Dioxin removal in “energy from waste plants” - comparison of air pollution control methods

The graph below shows the emitted dioxin - equivalents (Eadon) in grams per year in flue gas from municipal solid waste incinerators with various air pollution control methods for plants of capacity of 200 000 ton municipal solid waste (MSW) per year.

With optimized combustion and an effective air pollution control system the emissions of dioxins can be kept very low (concentrations below 0.1 ng/m³n).

With a very effective air pollution control system the total emission from all Swedish MSW-incinerators burning approximately 1.5 Mton/year will by 1990 be below 2 g/year - a drastic reduction from approximately 15 g today. As the total dioxin - equivalent emission to the environment in Sweden in the year 1987 was almost 500 g we see that municipal waste incineration really is on the way to solve their dioxin problem.

净化铅烟用新型SV式洗涤器

ＳＶ型洗涤器净化铅烟微细颗粒，采用双级溅锥喷嘴喷雾，并通过低阻力文氏管使水滴进一步雾化，使粉尘与水滴充分接触碰撞而产生凝并，从而捕集润湿凝聚的大颗粒粉尘。再采用特殊的波纹脱水器捕集带尘水滴，使烟气脱水。同时通过水中的碱〔ＮａＯＨ〕与铅粒的化学反应，增强净化效果。     

湿法烟气脱硫喷淋塔的阻力特性研究

以装配有自行设计的湍流装置的冷态喷淋塔为研究对象,考察了气速、喷淋量、液气比(L/G)、湍流装置垂直和水平间距对其阻力特性的影响。结果表明,当湍流装置结构形式一定时,喷淋塔的湍流层阻力(ΔP)均随气速、喷淋量和L/G的增大而增大;当气速、喷淋量、L/G一定时,湍流层阻力均随湍流装置垂直与水平间距的增大而减小。当气速、喷淋量、L/G、湍流装置垂直与水平间距分别为2.0 m/s、100 m~3/h、10 L/m~3、120 mm、120 mm时,湍流层的最小阻力为0.14 kP a;而当气速、喷淋量、L/G、湍流装置垂直与水平间距分别为3.6 m/s、240 m~3/h、25 L/m~3、90 mm、100 mm时,湍流层的最大阻力为0.62 kP a。对实验数据进行多元线性回归分析,得出该喷淋塔湍流层阻力的经验公式为ΔP=0.000 46V ~(0.724)Q~(0.930)D~(-1.860)f~(-5.480),其拟合优度与显著性良好,对工业应用具有一定的理论指导意义和实际参考价值。     

文丘里旋流湿式脱硫除尘器的开发及应用

本文介绍了一种新型的文丘里旋流湿式脱硫除尘器，工业性试验运行结果表明，该设备的脱硫率可达５０％￣６０％，除尘率可达９５％以上，是一种较理想的脱硫除尘一体化设备，适合于中小型燃煤锅炉的脱硫除尘。     

采用Calvert 洗涤器净化铁合金电炉烟尘

采用Calvert洗涤器净化半封闭铁合金电炉烟尘，在达到相同的除尘效率的条件下，阻力降仅有高能文氏管的一半，运转费用也相应下降许多。因此在环境空气质量为二类区和三类区的区域，采用投资较省的Calvert洗涤器来净化铁合金电炉烟尘是可行的。     

Importance and uncertainty analysis of flue gas scrubber systems with extreme reliability parameter values

Although reliability analyses have been used to improve the reliability of industrial systems, generic reliability data from publications, such as component failure intensities and repair times, are used to calculate reliability measures instead of the real reliability data collected from the plant. One reason is that the repair history of the components is not well managed in the plant. In this work, the effect of extreme reliability parameter values on system reliability and unavailability is studied. To do this, importance and uncertainty analysis of the components of flue gas scrubber systems is carried out, and results calculated with the extreme reliability parameter values are compared with those with the mean reliability values of the systems. The different reliability parameter values can give us totally different ranks of the components critical to the reliability of the representative scrubber system. Consequently, the effort to establish a reliable database is emphasized to perform accurate reliability analysis of the system.

湿式纤维栅除尘器是一种新型高效的湿式除尘器,其除尘效率高达98％以上,并且能有效地脱除锅炉燃煤烟气中的二氧化硫,排放烟气质量达到国家标准。除尘器结构简单,能耗少,便于构件更换与维修,是中小型锅炉适用的排烟除尘器。
