广州市农业环境污染及其对策

摘    要:慨述了广州市农业环境污染状况,指出工业“三废”和城镇生活污水等外源污染是造成农业环境污染的主要因素,养殖业废水直接排放和频繁使用农用化学品也对农业环境造成一定程度的污染。提出了建立健全农业环境监控管理体系、推行农业生产许可制度、加强面源污染控制、推广无公害农产品生产技术、加大农业生态环境保护执法力度等污染控制对策。

Abstract:This paper summarizes the present situation of agro-environment pollution in Guangzhou, and points out that the industrial pollutants and the sewage are the outer factors and as the major pollution source, and the waste of animal farms and the over-applied agrochemical are the inner factors and as the subsidiary pollution source. Meanwhile, the paper puts forward the countermeasures which include to establish and to perfect the agro-environment quality monitor systems, to practice the licensing agricultural production, to strengthen the control of non-point source pollution of agriculture, to popularize the techniques of pollution-free planting, and to execute the law of environmental protection efficiently, and so on.
