北京大气降尘中微量元素的空间变异   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
在北京市六环内均匀布点采集了城市核心区、城市扩展区、近郊区的大气降尘.对降尘中14种稀土元素(Y、Pm除外)以及Cr、Co、Mo、Cd、Pb等5种重金属元素的化学特征进行统计分析,并结合判别分析和Spearman相关分析方法阐释了影响各区域空间变异的主要元素.最后利用三角图解法揭示空间差异的成因.结果表明,各元素含量在空间上具有明显的阶梯变化,Cr、Mo、Cd、Pb含量沿城市核心区向近郊区方向呈递减趋势,Co与14种稀土元素含量的梯度变化特征则恰好相反,由市中心向外围郊区呈递增趋势.轻稀土富集程度表现为城市核心区>城市扩展区>近郊区,Eu亏损程度相反.Mo、Co、Pb元素可用来表征区域降尘的空间差异(68.2%).LaCeSm三角图解表明北京降尘主要来源于壳源物质.PbCoMo和CrCoMo三角图解可以很好地解释不同污染源贡献程度的差别是造成降尘中微量元素在空间尺度上的差异的原因.近郊区降尘受到土壤扬尘、燃煤的影响较大.城市核心区降尘主要受到交通排放的影响.城市扩展区处于过渡带,降尘受到交通、燃煤、土壤扬尘等的影响作用居中.  相似文献

In order to examine the time-dependent effects of pentabrominated diphenyl ether (BDE-99) on thyroid hormones levels and histological structure in rats, 4-week-old SD rats were divided into 10 groups randomly, according to their body weight. Rats in treatment groups were orally gavaged with BDE-99 at the dose of 60 mg kg?1 for 10, 15, 20, 30 or 40 days, while rats in control group received equal volume of corn oil. Serum levels of thyroxine (FT4), triiodothyronine (FT3), and thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH) were measured by radioimmunoassay. Sections of thyroids were dyed with hematoxylin-eosin (HE) to detect any pathologically alterations. In BDE-99 treated groups, on day 10, changes in serum levels of FT4, FT3 and TSH were not found. On days 15 and 20, serum levels of FT4 and FT3 decreased, accompanied by increased levels of TSH. On days 30 and 40, serum levels of these hormones returned to control values. As for alterations in histology, on day 15, follicular epithelium of the thyroid were found to proliferate into two layers in BDE-99 treated rats. On day 20, in focal areas the two-layer follicular epithelia were observed to continuously proliferate into 3–4 layers of follicular epithelium, called hyperplasia plaques. On days 30 and 40, solid buds and secondary follicles to solid buds were detected. The earliest alteration of thyroid hormones in treated SD rats occurred at the duration of 10–15 days, with corresponding histopathologic changes. As the exposure time increased, the serum level of hormones and histopathology altered accordingly in a time-dependent manner.  相似文献

基于能值定理的生态足迹模型修正研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
能值生态足迹模型是定量分析区域可持续发展的重要方法,然而其计算未考虑到经济发展和科技进步对生态承载力的影响,得出的结论往往具有一定的误差.因此,本文引入社会经济虚拟承载力账户对该模型进行修正,并以长沙市为例进行验证.结果表明:通过相关性对比分析,修正模型可突破传统模型具有生态偏向的弱可持续性评价局限,其计算结果更加科学合理.基于修正模型,2000~2011年长沙市的生态承载力变化不大,年均值为2.31hm2/人,而生态足迹呈现快速增长趋势,年均值为2.44hm2/人.这导致该地区出现逐年加剧的生态超载现象,年人均生态赤字为0.13hm2/人.通过多元统计分析方法得出,农牧业生产和重工业能耗的压力大是造成其生态赤字的主要原因.  相似文献

Soil pollution caused by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) is threatening human health and environmental safety. Investigating the relative prevalence of different PAH-degrading genes in PAH-polluted soils and searching for potential bioindicators reflecting the impact of PAH pollution on microbial communities are useful for microbial monitoring, risk evaluation, and potential bioremediation of soils polluted by PAHs. In this study, three functional genes, pdo1, nah, and C12O, which might be involved in the degradation of PAHs from a coke factory, were investigated by real-time quantitative PCR (qPCR) and clone library approaches. The results showed that the pdo1 and C12O genes were more abundant than the nah gene in the soils. There was a significantly positive relationship between the nah or pdo1 gene abundances and PAH content, while there was no correlation between C12O gene abundance and PAH content. Analyses of clone libraries showed that all the pdo1 sequences were grouped into Mycobacterium, while all the nah sequences were classified into three groups: Pseudomonas, Comamonas, and Polaromonas. These results indicated that the abundances of nah and pdo1 genes were positively influenced by levels of PAHs in soil and could be potential microbial indicators reflecting the impact of soil PAH pollution and that Mycobacteria were one of the most prevalent PAHs degraders in these PAH-polluted soils. Principal component analysis (PCA) and correlation analyses between microbial parameters and environmental factors revealed that total carbon (TC), total nitrogen (TN), and dissolved organic carbon (DOC) had positive effects on the abundances of all PAH-degrading genes. It suggests that increasing TC, TN, and DOC inputs could be a useful way to remediate PAH-polluted soils.  相似文献

进水C/N对富集聚磷菌的SNDPR系统脱氮除磷的影响   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
为了解富集聚磷菌(PAOs)的同步硝化反硝化除磷(SNDPR)系统的脱氮除磷特性,采用延时厌氧(180min)/低氧(溶解氧0.5~1.0mg/L)运行的SBR反应器,以实际生活污水为处理对象, 通过投加固态乙酸钠调节进水C/N值(约为11,8,4,3),考察其对系统脱氮除磷特性及同步硝化反硝化(SND)脱氮率的影响.结果表明:C/N对系统的除磷性能没有影响,出水PO43--P浓度均稳定在0.3mg/L左右,这是由于系统内聚磷菌(PAOs)含量高,且在低氧段可同时发生好氧吸磷与反硝化吸磷.随着C/N的增大,出水NH4+-N浓度升高,C/N下降时,出水NO3--N浓度升高.此外,随着C/N的减小,厌氧段反硝化所消耗的COD占进水COD的比例增大,SND可利用的内碳源-PHAs储存量减少,但PHV的利用率增加;当C/N为4~8时,SND现象最明显,SND脱氮率达50.8%,而其它C/N条件下,SND脱氮率都有相应程度的减弱.C/N为8时,系统出水综合指标最好,TN去除率高达80.8%.  相似文献

参照国际腐殖酸协会(IHSS)推荐的方法从滇池底泥提取出胡敏酸(HA)和富里酸(FA),以Sigma Aldrich胡敏酸(SAHA)为参照,利用元素分析、13C核磁共振和紫外-可见光谱对HA和FA的来源和结构进行了表征,并探讨了3种溶解性有机质(DOM)对17β-雌二醇(E2)光降解的影响.结果表明:HA、FA和SAHA具有相似的元素组成,3种腐殖酸的(N+O)/C值分别为0.50、0.82和0.55,与核磁共振13C谱分析的极性指数(0.32、0.42和0.33)一致.HA和FA来自于内源,具有较高的N含量和较多的缔合芳香结构,而SAHA是外源性有机质,具有更高的芳香度.低浓度的3种腐殖酸均能促进E2发生服从准一级动力学规律的光化学降解过程.E2在纯水中光降解速率为0.0071h-1,而在5mgC/L的HA、FA和SAHA作用下,E2光降解速率分别为0.0597、0.1178和0.2048h-1.3种腐殖酸促进E2光降解能力的差异主要是由含氧能团和芳香结构含量差异所致.活性氧分子探针鉴定显示HO?是腐殖酸体系受光照后产生的一种重要活性氧,其氧化降解E2的量占到了E2降解总量的70%左右.与低浓度腐殖酸相比,高浓度的3种腐殖酸均会对E2光降解产生抑制作用.  相似文献
