| Abstract: | Qianchenglun(meaning:Relocate the City) is one of the few ancient research articles about urban flood hazard.The article is written by Zuo Peiyan in the late Ming Dynasty.It put forward a opinion,that is,to relocate the Yaozhou City in order to avoid the flood.History proves that this opinion is very wise and foresighted. |
