摘    要:简要介绍了油气田在建设与生产过程中对环境的影响,构建并开发了基于GIS与数模的油气田环境风险预警系统。系统包含大气污染模拟模型、地表水污染模拟模型和地下水污染模拟模型,实现了环境监测数据的管理、实时监测预警和污染模拟、快速应急响应三大功能。介绍了油气田环境风险预警系统的设计及基本功能,探索了将地理信息系统与数学模型相结合运用于油气田环境风险预警的方法。实践表明,以GIS技术为平台,结合数学模型为辅助进行环境风险预警是可行的。

Abstract:This paper is to introduce a numerical simulated model on the environment early-warning system of the oil-gas field aided by GIS by analyzing the characteristic features of oil leakage.As is well-known,oil leakage is detrimental both to the environment and to human health.In order to reduce the loss of oil leakage,we have established an environment early-warning system in the oil-gas fields,on the basis of GIS and numerical model.Specifically speaking,the system developed by us is made up of an air pollution simulation model,the surface water simulation model and the groundwater simulation. Our system is aimed to perform three functions,that is,management and control of the environment-monitoring data,the real-time monitor warning and pollution simulation and the instanlogtaneous emergency response.In order to take into full account the system developed,we have made a detailed introduction of the designing methods,the basic functions and the numerical simulation model on how for the system to be applied on the working spot.The primary practical application of the system shows that this system can be successfully used to perform its above-said functions.It can be said that this system can help the technicians and its other users working in the oil and gas field to perform their duties in environmental monitoring and surveillance and help to make decisions in the oil-gas field construction and production,in addition to the routine activities for environmental risk warning and environment protection.
