二氧化氯对摇蚊幼虫的毒效试验及影响因素   总被引:3,自引:0,他引:3

以水厂原水为试验水样,研究了二氧化氯对摇蚊不同龄期幼虫的毒性效果(24 h),并考察了温度和接触时间对二氧化氯毒性效果的影响.结果表明,二氧化氯对摇蚊幼虫具有极为显著的毒性作用,25℃时二氧化氯对4龄幼虫的24h半致死浓度(LC50)为0 .41 mg/L.二氧化氯对摇蚊幼虫的毒力随幼虫龄期的增长而降低,1龄幼虫对二氧化氯最敏感,其中二氧化氯对4龄幼虫的LC50是1龄幼虫的1 .78倍.二氧化氯的毒力在一定范围内符合正温度系数规律,二氧化氯对4龄幼虫的毒力在15~30℃范围内增加了2 .16倍.接触时间从12 h延长至24 h,二氧化氯对4龄幼虫的毒力增幅显著;当接触时间至36 h,与接触24 h相比毒力增幅不明显.  相似文献

以花翅摇蚊幼虫为试验对象,研究高锰酸盐复合药剂预氧化对摇蚊幼虫代谢产物在氯化消毒过程中消毒副产物前体物的去除控制.研究表明:在p H由5升高到9时,三氯乙酸(TCAA)与二氯乙酸(DCAA)的浓度呈逐渐减少趋势;p H由5升高到7时,三氯甲烷(TCM)和三氯乙腈(TCAN)的浓度减幅最大,1,1-二氯丙酮(1,1-DCP)和1,1,1-三氯丙酮(1,1,1-TCP)则在p H为8时浓度达到最低值;随着药剂投加量的增加,TCM呈现出持续稳定增长趋势,DCAA呈总体下降趋势,而TCAN、1,1-DCP、1,1,1-TCP和TCAA则先增加后减少,高锰酸盐的投加量为3mg·L-1时,消毒副产物去除效果显著;延长预反应时间,TCM呈总体上升趋势,1,1-DCP、DCAA、TCAA呈下降趋势,TCAN、1,1,1-TCP呈先增加后减少的趋势,综合考虑最佳预氧化时间为30 min;投加混凝剂能够有效控制消毒副产物前体物的生成,随着混凝剂的不断增加,TCM、1,1,1-TCP呈先增加后减少的趋势,TCAN、1,1-DCP、DCAA、TCAA浓度则逐渐降低,在投量为40 mg·L-1时,达到最低值.  相似文献

采用二氧化氯和液氯灭活蒸馏水中的第1龄期摇蚊幼虫, 在此基础上, 考察了人工配水和天然原水中二氧化氯对1龄摇蚊幼虫的灭活特征,探讨了原水温度和pH值对二氧化氯灭活1龄摇蚊幼虫的影响.结果表明,与液氯相比, 二氧化氯对1龄摇蚊幼虫具有更好的灭活作用,投加量1.5mg/L,接触30min可以达到100%的灭活率; pH值在5.5~8.1变化对二氧化氯的灭活效果不会产生影响;二氧化氯对1龄摇蚊幼虫的灭活率随TOC的增加而降低;在10~30℃,温度升高能够提高二氧化氯的灭活效果,当原水温度从30℃降低到15℃时灭活率下降为84.5%.  相似文献

测定了峰升(15%杀单·唑磷乳油)、稻卫(20.2%阿维·唑磷乳油)、蚜螨克星(1.8%阿维·吡乳油)和蔬卫(2.4%高氯·阿维乳油)4种新型杀虫剂对黄色羽摇蚊(Chironomus flaviplumus)老熟幼虫的急性毒性.结果表明:峰升处理黄色羽摇蚊幼虫后24 h,不同浓度间的存活率无显著差异,而在其他时间段(48、72、96 h),随着杀虫剂浓度的增加,存活率逐渐下降.其他3种杀虫剂处理黄色羽摇蚊幼虫4 d,随着杀虫剂浓度的增加,每天的存活率也呈下降趋势.峰升、稻卫、蚜螨克星和蔬卫对黄色羽摇蚊幼虫48 h的LCs0分别为0.1735、0.0249、0.0015和0.0046 mg·L-1.蚜螨克星毒性最高,毒性在同一数量级的还有蔬卫,其次为稻卫.峰升毒性最低,但仍属高毒杀虫剂.  相似文献

The microscale distribution of oxygen,the nitrogen flux and the denitrification rates in sediment inhabited by chironomid larvae(Tanypus chinensis) were measured in eutrophic Lake Taihu,China.The presence of the chironomids in the sediment increased the oxygen diffusional flux from 10.4 ± 1.4 to 12.7 ± 2.5 mmol O 2 /(m 2 ·day).The burrows of the larvae represented "hot spots" and strongly influenced the nitrogen cycles and diagenetic activity in the sediment.The results indicate that the bioturbation effects of Tanypus chinensis chironomid larvae increased the capacity of the sediment as a sink for nitrate and a source for ammonium.Nitrate influx and ammonium outflux were increased 8.8 and 1.7 times,respectively.Under bioturbation,the amount of nitrate consumed was greater than the amount of ammonium released.The total denitrification rate was also enhanced from 0.76 ± 0.34 to 5.50 ± 1.30 mmol N/(m 2 ·day).The net effect was that the bioturbated sediments acted as a net sink for inorganic nitrogen under direct and indirect bioturbation effects compared to the control.  相似文献

A study was conducted to determine the effect of the chironomid larval tube on heavy metal toxicity. Silica gel was provided as a substrate with which the chironomid larvae could construct larval tubes. A series of 96 h LC50 bioassays were conducted with and without the presence of the silica gel substrate, to allow comparison between the two test conditions. From the study it was observed that a 10–15% variation in LC50 value occurred. The 96 h LC50 for copper at the temperatures 35, 28, 20, 15, and 10°C was observed to be 7.5, 9.5, 7.5, 4.5, 3.6, and 2.8 mg L?1, respectively. The same test when conducted in the presence of silica gel produced LC50 values of 26.50, 33.50, 15.82, 12.77, and 9.94 mg L?1 for the same temperatures. This would demonstrate that the larval tube did, to some extent, protect the larvae from the effects of the heavy metal.  相似文献

采用聚乙烯醇(PVA)加少量海藻酸钠及活性炭的方法固定一株对红虫具有高效毒力的苏云金杆菌以色列变种(B.t.i).结果表明,控制质量分数分别为10%PVA、1%海藻酸钠和20%活性炭,采用4%CaCl2的饱和硼酸溶液(pH为6.7)作为交联剂且交联时间为24h时,制得的凝胶颗粒机械强度好,操作简单,制作成本低.B.t.i固定化微球缓慢释放,且对红虫具有很高的毒力作用.  相似文献

Acute toxicity testing of some industrial effluents (rubber (Rr), brewery (Br), and bottling (Bt)) on Chironomus travalensis (Diptera larvae) was determined at 96-h using a static bioassay technique. Effluent quality characterization revealed acidic pH values of 4.5 for Rr, 5.64 for Br, and 4.32 for Bt effluents. Tests were carried out in replicates between 10 and 100% effluent concentrations. Mortality rate rose progressively with increasing concentrations. Bt effluent was the most toxic with 96-h LC50 of 61.5%, closely followed by Rr effluent with 96-h LC50 of 87% and the least toxic was Br effluent with 96-h LC50 of 90%.  相似文献

Effects of four substrates (shredded papertowelling, coarse sand, fine sand, and silty clay)on growth, survival and mentum wear of Chironomustentans larvae were investigated in thelaboratory. Three categories of mentum wear were defined:minimal, moderate and substantial. Thenumber of larvae with worn mentum teeth did not differ in anyof the four substrates. However, thenumber of larvae with minimal wear of their teeth wassignificantly different among the substrates andwas in the order coarse sand > shredded paper towelling >clay/silt > fine sand. Mentumdeformities were observed in the cultured larvae, presumablybecause of inbreeding and not the effectof treatment. Differences in biomass and survival of larvaeamong the substrates were not significant(p<0.05), however, there was a trend for lower survival inthe sand substrates. These findingssuggest that shredded paper towelling is the most suitablereference substrate. The occurrence ofnatural abnormalities must be considered when using chironomidmouthpart deformities as an index of environmental degradation.  相似文献
