tends to lead to activated sludge bulking issues. Widely employed strategies to combat these issues include increasing the aeration intensity, reflux volume, and flocculant addition; however, these strategies increase electricity consumption by > 42% in the winter months. Internationally, the processes of anaerobic ammonium oxidation (anammox), granular sludge, and aerobic denitrification have become the focus of research for overcoming low temperature. These have inspired us to review and propose directions for the further development of novel technologies suitable for cold regions, thereby overcoming the issues inherent in traditional processes that have failed to meet the presently reformed WWTP requirements.  相似文献

于2012年12月—2013年11月对滆湖水体进行了调查,分析了水体氮、磷及大型底栖动物的时空分布,初步探讨大型底栖动物群落结构与氮、磷环境因子的关系。结果表明,滆湖水体的ρ(TN)在冬春季较高,ρ(TP)四季的差异不大,在空间分布上,北部湖区的ρ(TN)、ρ(TP)均高于南部湖区;大型底栖动物出现频率最高的为霍甫水丝蚓和中国长足摇蚊,其丰度在时间上均表现为秋季夏季冬季春季,在空间上的规律性不明显;CCA分析表明滆湖大型底栖动物群落结构随季节变化规律显著,且氮含量是滆湖底栖动物群落结构的重要影响因子;对优势种的丰度与氮磷的相关性分析结果显示,滆湖底栖动物优势种与TN和NO_3~--N有显著的负相关关系。  相似文献

• The optimum SCR activity was realized by tuning the acid pretreatment. • Optimized catalysts showed NOx conversion above 90%. • The NH3 and NO adsorption capacity of Al-O3-Fe is stronger than Fe-O3-Fe. • The formation of almandine consumes Fe3+ and Al3+ and weakens their interaction. Red mud (RM), as an alkaline waste, was recently proved to be a promising substitute for the SCR catalyst. Dealkalization could improve the acidity and reducibility of red mud, which were critical for SCR reaction. However, the dealkalization effect depended on the reaction between acid solution and red mud. In this study, we realized the directional control of the chemical state of active sites through tuning the acid pretreatment (dealkalization) process. The pretreatment endpoint was controlled at pH values of 3–5 with diluted nitric acid. When the pH values of red mud were 3 and 5 (CRM-3 and CRM-5), activated catalysts showed NOx conversion above 90% at 275°C–475°C. The high initial reaction rate, Ce3+/(Ce3+ + Ce4+) ratio, and surface acidity accounted for the excellent SCR performance of CRM-5 catalyst. Meanwhile, more Fe3+ on the CRM-3 surface improved the NH3 adsorption. There was a strong interaction between Al and Fe in both CRM-5 and CRM-3 catalysts. DFT results showed that the adsorption capacity of the Al-O3-Fe for NH3 and NO is stronger than that of Fe-O3-Fe, which enhanced the NOx conversion of the catalyst. However, the almandine was formed in CRM-4, consumed part of Fe3+ and Al3+, and the interaction between Al and Fe was weakened. Also, deposited almandine on the catalyst surface covered the active sites, thus leading to lower NH3-SCR activity.  相似文献

Research on biofuel production pathways from algae continues because among other potential advantages they avoid key consequential effects of terrestrial oil crops, such as competition for cropland. However, the economics, energetic balance, and climate change emissions from algal biofuels pathways do not always show great potential, due in part to high fertilizer demand. Nutrient recycling from algal biomass residue is likely to be essential for reducing the environmental impacts and cost associated with algae-derived fuels. After a review of available technologies, anaerobic digestion (AD) and hydrothermal liquefaction (HTL) were selected and compared on their nutrient recycling and energy recovery potential for lipid-extracted algal biomass using the microalgae strain Scenedesmus dimorphus. For 1 kg (dry weight) of algae cultivated in an open raceway pond, 40.7 g N and 3.8 g P can be recycled through AD, while 26.0 g N and 6.8 g P can be recycled through HTL. In terms of energy production, 2.49 MJ heat and 2.61 MJ electricity are generated from AD biogas combustion to meet production system demands, while 3.30 MJ heat and 0.95 MJ electricity from HTL products are generated and used within the production system.Assuming recycled nutrient products from AD or HTL technologies displace demand for synthetic fertilizers, and energy products displace natural gas and electricity, the life cycle greenhouse gas reduction achieved by adding AD to the simulated algal oil production system is between 622 and 808 g carbon dioxide equivalent (CO2e)/kg biomass depending on substitution assumptions, while the life cycle GHG reduction achieved by HTL is between 513 and 535 g CO2e/kg biomass depending on substitution assumptions. Based on the effectiveness of nutrient recycling and energy recovery, as well as technology maturity, AD appears to perform better than HTL as a nutrient and energy recycling technology in algae oil production systems.  相似文献

针对带色浊度高的工业废水中氨氮测定的预处理,提出了使用硫酸铝和聚丙烯酰胺复合絮凝沉淀法,试验结果表明,方法不仅具有操作简单,试剂用量少,絮凝效果好,去色,去浊度高,且对pH5-pH10是各种带色浊度高的废水都能起到良好的效果,还能提高测定的精密度,其变异系数为1.5%-3.6%,回收率在95%-104%之间,确保数据的准确和可靠。  相似文献

通过设立田间定位监测点,对高产水稻田的水及氮、磷的输入和排出进行了3年的定点监测,根据监测结果分析了稻田的氮、磷迁移特征和规律。结果表明,每667m^2稻田氮排出量约3000g,磷排出量约82g;随降雨及灌溉水带人的氮约1600g,磷约59g;两者相抵,表观净排出氮约为1400g,磷约23g。稻田氮、磷排出与稻田排水量及基面肥施用量有关。改进稻田氮肥施用时间和施用方法,合理管理稻田水量,减少排水,是减少高产水稻田氮、磷排放的关键技术措施。  相似文献
