一体化臭氧-曝气生物滤池处理酸性玫瑰红印染模拟废水   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
针对含酸性玫瑰红印染废水高色度、难生物降解的特点,分别采用了一体化和分离式臭氧-曝气生物滤池(O3-BAF)工艺处理。与分离式工艺相比,一体化工艺的特点是在一个反应器内部同时实现臭氧氧化和生化的协同作用,降低了处理设施的基建和运行费用。实验结果表明,一体化工艺处理效果明显优于分离式工艺,脱色率达92%,COD去除率达60%,处理效果良好。  相似文献

The objective of this study was to assess the potential toxic effects of hexabromocyclododecane (HBCD) on tissues of clam Venerupis philippinarum using parameters of antioxidant defenses and oxidative stress. Antioxidant biomarkers including ethoxyresorufin-O-deethylase (EROD), glutathione S-transferase (GST), superoxide dismutase (SOD), and glutathione (GSH), as well as DNA damage and lipid peroxidation (LPO) in gills and digestive glands of V. philippinarum, were analyzed after a 1-, 3-, 6-, 10-, and 15-day exposure to seawater containing HBCD at environmentally related concentrations, respectively. The results showed that the activity of most antioxidant enzymes increased, and different trends were detected with exposure time extending. The oxidative stress could be obviously caused in the gills and digestive glands under the experimental conditions. This could provide useful information for toxic risk assessment of environmental pollutant HBCD.  相似文献

结缕草Zoysia japonica克隆植株的基本形态学单元是复合节间。分析复合节间组分关系,可以进一步揭示其形态可塑性的细微特征和资源传输与分配的差异,同时也可以为形态可塑性成因提供合理的生理生态学解释。本文对温室内、外两种环境条件下生长的结缕草克隆植株的复合节间组分进行测定和分析,结果表明:温室内、外植株主匍匐茎的长度和生物量的波动比一级分枝大,缩短节间长度比伸长节间长度稳定,但缩短节间生物量较伸长节间生物量变化幅度大。伸长、缩短节间长度、生物量分别与复合节序数呈二次函数关系。伸长、缩短节间生物量和分株生物量在一个生长季的生长方程亦均呈二次函数关系。主匍匐茎根数量、生物量随复合节数递增基本呈递增趋势。在两种环境下,A分株根数、生物量均大于B分株根数、生物量(在结缕草匍匐茎上,着生于每个复合节的基端和梢端缩短节间上的分株分别称为A、B分株),且差异明显。温室内植株,在分株发育形成后,伸长、缩短节间的长度、生物量分别与匍匐茎根、A分株根数、B分株根数、生物量间相关性显著,温室外的相关性格局较复杂,且总体显著性低于温室内。结缕草克隆植株基本形态结构单元的复合节上的各个组成部分之间存在的密切相关关系,是导致结缕草克隆植物形成形态可塑性的细微特征格局的主要原因。  相似文献

以过氧化氢 /草酸铁络合物作光氧化剂 ,利用太阳光对 10种水溶性染料模拟废水进行了光氧化降解试验研究 ,发现在日光照射下 ,过氧化氢 /草酸铁络合物能使染料溶液迅速降解。以活性艳蓝KN R为代表 ,研究各种因素对光降解的影响。结果表明 ,溶液pH为 2 0~ 4 0时 ,光降解速率快 ;溶液中Fe3 + 与草酸根的摩尔比为 1∶3时 ,光解效果最好 ;提高H2 O2 浓度可以提高光降解速率 ,但H2 O2 的利用率会降低。  相似文献

With the progress of technology and the deepening of understanding of biological monitoring, much more attention has been paid to the multiple evaluation of marine pollution monitoring. In view of this, our study aimed at establishing a multi-integrated biomarker indexes approach to evaluate marine condition systematically and comprehensively. In the current study, sampling was conducted in Laizhou Bay, China (S1, S2, and S3) in May, August, and October of 2015. And then, multi-integrated biomarker indexes approach was applied to assess marine PAHs pollution, select appropriate biomarkers, and evaluate marine environmental quality and health status of the clams of Ruditapes philippinarum. As the results showed, S2 was the most PAHs-polluted site while S1 was the least polluted site, and the levels of tPAHs in seawater and sediments ranged from 69.78 to 315.30 ng/L and 163.19 to 565.17 ng/g d.w., respectively. And all three sampling sites had different sources of PAHs. IBR represented DNA damage (F value), the expression of SOD, EROD activity, GST activity, and LPO could be served as biomarkers to monitor the PAHs pollution in Laizhou Bay. And MPI suggested the quality of all three sites: S1 was generally favorable, S2 was moderately polluted, and S3 was lightly polluted. BRI values showed that the order of health status of R. philippinarum was S1?>?S3?>?S2.

Field observations of the Asian longhorned beetle (Anoplophora glabripennis) mating behavior in China suggested that a female-produced contact pheromone was almost certainly involved in sex recognition. Gas chromatography–mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis of A. glabripennis adults' whole body cuticular extracts indicates that a series of long-chain hydrocarbons comprise the cuticular waxes of both sexes. Although for the most part the GC profiles are similar for the two sexes, five monounsaturated compounds were consistently more abundant in samples from females than in those from males. These compounds were identified as (Z)-9-tricosene, (Z)-9-pentacosene, (Z)-7-pentacosene, (Z)-9-heptacosene, and (Z)-7-heptacosene in the approximate ratio of 1:2:2:8:1, respectively. 在实验条件下研究了苯并[a]芘(B[a]P)暴露对栉孔扇贝的鳃、消化盲囊显微(10d、20d)和超微结构(10d)的影响.观察结果表明,10μg·L-1B[a]P处理10d时,栉孔扇贝的鳃上皮粘液细胞增多,在回血管中血细胞出现聚集现象;消化盲囊腺泡中嗜碱性颗粒增多,腺泡内细胞间界限模糊.超微结构观察可见,鳃上皮纤毛和微绒毛脱落,鳃上皮细胞内次级溶酶体增多,核周池扩大,鳃血腔中出现血细胞坏死后残留的细胞核;在消化盲囊分泌细胞中线粒体嵴减少,出现线粒体缺失形成的空泡,细胞内质网片断化,核糖体脱落.由10μg·L-1B[a]P处理20d时,在鳃回血管中发现血细胞坏死后残留的固缩细胞核,鳃丝的上皮细胞排列不规则甚至断裂,部分消化腺泡崩解,鳃丝结构和消化导管上皮结构损害严重;消化盲囊组织结构的损伤比鳃更为严重.这些组织结构损伤表明,栉孔扇贝在B[a]P胁迫下组织学的变化特征与过程与贝类组织解毒代谢过程相符合.  相似文献
