摘    要:分别用化学沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法和微乳液法制备了纳米级TiO2粉体。用XRD、TEM、TG-DTA对其进行了研究与表征,以次甲基兰溶液的光催化降解为模型反应,考察了制备方法对粉体的晶型、形貌、粒径及其光催化活性的影响。结果表明:从工业化生产目的出发,在相近实验条件下,化学沉淀法制备的TiO2粉体颗粒均匀、粒径小、光催化能力强,产品综合性能最好。此项研究在光催化剂应用领域具有一定的理论和实际意义。

Abstract:Nano-TiO2 powder was prepared by method of chemical precipitation, sol-gel and microemulsion respectively. Different preparation methods caused morphological and structural changes, which were followed by X-ray diffraction (XRD), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and thermal gravimetric and differential thermal analyser (TG-DTA). Examination of the photocatalytic activity of TiO2 particles prepared by different methods in the photodegradation reaction of methylene blue solution under irradiation by visible light demonstrated that TiO2 powders from chemical precipitation method were superior to the others on photocatalytic activity.
