| 摘 要： | 研究了ECR-CTMAB体系测定土壤中活性铝的流动注射分析。结果表明,该方法具有快速、灵敏的特点,进样频率为60个样/时,检出限为0.05μg/ml。用不同提取液提取各地区土壤中活性铝并进行了测定。

| Abstract: | A simple and sensitive FIA method for the determinatiion of active aluminium in soil has been developed. The following experimental conditions were examined: Sample volume injected, length of reaction coil, flow rate of carrier, pH of colour reaction and the interference of coexisting ions. The proposed method has been applied to the determination of active aluminum in soil by four chemical extraction solution (0.5mol/ L NaOH, 0.lmol/ L HC1, lmol/ L NH4Ac and lmol/ L KC1). Results show that the acidity of soil has significant effect on the content of aluminum leached. |
