原子吸收法测定水中锌质量控制指标研究

摘    要:根据地域和监测技术代表性的筛选,在11个省份中选择了70家实验室参加测试工作,通过大量的监测数据,研究了原子吸收分光光度法测定水中锌的质量控制指标。研究表明:在0.3~1.5mg/L范围内,标准样品RSD≤3.0%,RSD’≤10.0%;浓度小于等于0.5mg/L时RE在±10.0%范围内,浓度为0.5~1.5mg/L时RE在±5.0%范围内。实际样品浓度小于等于0.05mg/L时,RD≤20.0%;浓度0.05~3.5mg/L时,RD≤5.0%。加标回收率控制范围为85%~110%。

Abstract:This article according to representative screening of regional and monitoring technology, we chose 70 laboratories from 11 provinces to analyzed the samples by atomic absorption spectrometry. On the basis of a large number of monitoring data, we studied the QC index of the zinc in water,and compared with the QC index in references.Studies indicated that the RSD (within-laboratory relative standard deviation)control limit of standard samples which concentration was between 0.3mg/L and 1.5mg/L was less than 3.0%, RSD' (inter-laboratory relative standard deviation)was less than 10%. RE (relative error ) was controlled within ±10% when the concentration was below 0.5mg/L, and ±5.0% when the concentration was between 0.5mg/L and 1.5mg/L. RD (relative deviation) of actual samples was less than 20.0% which concentration was below 0.05mg/L, and less than 5% which the concentration between 0.05mg/L and 3.5mg/L. The recovery rates can be ranged between 85% and 110%.
