保护居民健康是北京市能源系统优化管理和大气污染治理的重要目标.本研究基于北京市的社会经济发展目标并结合相关节能减排和环保要求,针对全市2010-2020年间的能源消费分别设计了高、中、低3种约束情景,通过LEAP模型预测了全市至2020年的能源消费量与S02、NOx、PM10和PM2.5等4种主要大气污染物的排放强度,并采用泊松回归模型对3种情景下主城区居民受环境空气中这4种大气污染物的暴露危害所导致的健康风险进行了评估.结果显示:相对低约束情景,高约束情景至2020年可避免与S02、NOx、PM10和PM2.5污染相关的死亡危害分别为2663、6359、4720和4104人·a-1,而且在高约束情景下煤炭消费比重每下降1%,可相应地避免约1400人·a-1的污染急性死亡.由此建议北京市实施更加严格的节能和减排措施,严控煤炭消费总量,进一步优化能源结构,最大程度地降低能源消费导致的大气污染所产生的居民健康风险.  相似文献

As the biggest iron and steel producer in the world and one of the highest CO2 emission sectors, China's iron and steel industry is undergoing a low-carbon transition accompanied by remarkable technological progress and investment adjustment, in response to the macroeconomic climate and policy intervention. Many drivers of the CO2 emissions of the iron and steel industry have been explored, but the relationships between CO2 abatement, investment and technological expenditure, and their connections with the economic growth and governmental policies in China, have not been conjointly and empirically examined. We proposed a concise conceptual model and an econometric model to investigate this crucial question. The results of regression, Granger causality test and impulse response analysis indicated that technological expenditure can significantly reduce CO2 emissions, and that investment expansion showed a negative impact on CO2 emission reduction. It was also argued with empirical evidence that a good economic situation favored CO2 abatement in China's iron and steel industry, while achieving CO2 emission reduction in this industrial sector did not necessarily threaten economic growth. This shed light on the dispute over balancing emission cutting and economic growth. Regarding the policy aspects, the year 2000 was found to be an important turning point for policy evolution and the development of the iron and steel industry in China. The subsequent command and control policies had a significant, positive effect on CO2 abatement.  相似文献

为研究火焰脉动在火灾领域相关研究进展,总结了不同燃料类型的火焰脉动形成机理,较为详细地介绍了火焰脉动现象研究中常用的脉动频率测量方法,列举了LDV、TDLAS、自由基团高频采集等新方法;介绍了池火脉动、射流/羽流气体火脉动在不同燃烧器尺寸,不同外部环境和不同燃料比等影响因素方面的研究内容与进展;对常见的3种不同的火焰脉动模型进行描述和归类;对火焰脉动的规律、机理等在火灾领域的早期识别和检测中的作用、特殊条件对于火焰脉动频率的影响和更加精细的火焰脉动模型的研究等方向提出展望。  相似文献

采用静态暗箱-气相色谱法对内蒙古锡林河流域羊草(Leymus chinensis)草原土壤呼吸进行测定,研究了温度和水分条件对土壤呼吸温度敏感性系数Q_(10)值的影响.结果表明羊草草原土壤呼吸与5cm地温具有很好的指数关系(r~2=0.338~0.858,P<0.001~0.08),Q_(10)介于1.15~2.25之间,均值为1.72.Q_(10)值与5 cm地温呈负相关关系(r~2=0.407),而与0~10 cm土壤水分含量呈显著的二次函数关系(r~2=0.872,P<0.05).在较低含水量时Q_(10)值随着水分含量的上升而增大,当土壤水分含量较高时转而减小.以往大多数研究认为Q_(10)值与土壤水分含量呈正相关关系,这可能是土壤水分跨度不足造成的,极端的水分条件对Q_(10)值具有重要影响.  相似文献

There is limited knowledge available on metalloid biosorption by freshwater algae. In this study, biosorption properties of anionic Sb(OH) 6 ? by naturally occurring cyanobacteria Microcystis were investigated as a function of initial pH, biosorbent dosage, contact time, and addition sequences of competitive ions, and their binding mechanisms were discussed. The biosorption process was fast and equilibrium was reached at 2 h. Sb(V) biosorption decreased with the increase of pH and the optimum pH range was 2.5–3.0, which corresponded with the changes of surface charges of the cell wall of Microcystis. The biosorption data satisfactorily followed the Freundlich model. The simultaneous addition of H2PO4 ? and Ca2+ enhanced Sb(V) biosorption, while NO3 ? greatly inhibited the biosorption, compared with single Sb(V) addition. The initial addition of the competitive ions reduced Sb(V) biosorption at higher Sb(V) concentrations, compared with simultaneous addition. A fraction of biosorbed Sb(V) was replaced by the competitive ions which were added subsequently, and the exchange only occurred at higher concentrations of Sb(V). 1.0 mol/L HCl demonstrated the highest desorption efficiency. Speciation analyses indicated that no reduction of Sb(V) into Sb(III) occurred. Based on the results of zeta potential and attenuated total reflection infrared spectroscopy spectra, Sb(OH) 6 ? bound to the biomass through electrostatic attraction and surface complexation, and amino, carboxyl, and hydroxyl groups were involved in the biosorption process. The study suggest that Microcystis from cyanobacteria blooms could be used as a potential biosorbent to remove Sb(V) from effluents at environmentally relevant concentrations (≤10.0 mg/L).  相似文献
