转炉钢渣热闷循环水水质稳定技术研究

摘    要:由于转炉钢渣热闷循环水具有"高水温、高硬度、高碱度、高pH和高蒸发"的工艺特点,系统出现了严重的结垢问题。探讨采用CO2处理钢渣热闷循环水达到水质稳定的可行性。结果表明:采用液态CO2,穿孔管曝气器,平流沉淀池作为主要的反应工艺,控制pH在8.5~10.0之间,可以使出水总硬降到150 mg/L(以CaCO3计)以下,结垢现象得到明显的缓解。

STUDY ON THE STABILIZATION TECHNOLOGY OF CIRCULATING WATER QUALITY FROM PYROLYSIS OF CONVERTER STEEL SLAG
Abstract:Serious scalings can occur in the system of circulating water from pyrolysis of converter steel slag due to the fact that this water features high temperature,high hardness,high alkalinity,high pH and high evaporation rate.This article discusses the feasibility of using CO2 process to treat the circulating water of steel slag pyrolysis.The results indicated that liquid CO2,perforated diffusers and horizontal sedimentation tank are used as a main process,which can control pH between 8.5 to 10.0,and total hardness of the effluent can be reduced to 150 mg/L(by CaCO3) below and the scaling problem can be obviously mitigated.
