| Abstract: | In 1998, meteorological disasters in China occurred frequently. For example, flood, drought, hailstorm, typhoon, low temperature, freezing and snow disaster took place in different degrees. Especially, the great damages from rainstorms and flood are very severe. In this paper, the occurrence characteristics and impacts of the main climate catastrophes are analyzed and assessed. |
