施工组织非正式网络结构特征与组织安全行为的关系研究

摘    要:为了提升建筑施工安全管理水平,从社会网络的视角分析了施工组织非正式网络的结构特征对组织安全行为的影响关系,构建了施工组织非正式网络结构特征、安全沟通和组织安全行为的理论模型,实证分析了91个施工组织非正式网络的结构特征,使用多层回归分析的方法验证了上述模型。结果表明:网络密度对组织安全行为有显著正向影响,安全沟通在密度与组织安全行为的关系中起到了部分中介作用;出度中心势对组织安全行为有显著正向影响,安全沟通起到了完全中介作用;入度中心势对组织安全行为没有显著影响,安全沟通没有起到中介作用;中间中心势对组织安全行为没有显著影响,安全沟通没有起到中介作用;平均路径长度对组织安全行为有显著负向影响,安全沟通起到了完全中介作用;聚类系数对组织安全行为有显著正向影响,安全沟通起到了完全中介作用。

Abstract:The present paper intends to trace and examine the effect of the structural characteristics of the informal network of the construction organization on the organizational safety behavior from the perspective of social network. The purpose for building up such a theoretical model is to improve the level of construction safety management. More specifically speaking,the paper has done an empirical analysis of the structural characteristics of 91 informal networks of construction organizations to verify the model through the multi-level regression analysis. Thus,as a result,we have found that the network density may significantly influence the organizational safety behavior,for the safety communication is potential to play a partial mediating role on the relation between the communication density and the organizational safety behavior. On the other hand,the outdegree centralization can indeed positively influence the organizational safety behavior,for the safety communication plays a complete mediating role among the outdegree centralization and the organizational safety behavior. But, the indegree centralization has no significant effect on the organizational safety behavior,neither can the safety communication play its own mediating role in the relation between the indegree centralization and the organizational safety behavior. What is more,the betweenness centralization has no significant effect on the organizational safety behavior. Neither can the safety communication play its own communicative mediating role in the relation between the betweenness centralization and the organization safety behavior. Particularly speaking,the average path length is potential to have some kind of negative effect on the organizational safety behavior,though the safety communication can play its complete mediating role between the average path length and the organizational safety behavior. And the clustering coefficient has its own significant positive effect on the organizational safety behavior and plays its complete mediating role between the clustering coefficient and the organizational safety behavior. Thus,it can be seen that the research results of our study can provide some new ideas for the safety behavior construction theory,as well as a certain practical value for the effective improvement of the safety behavior of the construction organization. That is to say,first of all,the structural characteristics of the informal network may have a significant effect on the organizational safety behavior. And,so,it is necessary to pay needed attention to the construction of the informal networks of construction organizations so as to enhance the organizational cohesion effectively. And,secondly,the average path length is potentially endowed with somewhat negative effects on the organizational safety behavior. And,therefore,the communication distance among the departments should be cut short. And,so,outdegree centralization should have its own significant positive effect on the organizational safety behavior,to which needed attention has to be paid by the key departments in disseminating their own safety information.
