| Abstract: | With the fast development of electronic technology and network communication technology, files informationization has come into our daily work. To push forward the construction of files informationization, we should begin with the standardization of files information, files digitizing and the networked information. The countermeasures includes making a unified plan, improving management, enlarging bankroll for the management and treating professional and technical personnel. |
