基于互联网推动环境污染治理变革的主要表现研究

"互联网+"时代环境污染治理工作可以实现环境污染治理的网络化和智能化,进而增强突发环境污染事件预警能力以及促进公众对环境监管的深度参与.本文重点从政府、企业与社会组织三个层面阐释"互联网+"推动环境污染治理变革的主要表现.在政府层面主要表现在通过"互联网+"加强环境污染治理宣传和信息公开对环境危机事件进行舆论引导两个方面;在企业层面则侧重表现在开展环境信息公开、履行企业社会责任以及开展环保宣传、强化环保理念两个方面;在社会组织层面表现在通过"互联网+"开展环保宣传、组织公益行动,促进民意表达渠道畅通、推动公众积极参与两个方面.

Main Manifestations of Environmental PollutionControl Transformation based on Internet

Integrating internet into environmental pollution control could enable environmental pollution control to be intelligent and networking, and strengthen the capacity of crisis warning, and promote public profound involvement in environmental regulation.This paper expounds the main manifestations of environmental pollution control transformation which is internet-based from three aspects of the government, enterprises and social organizations.At the government level, this thesis investigated form three perspectives of governance propaganda, information disclosure and public opinion guidance;In the enterprise field, the author gives the summary mainly from the corporate environmental information disclosure, corporate social responsibility and environmental protection publicity.From the social organizations aspect, the thesis expatiates the opinion in terms of three aspects:expression of public opinion, public engagement, propaganda of environmental protection and public welfare activities.
