Abstract:Camphor in the air was determined by gas chromatograph of capillary column with hydrogen flame ionization detector, using silica gel as adsorbent, and desorbed by mixed solvent V( methanol):V(acetone) = 90: 10]. Results of the method showed that good linearity was obtained in range from 0. 544 mg/L to 109 mg/L, detection limit 0.06 mg/L, the lowest detection concentration 0. 003 mg/m^3 at sampling 20 liters air, RSD of standard solutions〈3.8% , spiked recovery of blank from 95.4% to 101%.
