壬基酚(NP)是典型的内分泌干扰物,具有雌激素效应.目前对NP的研究主要集中于微生物降解对其整体去除效果,而对各NP同分异构体的降解行为尚缺乏系统性研究.从钱塘江沉积物中筛选得到一株能够降解NP的细菌,命名为N-1,实验室条件下该菌能以NP为唯一碳源生长.经形态、生理生化及16S rRNA基因序列分析,N-1鉴定为假黄单胞菌(Pseudoxanthomonas sp.).通过正交试验确定N-1降解NP的最适条件为:温度30℃,p H=7.0,菌量10%,NP浓度5~10 mg·L~(-1).最适条件下,N-1对NP 16 d整体降解率可达88.0%,对10种NP异构体降解率在69.7%~100%之间,说明N-1对NP同分异构体的降解具有结构-降解特性,即不同结构NP异构体表现出不一样的降解能力.进一步研究发现,NP异构体降解率随着NP烷基C链长度增加而升高,随着烷基取代基结构越复杂而降低.NP降解选择性导致的难降解成分残留现象,为NP类异构体污染物的微生物修复提供了一定的理论依据.  相似文献

Release of domestic sewage leads to accumulation of xenoestrogens in holding waters, especially in closed or semi-enclosed waters such as lakes. In the study, the occurrence, distribution, estrogenic activity and risk of eight xenoestreogens were evaluated in Lake Donghu, China. Nonylphenol (NP), octylphenol (OP), and bisphenol A (BPA) were identified as the main xenoestrogens ranging from tens of ng L−1 (in the surface water) or ng g−1 dw (in the suspended particles and sediment) to tens of μg L−1 or μg g−1 dw. The sum of 17β-estradiol equivalents (∑EEQs) ranged from 0.32 to 45.02 ng L−1 in the surface water, 0.53 to 71.86 ng g−1 dw in the suspended particles, and 0.09 to 24.73 ng g−1 dw in the sediment. Diethylstilbestrol (DES) was determined as the main contributor to ∑EEQs followed by NP. The risk assessment showed a higher risk in the surface water than in the suspended particles and sediment in such domestic sewage-holding lake.  相似文献

近年来,我国大气环境、水环境和土壤环境质量得到一定的改善,“碧水蓝天”已经成为常态.但随着持久性有机污染物、内分泌干扰物、抗生素和微塑料等新污染物在环境中不断被检出,新污染物正逐步受到广泛的关注,壬基酚作为一种典型的内分泌干扰物也备受研究人员的关注.系统地概括了我国水体中壬基酚的环境行为和暴露水平,并基于风险商法和联合概率曲线法对壬基酚可能造成的生态风险进行了评估.结果表明,壬基酚对水生生物的毒性效应主要包括急性毒性、生长发育毒性、雌激素效应和繁殖毒性;壬基酚在我国主要流域水体中普遍存在,其浓度平均值在60~1 000 ng·L-1,浓度最高值可达4 628 ng·L-1;基于风险商法和联合概率曲线法的风险评估结果表明,壬基酚对我国主要流域里的水生生物均存在一定的风险.最后,总结了目前比较常用的壬基酚处理处置和风险管控技术,比较了国际上内分泌干扰物的监管方法,针对我国在新污染物环境管理中存在的问题,提出了针对性政策建议,研究结果可以为我国新污染物管理和管控提供参考.  相似文献

Black carbon (BC) is a promising sediment amendment, as proven by its considerable adsorption capacity for hydrophobic organic pollutants and accessibility, but its reliability when used for the removal of pollutants in natural sediments still needs to be evaluated. For example, the ageing process, resulting in changing of surface physicochemical properties of BC, will decrease the adsorption capacity and performance of BC when applied to sediment pollution control. In this study, how the ageing process and BC proportion affect the adsorption capacity of BC-sediment systems was modelled and quantitatively investigated to predict their adsorption capacity under different ageing times and BC additions. The results showed that the ageing process decreased the adsorption capacity of both BC-sediment systems, due to the blockage of the non-linear adsorption sites of BC. The adsorption capacity of rice straw black carbon (RC)-sediment systems was higher than that of fly ash black carbon (FC)-sediment systems, indicating that RC is more efficient than FC for nonylphenol (NP) pollution control in sediment. The newly established model for the prediction of adsorption capacity fits the experimental data appropriately and yields acceptable predictions, especially when based on parameters from the Freundlich model. However, to fully reflect the influence of the ageing process on BC-sediment systems and make more precise predictions, it is recommended that future work considering more factors and conditions, such as modelling of the correlation between the adsorption capacity and the pore volume or specific surface area of BC, be applied to build an accurate and sound model.  相似文献

This study shows the important role of humic acids in the degradation of 14C and 13C labeled isomer of NP by Sphingomonas sp. strain TTNP3 and the detoxification of the resulting metabolites. Due to the association of NP with humic acids, its solubility in the medium was enhanced and the extent of mineralization of nonylphenol increased from 20% to above 35%. This was accompanied by the formation of significant amounts of NP residues bound to the humic acids, which also occurred via abiotic reactions of the major NP metabolite hydroquinone with the humic acids. Gel permeation chromatography showed a non-homogenous distribution of NP residues with humic acids molecules, with preference towards molecules with high-molecular-weight. Solid state 13C nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy indicated that the nonextractable residues resulted exclusively from the metabolites. The chemical shifts of the labeled carbon indicated the possible covalent binding of hydroquinone to the humic acids via ester and possibly ether bonds, and the incorporation of degradation products of hydroquinone into the humic acids. This study provided evidences for the mediatory role of humic acids in the fate of NP as a sink for bacterial degradation intermediates of this compound.  相似文献

The effect of nonylphenol (NP) on growth, photochemistry and biochemistry of two green microalgae, Chlorella vulgaris and Selenanstrum capricornutum, and their ability to degrade NP were compared. The 96 h EC50 of C. vulgaris and S. capricornutum were greater than 4.0 and 1.0 mg L−1 NP, respectively, suggesting that the former species was more tolerant to NP. Both microalgae acclimated to NP stress through down-regulating their photosynthetic activities, including antenna size (chlorophyll a content), maximal photochemistry (Fv/Fm) and the light absorbed by PSII (ABS/CS0), but the dissipation of energy from reaction centres (DI0/RC) increased with the increase of NP concentrations. In C. vulgaris, the changes of these parameters were more significant than in S. capricornutum and recovered completely after a 96 h exposure. The antioxidant responses, such as GSH content, CAT and POD activities in C. vulgaris increased with the increase of NP concentrations after a 24 h exposure, but these changes disappeared with exposure time and recovered to the control levels after 96 h. In S. capricornutum, although GSH content, CAT and POD activities also increased when exposed to low- to moderate-NP concentrations, these values were significantly reduced at a high concentration (4 mg L−1) even after a 96 h exposure, indicating its antioxidant responses were significantly delayed. It is clear that the more NP-tolerant species, C. vulgaris, acclimated better with a faster recovery of its photosynthetic activity from the NP-induced damage, and exhibited more efficient and rapid responses to NP-induced oxidative stress. C. vulgaris also had a higher NP degradation ability than S. capricornutum.  相似文献

考察壬基酚(NP)对一株从重金属污染场地筛选出的铜绿假单胞菌X吸附镉(Cd)的影响,在NP浓度分别为0、1.0、10.0mg/L条件下,通过优化吸附条件,研究X菌的Cd2+吸附效果.结果表明,NP与Cd2+共存时,在Cd2+初始浓度为1.0mg/L的溶液中,菌体的最佳投菌量和pH值为1.0g/L和7.0,吸附2h,吸附率可达90.0%左右.失活菌与活菌的吸附结果表明失活菌的吸附能力较活菌强.NP浓度对吸附的影响结果表明,低浓度NP对菌株吸附Cd2+的抑制作用较小,高浓度NP时抑制作用较大.通过分析X菌处理单一Cd2+及Cd2+-NP复合污染后的红外光谱图可知,菌体表面的羟基O-H键、酰胺C-N键和N-H键和氨基均参与吸附反应,并且高浓度NP对菌体表面基团活性影响较大,从而影响其对Cd2+的吸附.  相似文献

NPnEO在中国北方四城市污水处理厂的污染研究   总被引:7,自引:0,他引:7  
测定了中国北方4个城市污水处理厂进、出水中壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NPnEO,n为聚合度)及其代谢产物的浓度及分布,同时测定了其中2个污水处理厂污泥中上述物质的浓度和分布,初步探讨了NPnEO在城市污水处理过程中的迁移转化行为.结果表明:在4个城市污水处理厂的进、出水及其中2个厂的污泥中均检测到了浓度不等的NPnEO及其代谢产物;NPnEO在各城市污水处理厂都得到了一定程度的降解去除,去除率为23.38%~77.11%,平均为52.86%;NPnEO大分子组分降解成了小分子组分,但并未完全矿化;出水中以壬基酚(NP)、壬基酚一乙氧基醚(NP1EO)和壬基酚二乙氧基醚(NP2EO)小分子组分的浓度高.这些小分子产物都具有比母体化合物更高的毒性,并具有环境内分泌干扰性质,因此污水处理过程不但没有降低反而增加了生态风险,是环境中小分子NPnEO的主要来源;污泥对NPnEO,特别是小分子代谢产物有良好的吸附性能,其在污泥中的浓度水平较高,合理处置污泥避免二次污染值得进一步研究探讨.   相似文献

建立了能同时检测污水和污泥中的NP和短链NPEOn的高效液相色谱法(HPLC)和气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)分析方法,在水样中NPNPEO1和NPEO2用GC-MS分析方法的检测限分别为2、2和1.5μg/L,用HPLC分析方法的检测限分别为0.01、0.03和0.03mg/L;在泥样中NPNPEO1和NPEO2用GC-MS分析方法的检测限分别为2、2和1.5ng/g,用HPLC分析方法的检测限分别为0.01、0.03和0.03μg/g。方法的建立为掌握污水和污泥样品中的NP和短链NPEOn提供了方法保障。  相似文献

为确定珠江广州河段及其邻近河流水体沉积物中烷基酚的时空分布状况,对该河段表层沉积物采样并应用气相色谱-质谱单离子扫描模式进行了烷基酚(APs)含量分析。结果表明壬基酚(NP)和辛基酚(OP)在样品中均有检出,其含量(以干质量计)范围分别在36.04~24694.10ng·g-1之间(中值为3717.52ng·g-1)和0.36~498.54ng·g-1之间(中值为21.10ng·g-1);珠江广州河段整体含量明显高于其邻近支流各采样点。所研究的表层沉积物样品中烷基酚含量普遍高于世界上其它都市和工业中心附近地区的污染水平,其中壬基酚含量均低于对摇蚊属昆虫(Chironomus riparius)的10d半致死浓度(LC50),但两个含量最高值均已与壬基酚对小虾(shrimp)的亚急性毒性最低效应浓度(LOEC)相接近,且大部分样品中的辛基酚含量都超过了对淡水螺(Potamopyrgus antipodarum)的8周最低效应浓度值(LOEC)标准。因此,烷基酚对该区生物造成的生态风险是一个必须加以认真对待的问题。  相似文献
