吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法分析土壤和沉积物中挥发性有机物

摘    要:采用吹扫捕集-气相色谱质谱法对土壤和沉积物中挥发性有机物进行分析,优化了实验条件,所有物质的相对标准偏差小于5.0%,土壤样回收率在78.2% ~99.8%之间,沉积物样的回收率在55.2%~95.2%之间.

Abstract:An analytical method was developed for the determination of volatile organic compounds(VOCs) in soil and sediment samples by GC/MS with purge & trap system.Experimental parameters,including preservation methods,purge time and temperature were optimized.The method had been successfully applied to determine VOCs in some soil and sediment samples.The relative standard deviation was less than 5.0%.And the recovery was ranged from 78.2% to 99.8% for soil samples,55.2%~95.2% for sediment samples.
